I just want my issue fixed. You have known about it for 8 months and done nothing. I'll glaldy remove this review once you just make right the error. Not the service I'd expect on a home of this value. I have never posted prior with the other challenges (and there were plenty), but being spoken to like I was today, was brutal as a person who trusted your company. Please just honor your work.

Masterful job by a great team of professionals from the front line superintendent to the office and design staff. Overseeing the process all along the way was a dedicated owner committed to excellence. The finished product is beautiful and was on-time and on-budget. Highly recommend Gulfwind for your next home.

We are very grateful to Gulfwind Homes. We bought the model of one of their Villas. We had a concern about the carpet in the bedrooms. Gulfwind did the correct thing and replaced our carpet. Mike runs an incredible operation and knows how to pick the best people. The Construction Superintendent, Chuck Klehm, was a delight to work with. He remembers everything you tell him, and follows through to a tee. Construction crew member, Jeff, was very courteous and helpful. Design Consultant, Andrea Fizell, gave us the most knowledgeable interior design selections. There was no way we could have done it without her. Horrible... destruction and flattening of every tree OAK TOO on the lot. Every thing that lives in the trees around and under! GONE. While I realize there is no land left does not make it right 2 take out these old trees... can't you build around them ? Wildlife will be showing up on your doors or in your house;) well your children may not be able to enjoy trees or wildlife because of this. Very sad...
