At first we had a good experience with our son at Park Ridge. The teachers were nice. The structure on how they ran the daycare was nice. However, during the summer they lost the good teachers and that is when things started changing.

Mainly, if you have a child with a disability, do not take them here. They do not have the proper training, education and the staff to handle kids with special needs.

The facility is very very loud. I could not hear the teachers when I picked up my child.

They will lose your kids belongings.

I had picked my kid up when it was 40 degrees outside and dark, and the kids were playing outside with no jacket on. But the teachers had on jackets/coats. Immediately, after my kid got sick. At first, when it was cold the kids were inside watching a movie when it was too cold to play outside.

Some of the instructors are on their cell phones while they are suppose to be watching your kids.

Don't have a kid there, just saw the van speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road. I know they had kids in the van because they drop them off at the same school my child attends.

Saw them also run a stop sign on the way to drop the kids off this morning. It's not like they were late, they had to wait for the school to open when they got there.

Its a kind of daycare where if you want you child to be fed, taught and cared for, bring them here. If you the type of parent that is seeking care like at your mamas house or great auntie, dont bring your child here. Its a daycare not home care.

Because a star is required is the only reason this place is given one so I can post a review. Don't recommend placing your child in this school. Poor quality facility, children are not given adequate water when playing outside. The water fountain is either broken or the water is hot. Notice if your child is sweating as if theyve been outside in the heat all day, is more than likely the case. A child with documented asthma problems are not priority in heat onditions as such and is told to go play anyway.I was never called when my child had labored breathing until I noticed when he was picked up.The playground restroom is unclean and hot. Not interested in the health and safety of kids.

I would not recommend this daycare. My daughter ...

I would not recommend this daycare. My daughter ended up with deep fingernail marks on her that clearly came from a daycare worker. The fingernail broke my child's skin
completely down to the white meat, and was very deep, and then there was another fingernail mark underneath that broke the skin, but also left her with a bruise. It was for sure done purposely, and with a great deal of force to leave an entire fingernail gash into my child's skin on her shoulder. Sorry, I'm unable to post a picture here. An incident report was filled out after confronting the administrator who said that she got hurt playing. I spoke with the executive administration who said that a child did it, but quickly retracted her statement after I disagreed, because she knew it wasn't true. The executive administrator said that the teachers said that no children were around her, and that she didn't cry. She totally contradicted herself saying a child did it, and she would be crying if she was hurt as badly as my child was. My child often came home very hungry and thirsty, and is able to vocalize this. She was given a spoon, and is not able to hold the spoon correctly at 16 months. My child would also cry and fall out at the sight of or when being picked up by one of the workers who would make excuses as to why my child was crying. I quickly disenrolled my child after the deep fingernail gash, and she's loved her new daycare from the first day and now tells me goodbye instead! Its good I picked up on my child's cues because I don't know what would have happened next. I don't like to post negative comments, but I appreciate seeing reviews before deciding on daycares, so hope this helps other parents.

Whoever drives the kids in the morning. Watchout! White van Licence plate f%t 3%7 (you know which van, i have pictures) drives like maniac.

Cut multiple people off, speeding, on the phone, all to a traffic jam. All of that wreckless driving to get ahead of nothing. 35 at Beltline was still packed.

This is why you cant trust most care places to begin with. The people that work there might not care.

This is the worst daycare I have ever seen. My daughter went her for 2 months n stayed sick constantly i would take her out for a week or so and soon as i brought her back she'd get sick in 2 days. The baby room is unsanitary!! I came in one day n she had all the babies sitting at the table with the vacuum on in front of them just running while she was in the other room(they were all scared and one little boy even cried for me to take him too!!) They had at least 6 babies in one day when i walked in the older lady was feeding them all with one spoon!! They give your childs personal stuff (snacks, diapers, etc) to other people!! As for the bigger kids there are too many!! Ive witness there staff curse and threaten the older kids and they half ass pay attention to them. I've seen them feed them beans straight out of a can. The food they give them is horrible stuff u would give to a dog!! They can buy snacks as for a extra fee even tho parents are paying at least 100 a week more in my case 150!! They are very unprofessional the head lady in the front will get over on you if you let her she may seem nice and genuine but she is not!! Don't enroll your kids here!!!
