Dynamic Aviation

Shared my experience 2 years ago. Hear alot of gripes from people still working there. Five star reviews aren't even from techs on the floor. Tourists and friends? Noone has ever contacted me or interested in feedback. Been in aviation since 1981, worst place ever worked.

Seems like they re striving to shut the place down, 2 minor mishaps (like a tool box unlocked, piece of fod in your tool box, etc.) & you re fired. The pay is fairly low, but no guarantee of a raise. Medical insurance is affordable, if you rack up thousands of dollars in medical bills, you ll only pay a few thousand out of pocket (but that s standard everywhere thanks to Obama). You get free coffee, bandaids, antacids, & lunch (every other Friday). Dynamic supports the community. Mechanics all get along pretty well, because they have to watch each other s backs. Management has a clear vision on how to run the place into the ground, keep rotating the scapegoats. Keep up the good work!

Poor management, female unfriendly if you are a licensed mechanic that is more knowledgeable than them. Tobacco free? Place reeks of smokers that go out constantly to smoke and tobacco spit in every garbage can. Poor work ethics.

Great place to work. Good pay and great benefits, but more importantly a positive and supportive culture. Their actions prove they are invested in developing their people, providing opportunities for growth, development, and advancement, and believe in maintaining a respectful and professional environment while still maintaining a team or family atmosphere!

Such a great company, family friendly and very involved in suppoting the local community. I always see them at parades handing out cute little airplanes. We went to their flyover event and it was fantastic. They had activities for the kids, games, bounce houses and even free airplane rides for the kids.... it was so much fun. My kids are still talking about it.

I am impressed with this company. As a Pilot I would be interested in learning more about potential employment opportunities.

Tired of the low flying planes over poultry houses and livestock.

Excellent place to work. Like to do your Job and have a good work ethics then you do good here.

It was a great experience to see where Quintin & Rachel (my grandchilden) worked, and being able to see and go in the 1st Air Force One. I will never forget that. Thank you for a wonderful day.
