Excellent workplace, At first it seems complicated but it's all a matter of habit

Nice work environment. The dress code can be annoying at the beginning (specially the clean shaven policy), but you get used to it. Flexibility for university students too. Don't stress too much about the work volume on high season and you'll be fine.

Elegant but insecure building structure. The security and reception staff are friendly.

There is an impression of order and a lot of security. The people who work here dress very professionally.

Data Vimenca is not the company that offer the best salary, it brings stability, nice environment, great colleges, and as i said at the very beginning... you can rise above the your positions as much you can increase your salary.

Most team leads are professional and they help you grow when an oportunity exists if they think you are worth it, is very restrictive in several ways that might get uncomfortable. They give you 5 pesos of increase per hour per year. There are people that have a very long time in the company as operators and never have had their salary increased besides the 5 pesos that doesn't compensate, RD has aproximately 6 per cent of increase in inflation per year, this means that every year you stay, you are being paid less and less.

Great place to work. It's a good and solid start up to begin a Call Center carrier.

Very friendly, but at the same time discriminative by management. Must of the personal i met with was very friendly. You must know exactly what you gone there to do, or you'll be treated as stupid.

People who lie because they do not feel capable of meeting those who will collaborate with them.

Unprofessional environment Supposedly after taking the exams and being accepted they could not find my exams and it appeared in the system that I was not going to take anything which is a lie because they even told me to call in the morning to confirm my schedule, also when I call they wanted me to take the test again because "they supposedly did not appear" and that the day they told me that I began my training "was no longer available". Very unprofessional I do not recommend it at all. How does a supposedly professional company lose your exams and nothing appears in the system that says you went and took everything? Because I have NEVER seen anything like that.

The clothing and benefits are very good, weekly payment and discounts in some places like gyms and supermarkets; however it is very difficult to move up if you do not have connections and the work environment is a bit hostile, especially if you are a woman.

That is what I call a military camp, a very complicated place to work and a very hostile environment. I have never worked there since they have a very bad reputation.

Worked here for a few months when i was in DR about 2 years ago, it was a good experience i can't really complain, i miss it there. I do like growing my beards so the no facial hair policy was a bit annoying but other than that if you qualify, then apply!

The worse administration on the planet I would never recommend this garbage. There are better jobs and better pay than this place. Take care and keep ya head up. I recommend no stars but you have to pick one in order to leave the review.

This is the most upscaled call center I have ever known. The environment is the best. Everyone is a professional and the whole building is so clean. I am truly impressed. If you need a job and would like to experience what I have. Just come by and say that Franklyn Nin referred you. It truly is a professional environment like no other.

Worked there for almost two years. Militar environment, if for some reason you are late even 1 minute they make you sign, no incentives for working hard in my department, not much possibilities to grow as I could see, they do not let men use bear which is ridiculous because the customer service peovided there is not face to face, cafeteria is really expensive and what outside costs 10 pesos over there costs 15 (an example). Always pay on time every friday, offer transportation from 9 pm on, etc.
