Beautiful new downtown tasting room! After first learning about Copia at their Paso Underground location, I'm so excited to see them have their own space downtown. They have a great selection of Rhone inspired wines (The Pope - 100% Grenache is my favorite!) to be enjoyed in their modern, but cozy and inviting, tasting room. Sarah, their hospitality manager, greets everyone with a smile and an abundance of wine knowledge -- She is fabulous! Highly recommend to out-of-towners and Paso locals alike. We are lucky to have such a gem right here, downtown!

Such a fantastic tasting experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and delicious wine.
Outstanding premium wines, the owners/winemakers who are often pouring are so interesting, passionate and warm. This is a must-visit tasting experience that is personalized and fabulous! If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to them.
Taylor was awesome, the wine was great, and just a great setting. A great day!! So glad we went!
