An excellent service and the staff are brilliant. We always board our Thomas here and we are never let down. The staff really care about animals. I would recommend here to board a pet.

I loved my dog in the pool a heck of a lot more than she did

Our Rosie had never been in kennels before and she was fine and really enjoyed her stay. Would recommend!!

The staff here are lovely. Our dog really enjoys staying and is well looked after. We trained him here as a puppy too and the school is great. The boarding kennels are great and they treat all the animals with such care. The prices are reasonable too for the amount of attention they give the animals. You can even pay for your pet to have extra cuddles when they stay over!

My dog attends weekly medical hydrotherapy sessions and is doing fantastically well since combining them with pain meds. I d totally recommend people to bring their dogs along for either a medical swim if necessary or just a fun swim. The staff are lovely with the dogs and it s obvious they care for all the animals that come through their doors. Gillian has an amazing team of staff.

Our three cats have just spent Xmas here. They have been exceptionally well cared for and the staff have been brilliant, giving them lots of love and attention. My old boy is nearly 20 so I was a bit worried leaving him but he has been fine. They even rang Boxing Day to reassure me he was ok. Thoroughly recommend them

1st time I left my 10 month old rottie I was very worried about leaving her but my petstop reassured me ' sent me update by email and pics and my dog seemed to real settle in and enjoyed her stay I would definitely recommend them

Took my dog for his first visit for daycare on Tuesday. Lovely friendly staff and unlike other local daycares the procedures in place given current circumstances were amazing- able to book and pay online in advance, dog was wiped down and I took his collar and lead home and they provided their own collars. Pictures posted so I could see what he had been up to! And he s still tired now 2days later! Wouldn t go anywhere else

George pulls his way into the centre every time he is there. Whether it is because he is there for his holidays or taking part on one of the training clubs.

Had Alfie here today for a swim, got 25% off because it was a 1st visit, it was a great experience, the staff are so friendly and professional , it will probably do him the world of good as he was tired after only about 5 minutes even More

Take our 2 spaniels every weekend for socialisation, agility and fun training sessions. Staff are amazing with dogs and humans alike!

We came for our first time this morning to take our 2 year old Patterdale for a swim. He absolutely loved it. The lady who led the session was amazing with him and he picked it up so quick. She told uswhat she was doing at what time and gave him a little check up. We will definitely be doing this as a regular activity. Amazing.

The trainers for the puppy agility are first class. Really friendly and supportive.

Our cats were extremely well looked after here. Use it all the time. Our first choice for our cats.

They care for the pets, and the staff are very friendly and the centre is always clean and they try to accommodate your every need and your pets are safe so you can go on your hols and relax

I had my.dogs.booked into the kennels 6to10april 20 this was cancelled due to my holiday being cancelled
The receptionists told me they were asking people to amend there bookings and not take refunds . I said no so I was given the owners email Catherine.Nelson@mypetstop.co.uk
She informed.me she would process the refund in march yet this has not been done and all further emails are being ignored yet they have been delivered
She is still carrying on her business of selling.dog food deliveries by emails so she has access but is choosing to ignore long standing loyal customers
I wouldnt trust this business with your money
The council have given 10000 grants to small businesses in her area yet still is keeping peoples money for a service she has not provided . This is Theft in my eyes .

Absolutely fantastic great place to take dog's or cat's to get trained and learn to swim cost is Very worth it and staff are fantastic with animals and humans friendly All round clean place at all times.

Me and my partner drove well out of our way (it is in the middle of nowhere) to buy some dog food here. When we arrived we found the site closed despite only being 20:10 and both Google and the companies own site showing it was open until 9pm. Upon calling I received an automated message saying the site had closed. Extremely poor service and infuriating to say the least. Do not rely on the information provided on the companies own website as it apparently incorrect.

My Pet Stop is a great place to take your dog for boarding, day care, training or agility. The staff really care about all the animals and take the time to greet each dog they come into contact with and know them all by name. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly during training classes and my dog can't wait to get there. I trust them 100% and can't recommend them enough

Took my puppy to Foundation classes and it has been a fantastic experience, I am enrolling her in more!!

My service dog goes here for a fun swim every month and she loves it..

I can't recommend My Petstop highly enough. My 5 month old border collie, Radko, boarded here over the recent May bank holiday weekend. He was extremely well cared for, and i received regular email updates and photos which showed that he was his usual happy self. All of the staff we encountered made a fuss of him and i knew he was going to be in great hands.
I wouldn't hesitate to board Radko here in the future, and will be back to make use of the creche facilities.

This place is a five star dog hotel with fabulous staff who really care and love animals and keep them safe if you cant take them on holiday also dog grooming at competition rates and to the highest of standards cant fault the place

Our dog adores Mypetstop. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable and the on site shop is reasonably priced as are the training courses.

Excellent facilities with a large indoor training arena and outdoor paddocks

We have always had trouble cutting my dog's nails. She's a Rhodesian Ridgeback and rarely does anything she doesn't want to. Our vet has also been unable to cut them in the past - and that was with two additional people trying to hold the dog still! However, she stayed at MyPetStop at the weekend and we added on a bath and nail trim. Delighted to see they have managed to cut all of her nails down.

Will definitely be coming back.

Absolute DISGRACE!!!!!
Booked dog in online, paid deposit and on night before holiday when checking in told no reservation and no spare space. Managed to find a space for 80% of the booking but had to make arrangements with others to collect early. Booked apartment, got kennel.
The wife is in tears about the size of accommodation - he s a boxer and needs space! This will be the last time here!

Rude staff drove 45 mins for a day care assessment after which they asked on the questionnaire age and spaded we answered honestly to be met with a young woman with an abundance of dogs to be told she cant come as shes not spaded at 8 months pointless journey
