I think all these reviews are for Union by Commune + Co. Which is in Amature works, not on Nebraska. At least all the posted interior pictures are from there. Union is indeed a very good coffee place. Again, it's just not on Nebraska. I think they might just have a warehouse at the Nebraska location.

Joel and his crew serve GREAT coffee! No need to go elsewhere in Tampa.

TL;DR Just go. Commune + Co. has the best coffee and the best staff in Tampa. Having visited Tampa to see family and friends, Commune + Co. at Armature Works is by far the best third wave coffee shop in Tampa. Yes, the coffee is top-notch, but, snobby and unfriendly baristas is something my shop and coworkers are avidly against, being in the coffee industry, therefore, this shop should be the example for customer service to the whole of the industry; and it is customer service of the best kind: their baristas are allowed to show their glowing personalities without the robotic nature typically associated with pleasant customer service. Among the other coffee shops in the DT Tampa area, Commune + Co. rises above them as being the best in quality of coffee and mixed coffee drinks, along with being simply the best people in the industry.

I wanted a cappuccino and was suggested to try the horchata, great choice and a great start to the day. So tasty!
