As far as bus stations go it does the job but needs a few more shops.

It was best thing in this bus station that I could kept my luggage all day for low price.

Not bad but could do better with more shops and things to do while waiting for a bus.Not far from main train station. Based in city centre just off Princess street.

Clean bus station equipped with vending machines. Citylink Gold is a wonderful service. Comfortable, clean buses. Friendly and courteous driver and hostess. A snack is served accompanied by a hot or fresh drink. Wifi. You can charge your mobile or computer.

Terrible place if you wait for a bus. No facilities whatsoever

Easy access, even has escalators. Clean bathrooms in which you have to pay a few pennies and lockers of different sizes to leave your luggage and see the city.

Located very close to the new town, and a walk from the old. Easy access by escalators. Good attention for the purchase of tickets. We went to Glasgow with the citylink company and it was a very good experience: round trip ticket for 10 pounds and the driver is paid directly when entering the bus. You tell him that you want the return ticket and you will be able to return at the time you want from Glasgow, as buses leave every 15 minutes most of the day. The buses are modern, clean, comfortable and all have 4g wifi and bathroom. The trip lasts 1:15 h.

The staff are welcoming and it is good they have broad of all departments times and distation . They have information center , you should make sure you arrive on time so you dont miss your bus or trip . They dont have shops inside , there is a parking place nearyby.

30 p for the toilet!That is shame!Especially if you have no any change on you!.....Funny!Good location in town!

Our bus was waiting so can't really comment on the services, as it was the first time I've been to the "new" station. Saw a newsagent, don't know what else was there.

Well organized bus station that connect you to Glasgow and many cities in UK

5* location located in centre of Edinburgh, a minute walk from tram station at Andrew Square. Coin exchange machine and washrooms are inside . Well organized less crowded space and has public WiFi as well. Well connected by all Megabus, Scottish citylink, national express and other coach companies.

Only bus station in Edinburgh, very central close to train station and tram links.

Somewhat confusing as some timetable screens were down but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Building itself was immaculate and modern.

The terminal presents itself OK and it is kept clean and tidy. Plenty of leaflets available for visitors which is handy. Perhaps adding a few shops would make the place ideal, while waiting for the coach?

Make sure to check the building hours on the outside of the building before leaving luggage in the lockers. The workers don't have a clue about the hours but will just tell you the place will be open whenever if you ask them.

Easy to negotiate ..good clear information on buses...toilets expensive though

Really good to drop your suitcases off for up to 12 hours if you need somewhere! Really good price and can fit big suitcases in the lockers. Lovely staff. Just remember to bring coins for the lockers. The station is very close to the centre.

It's got a WH Smith inside which is handy. Also multiple screens showing arrival / departure times. There's toilets there but you need to pay which is a bit of a pain / nuisance.

Dirty cold. Not up to the standard required if a capitol city buss station.

Good timing on busses, reasonable prices for short distances and clean waiting area

Auto distributor for drinks, snacks. Gate close 30 sec before departure. Wait for your bus at appropiate gate as shown on screen.

Ridiculous to give out 12 hourly lockers and lock the premises overnight with no notice. I have a flight to catch!!

Staff quit nice could smile a bit :but lovely and clean its nice waiting for the bus :plenty of screens you can see what time your bus comes in .Better than a lot of bus stations .

I saw an overweight guy get stuck in the turnstile to the toilets here. That made me laugh. But then I couldn't get access to the disabled toilet which made me panic and cause some instant karma. 10/10 would soil myself and get embarrassed in public again.

It is very cramped inside and difficult to find the correct stances.
