Caffe Nero

Good espresso. The desserts less, they are not Italian but for those who can not do without a good cup of coffee outside, make a bet from black coffee!

Like most chain coffee shops, nice coffee and a selection of food and snacks. Good amount of seats for somewhere this close to the centre of Edinburgh, and the barista was super efficient and friendly. Good place for a quick stop.

Nice setting. Pleasant staff and good service. Very cosy atmosphere and helpful staff.

Good coffee and tasty bites. Too many tables occupied by students working on their laptops taking up too much space. Place could have been warmer. Staff very nice.

Do not come Here if you like to sit down. Fantastic to have dog friendly Neros here.... that was 9 months ago when it opened. Now it is impossible to get a seat because of students doing there homework. One would think that Neros would protect their image by keeping a few seats for regular customers and others who are not at university. Do not come Here if you like to sit down.

Nice place for studying or meeting friends. Cozy atmosphere and there are seats that look directly outside.

All you could ask for from a coffee shop. Warm, friendly and professional staff. Good coffee.

Coffee was nice, staff were friendly and the decor, what with the books everywhere, was quite cozy.

extremely rude staff, was asked to leave for not ordering anything within my first 5 minutes of sitting there due to waiting for my friend to join before ordering. He came back as my friend was about to arrive (5 minutes after the first threat) and told me very aggressively that I had to leave and wouldn t let me speak. I frequently visit this cafe, so this is very saddening.

Was a great coffee and milk wasn't too hot either so was even better

Caffe Nero's coffee tastes really good. I like the food they offer too. Service is always good and fast.

Lovely staff . Coffee good temperature . Uncomfortable to sit in , I prefer take away . Service can be a hit or a miss, sometimes fast other times slow .

As I had a stroke to go with my ms I lost my legs and an arm my 12years old went in for me with my travel cup and they didn't put my lid on the manager thought it was funny. And my daughter got burt!!

It's a Caffe Nero. Sorry but if you seen one you've seen them all. This one opened in 2019 so it's nice and new when I wrote this. Unfortunately the coffee in Caffe Nero really isn't the best, too bitter compared to the smooth roasts you can get at a privately owned coffee place. Fix the coffee and you'll get 4 stars.

Conviniently located, great friendly staff, great selection of food and pleasant atmosphere, diverse seating available (high chairs by the window, plush armchairs low in the corner, long table, small booths - whatever you may need!)
