Drivers and OP, this place is horrible, they don't care about you appointment time, almost 4 hours after my appointment time and not loaded yet. First and last time in this place.

Was in before my appointment time, was in the dock for about 45 minutes, docks are tight but they get ya loaded quick

Drivers dont wash your trailer before coming into this place, they will ask you to wash it again across the street, i came with clean trailer had to gonand wash it again . They do business together. Rude and ugly bad smelling asian ass at the desk

They require clean trailer but be prepared and you gonna finish fast. they working until 3:30 pm so they load fast. There is no parking and its thight parking on the docks. if you wanna stay off the bridges take 47th street to Racine and Morgan. And again 47th to I94

TRUCKERS BEWARE, BROKERS SEND TRUCKS IN FOR PICKUPS DAYS BEFORE LOAD IS EVEN PRODUCED EXPERIOR BROKERAGE DID THAT TO ME TWICE ALREADY

Truckers make sure your trailer is swept and perfectly clean and they will not allow you to use a broom they charge $25 broom rental fee lol ridiculous not to mention that idiot behind the desk has a very foul mouth will not be back here again for sure!

The place sucks big time came with clean trailer they still want you to rent you a brush for 25$ or sent you to wash out that s how the shipping office making money on the side .very tight docks avoid this place if you can ..

Loading bulk liquid. I won't come here any other time than the midnight hours simply because of the location. Liquid loaders SEEM to be here 24/7. I get my empty weight scale ticket before I show up. I learned the hard way that the gas station with the scale up the street won't take our company credit card, so I gotta pay with cash. It's not awful the way I do it, but i definitely don't look forward to coming here.
Now sometimes I show up and can find an employee near the railroad track plant gate off S. Morgan St, and other times I've used that crummy phone on W 38th St. They don't load everything at this address either. Once checked in, the product I usually get is to the west on W 38th St, off of S Racine Ave. Then get loaded scale ticket and drive back to get your BOL's.

Show up 30min before appointment time and you will be loaded in about 2-3hrs every time friendly people work here also. Thank you very much

They made u clean the trailer twice so the gas station across the street can make money.

I don't have alot of experience with Chicago, today I had a 6am delivery . The docks are tight but the street is big enough to maneuver, low traffic early in the morning. There is a gas station literally in front of the company with parking, gas, and scale.

Had confusion between my dispatcher (and broker), as I was never given an appointment time.

I arrived, called in and was given new that the load wasn't to deliver until the next day.

After paying to park at the BP ($20 for 24 hours and store closes at 8PM), then get an update that S Chic. Packing will take the load today.

If you're okay with backing up, just take your time and KEEP you TANDEMS AS IS (DO NOT MOVE THEM).
