Not very happy with the overall experience...difficult to speak with and very poor customer service

Does not list all information about a home. Very rude to the people who do disclose information they try to hide.

What a great experience doing business with this family run business. Their service is second to none. Its a very competitive market for their lsitings. I didn't win the first couple houses but we have successfully closed several now. Would definitely recommend Gage Realty for your home purchases.

Not very professional. Took many days to get a response.
I called and left a message and multiple days later I receive a cryptic text from an unknown number, asking that I send an email. Email who?! They didn't tell me who they were or provide any context! I asked for more clarifying information on who I was messaging and they said "forget about it".

No reputable business would text a potential client when a call back was requested via voicemail.
No reputable business would say "forget about it" when asked for more specifics on who was speaking.

The only reason I know it was Gage Realty was because I Googled the number after I blocked it.

Unprofessional.

THIS COMPANY, NAMELY JOSH ROSENBURG, IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON IVE EVER HAD THE UNFORTUNATE PLEASURE DEALING WITH. DONT USE HIM, HIS COMPANY AND, DONT BOTHER TRYING TO BUY PROPERTIES THEY LIST THAT ARE BANK OWNED. HE DOES NOT RESPOND AND WHAT LITTLE COMMUNICATION HE GIVES, HE IS ARROGANT. DONT BOTHER! These people have a reputation in the business as being shady. I ve asked around and that s what I ve learned. Never again.

ALSO, THE OWNER WILL REPLY TO THIS AS HE HAS ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS SAYING GAGE HAD NO DEALING WITH US WHEN IN FACT, WE HAVE AND HE REFUSED TO RESPOND. HOW FUNNY IS IT THAT YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM DEFENDING YOURSELF ON A REVIEW BUT, YOU CANT CALL BACK POTENTIAL BUYERS! FUNNY ISNT IT!?! YOU RE UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS.

WRONG- nice try tho! We saw the house, sent in the pre-approval letter with an offer, and was ready to buy! He responded once in the beginning telling us it was presented to the owner and never in response to the offer. It s pathetic to call yourselves realtors. My realtor reached out to him a few times and HE NEVER RESPONDED. I ll keep editing this review to completely squash all your excuses. OWN UP TO IT AT LEAST! I m not the only one who s has this problem with you and I can assure you, if you sell this house for less than my offer, I m filing whatever paperwork I have to get you in trouble! I already know who the bank is that owns it and I plan on calling them too.

The worst service. Very unresponsive. Won't be turning here again.

My experience with Gage Realty was professional, informative, and efficient. I e-mailed interest in a property I found on-line and Edward responded quickly. After a drive by the property I stopped at the office and met Josh. It's been years since I last bought a house. He reviewed the process for me and set up a showing. He was extremely helpful and even though I ended up not making an offer, I never felt pressured. I highly recommend them.

if i could put 0 stars i would. Been trying for almost 2 months to just get a call back. He is not a professional. Do not waste your time

Stay away. Waste of time. Initially kept me in the loop about a studio in Glenville which was to be renovated so I waited for it and all of a sudden, Edward goes dark and never gets back. Of course I lost my other options as well and had to bug my landlord to grant me a one month lease extension before I find a place. FWIW, this is my first review on just about anything. Why do you have to give at least one star to post? This guy deserves none.

A joke is what the name of this company should be. Jerked us around on a house and sold it for our exact offer price. Thankfully we ended up with a gorgeous house on the actual water and not across from the street from the water. He pulled out on our offer with 30 minutes left in lawyer review. My very well known realtor said she had never seen anything like this in all of her years of buying and selling. Alls well that ends well but save yourself the time and the heartache. RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!

Agents pay very poor attention to potential buyers on the real estate market looking to buy homed within their network.

Little to No Communication.

You would be better off taking your business elsewhere.

I ve been doing business with Gage Reality for more than 2 years now. I ve come to enjoy the dedication and commitment shown by Mr. Rosenberg and Gage Reality. I ve only known quick response via phone, email or text whenever I have questions or concerns. Any concerns that arise are immediately taken care of in a professional manner. I m looking forward to doing business with Gage Reality again this year and into the future.

if i could rate lower i would. after being shown and approved for an apartment, all contact stopped the night before our scheduled lease signing, leaving me less than 2 weeks to find and settle on a new apartment. i had to beg my leasing office to go month to month as a solution. awful customer service. awful business practices. don't bother.

edit: gage realty absolutely had everything to do with this rental. the business card for the person who i dealt with had gage realty all over it. the reply to this is a blatant lie.

Gage Realty has been very helpful with answering questions. Josh was very professional and knowledgable about a property that I called about a few days ago. Communication was great all around- honest and upfront. Thanks again for everything. This company is smart on how they deal with people.
