The product is probably great if you have time to ...

The product is probably great if you have time to use it. We did not and informed them of this a few months after. We even went as far as to take it off EFT and pay them in full for our remaining years balance on the contract. The next year they AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED our contract and since we did not have our phone conversations in writing, they said my 20 days notice of non-renewal fell inside their 30 day notice that must be given. YOU MUST READ THEIR FINE PRINT!! and its not even on the contract but in a link attached to the page they will email you. They want me to pay another year in full to get out of their contract. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES BY ZYWAVE. I would have told people their product is probably great even though it didn't work for us, but after being treated this way, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE ASKING.

We just ended a 3 year contract and it was a night...

We just ended a 3 year contract and it was a nightmare. The content is decent, but they used the business contract (which is very specific and binding) to be completely inhibiting. The original salesman quit so they sent a new one that wanted to introduce himself . His follow up email was your agency is larger than it was when you signed the contract so we have to increase your rate. Or you can upgrade to this new product ($200) more a month and the finance department will forgive the rate increase. He gave us a week and said if you don t sign the upgraded contract we will increase the rate and you won t get the additional services. We pulled out the contract and we were within the agency size agreed to and all of the sudden finance was ok leaving our contract as is. Anything we tried to negotiate they would refer to the contract, no questions. Also, if you want to cancel at the end of your contract you have to give a 6 month notice or you re stuck. The product just isn t as practical as it s made out to be and they don t care if you re dissatisfied, it s in the contract. I would NOT recommend their services.

Zywave is a great business tool! Broker Briefcase is my agency's go to. It is very easy to navigate. It has tons of helpful information to provide to clients. Zywave representatives are always friendly and willing to help you whenever you need.

I used Zywave over two years ago and had a terrible experience. I had an agency management system that did not integrate with Zywave and did not find this out until they agreed to let me out of their contract because nothing was working. I found the real truth out from a former employee that contacted me after she left to tell me what was really going on. Zywave took $5,000 as a start up and their product worked so poorly with my system that they just said they were honoring my request to exit the contract just a few short months later. I found out that they knew their product would not work as represented and sold and that they kept my $5000 after numerous opportunities to give it back, is the reason i am finally writing this post. I made numerous attempts to request my start up fee be returned but I was denied the first time and ignored the rest of the time. The only thing I can do is tell anyone that will see this and to be very diligent and cautious if you use this company. The fact that they let me out of the contract was an admission of the failure of their product to work with my system so why they didn't return my $5,000 speaks loudly about the real character of this company.

My experience has been similar to legitimate reviews listed. Content is ok, the system is not user-friendly, and most HR people place little to no value on it. The majority of the client's communications end up in spam. The time commitment to use the system is not realistic. Their employees have no experience with benefits, so they don't understand. We just entered our 3rd year of the contract, and it has been almost a complete waste, and the first we spent a lot of time learning and adopting their recommendations.

It does not matter how many times you tell them you are not interested in there product they continue to call, year after year. I would never do business with them with them, worse than a used car dealer.

I love the amount of information they have available and the ability to modify/personalize it for my clients. Broker Briefcase and HR Connection are the two areas I utilize the most. Great service!!
