Stay away from this company absolutely useless vultures. When buying a car they keep calling and all helpful always ready to speak and answer every question etc etc but once you raise a complaint that's it. They have no knowledge of the credit consumer act. Bought a car in February. Riddled with faults and returned to dealership within 30 days. I am still paying for this and the car is not even in my possession. Absolutely useless.

Had worst experience. The app is fine, but should you have misfortune of finding vehicle via Zuto - having them between yourself & a lender creates delays, misinformation, weeks of calls and sales/processing team inefficiencies. You will almost certainly regret involving Zuto instead of going direct to lender.
Have been phoning Zuto every day and they keep telling me oh everyone is busy someone will call back total BS spoken to the the dealer he s paid the money back to Zuto 3 days ago

Quick application process just found some of the agents wanted you to take on more than you need or can afford. In all a great service and personalised to you. Only had contact with two main agents others who were pushy were looking for insurance sales. Quick turn round had the agreement and my new car in the same week. Excellent customer service with the exception of one or two pushy agents.
please post to show people what company you are. no one can talk. they treat with indifference. I respond very aggressively. and every time I refused and spoke very badly aggressive. believe me it does not deserve this company. to make a complaint against them.
The team dont get enough credit honestly all amazing people go out of the way to help you with everything. 5 star service throughout so easy and so quick wouldn't bother going elsewhere in the future including a scam trade centre that's on the radio. Dont hesitate to go through these guys you will be in your dream car before you know it
be careful these guys are a fraud they make dealers fill in apps for customers then advise them to use their own garages. i know a few companys who have sent in props and they have taken the customers else where be CAREFUL DEALERS THEY ARE A SKANK THEY HAVE EVAN CHANGED THEIR NAME FROM CAR LOANS FOR U TO ZUTO
Zuto were great, everything was processed really quickly and you even get to speak to humans!! Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending Zuto.

Due to a dud car I previously bought via zuto . I then had to restart the car buying process I must admit the second experience of using zuto was better than the first . My car buying broker Nick was brillient as he said it was a very emotonal roller coaster but finally with his support as think he kept me sane . Got my car so yes brillient service

My wife was told she had been approved for 20k at one company, 16k at another company and smaller amounts at a few others.
We found a car, spoke to the garage about a video walk around, agreed the sale, spoke to these cowboys only to be told oh they said no.
No worries go to the one at 16k... 2 days, oh they said no too.
No explanation offered, try one more company, surprise surprise... they said no too.
We spent 4 hours one day browsing the net, 2.5 the next day looking at slightly cheaper cars, again another video walk around... to be told not approved yet again... all this was after being told... finance is in place, choose a car and sign on the dotted line... and get it delivered.
Scam artists pure and simple, if I performed so poorly in my job I would be fired.
Since my circumstances have changed in 2010 only my employer and now Zuto have reviewed my situation and decided to give me the chance to inspire myself again. My experience with Zuto was warm, confident boosting and encouraging. Every team member that I've spoken to exercised patience, tolerance and very efficient while dealing with me. I was never passed around from one extension number to another which is very frustrating. I would always use Zuto in future car loans. Claim they can help you get a car quickly, but in truth will drag their heels and not call back when they say they will. We made it clear at every interaction we were desperately needing to replace a car that suddenly died and were told yes of course we'll get it sorted today for you! 3 days later and we're still going thru the process despite constant calls and having to take time off work to get it sorted. Do not use this company if you are in any kind of hurry, they have no sense of urgency at all
What a shambles.been trying for 6 months with this company., had 4 ,cars lined up but refuse for difrent reasons. After every thing agreed.told engine to big.next they staled for so long the dealer sold cars.saying auto was unreliable. 3car got approval in principal as they had dealt with this company before.only to be told can't deal with this company because off covid viras??.this was with 3 difrent rep's who had talked all my detail's and bank details., work how much I earn.then the 4th car line up dealer bank details and payslip then asked for more details which had been taken already by 3,previous rep's. So I pulled the plug as my detail's ate all over with people I've never met.Should be reported to the financial obesmane.

Years ago we lost our jobs due to the recession. We even lost our home. That caused us a lot of stress and worry. We even felt anxious when calling Zuto.
When we managed to get jobs again, we worked hard to firstly secure a home and then a car, since our initial car was a budget model.. but very nice.. we have since had for example a Ford Mondeo, a Chrystler 300c, BMW Z4, BMW 525d, Mercedes Clc, Mercedes ML, Mercedes Cls, Mercedes E220d 2016 model.
We had been so very happy with Zuto helping us secure our finance every time we would sell the car, Zuto helped ensure we had the professional support to buy another. So over the years we would return seeking their help and support.
Maybe it is excessive with us having many return visits but it's so hard in life to find a company who you can trust, a company who simply want to help customers and were both just truly delighted.

At first i was very dubious about dealing with Zuto, normally i hang up when i get a call from such company but i spoke to John for quite a while about the cars i was looking at, what Zuto was about and what figures they could get me and they seemed trustworthy so i went with it. There was no pushy sales, they got me the APR i was after through a reputable pcp company, they didnt hard search my credit until i told them to, the whole process was incredibly efficient and problem free, in the end i was very glad i dealt with them and i would use them again no problem.
Well the service you get is beyond fantastic I would recommend to anyone the help you find the right car and if you know what car you want they ll find the best one for. As for the service its rapid it only took two days and my car was ready to pick up Thanks zuto for everything

Some of their 'trusted dealers' are selling cars that are not as advertised and not fit for purpose. Maybe they should visit these sites more to see who they are dealing with and where they are sending their customers.

Told me I had my finance and to go shop for a car, so I Did, told them that I wanted it and put the deposit down, I even had them ring and sell me the gap insurance for my new car, then got messed around with excuses for days as to why I hadn't paid my lender deposit, only to be told three days later that my finance was NOT in place and they couldn't help me! Then a day later they ring and offer me finances with a MUCH higher apr! So I've lost my 200 deposit and got told they're 'Sorry' and there wasn't much they could do! Liars!

I was looking for a new car & came across Zuto on Autotrader. I knew the car I wanted before applying so applied for finance on a Tuesday, got a call back on Wednesday & within minutes I was approved. Picked up my new car on the following Saturday. Everything was explained to me in full & very friendly customer service.

I had a gentleman called Jacob he was very attentive and responsive even if a lender was taking its time he would call to reassure me he had not forgotten about me. Even after me messing around with cars and then not being able to afford a car with the current situation and my work closing he has still offered to help when my job opens its doors again.
Ashley Wright and the team at Zuto was Fantastic. They made the process of buying my car so easy. Starting with helping me see which financing options were best for me. The moment I decided what car I wanted, the team was on the ball, communicating with me and the car dealership very promptly. Everything went fine I got finance at a good rate then I got a letter from another finance company saying I was not accepted auto did not tell me this and now it has gone against my credit score I'm not happy.

David Couchman called me so I could provide more information and ended up asking me for 5 or 6 security questions. Keep in mind I answered them all correctly, for the last question I had to log into my online bank to double check the answer and as I was waiting for the site to load up I asked if there are anymore questions I can answer while we wait. David then told me that he doesn't believe that it is really me and instructed me to email him a video while holding my license and saying out loud my personal details. Since I had plans I ended up doing the video later on in the day and after sending the video I quickly got a response that they are unable to help.
This has honestly felt more like a scam than anything else. Especially after being told that I was approved for financing and then they told me that they can't do anything AFTER answering their security questions and sending a video with my face and license.
I don't usually write reviews online, this is probably my second review typed up.. I was put in contact with Zuto after viewing a car that that specific dealership were unfortunately not trust worthy. Zuto were so helpful in helping apply for finance. I had a very helpful worker called Josh W who went above and beyond for me, my first option car had unfortunately been sold the morning of me applying for it, Josh helped me pick a similar car I was happy with and he spoke to the dealership to make sure the car was available for purchase and delivery options etc. They were very quick in responding and updating me with every little detail. I recommend these guy 10/10, not a bad thing I can say about them, & my new car is being delivered tomorrow! :)

Tried to buy a car with these guys, they were very responsive and great at first, I explained my financial situation to them fully (I have poor credit) and told them the kind of car I wanted, I also explained that I had a car to trade in. I chose a car and even put down a 300 pound depsout on it, only then I ran into the issue that the monthly payments were too much for my affordibility (despite me explaining in full), this is were their attitude changed, the dealership I dealt with were rude and made a comment about me 'being broke' and then my advisor was quite unwilling to help me find a car (she chose 1 car for me), I must of picked out about 10 different cars all within budget and age range and everyone was shot down for quite insignificant reasons, then my advisor claimed I hadn't disclosed that I had a car to trade in (I had via email twice and on the phone). I ended up coming away as the deal I was going to get was very poor (250 a month for a 5000 car?) It was quite a poor experience and while I understand my credit was probably a factor in payment price, I felt I was purposely priced out and my advisor was quite rude when I told her I was backing out. Wouldn't recommend them, organise your own finance instead much cheaper in the long run.
This is a repost, I have used zuto and would like to highlight what this gentleman has said to be 100% truth. please read it before going forward with purchase.
Zuto will most certainly help you to get finance. As you would expect they will call end email daily until you either buy or decide against it. Here's the problem...... Don't be fooled into thinking they safeguard you by checking cars or dealers. They perform a simple check the same as most phone apps will do. And as for dealers well as long as they are in business they qualify. My dealer has the very worst reviews and guess what you can go buy a car from them no issue. I purchased a car borrowing 2500 and paid some of my own. Within 3 days it had a major DPF issue (if you don't know what that means you don't want to know believe me). Dealer said repair it locally and I will pay. Went to a garage and he didn't pay. Hmm. Dealer took car back for 2 weeks and 2 days after collection same issue (dealer demanded cash before I could have the keys so paid 60 pounds angrily). Hmm. Paid 200 last week to another garage and dealer said he would pay half... still not rectified. Now despite the fact he failed to pay me as promised and I will add the car is STILL under warranty You would think Zuto will come to my aid wouldn't you. Wrong. I emailed them copy invoices. Advised I was asked for and promised cash which didn't happen. Advised the car is as I write in a garage awaiting a new DPF (975 to fit and check) and their reply to me is.... wait for it.... go and pay for a diagnostic to prove the car had the issue when bought. I don't know about you but I don't think most people are in the habit of paying multiple repair bills for a new car because they want to.!!! Interestingly Zuto can tell you which companies to use for the diagnostic so I'm sure there are no working arrangements or financial kickbacks there (?). No really... that's right you need to pay to progress your complaint. Without the diagnostic you are going nowhere. Door shut. I will have spent 1400 all told in 7 weeks on a car under warranty. Dealer is still on their books despite my experience and his increasingly similar reviews. No help with the claim unless I pay for a diagnostic report.
Remember how helpful they were to get to sign. Where are they now?? Asked for a manager's call back twice and promised it twice but to date no call. No chance of a refund. Need to pay to progress a claim. Identified dealers asking for cash and breaking warranty still on their books.
Choose a car carefully. Well as carefully as you can because if something goes wrong pray you have a superb dealer because if not you're on your own.
Listen to their blurb when you are on hold. Listen to them tell you they check all dealers and perform background checks on cars. It's a farce.

Awesome customer service, brilliant staff and they made my Xmas with my car pity it took the dealership 9 days to deliver it after funds were paid but zuto were great and I would pass onto family and friends
Really helpful, sorted everything out for me with the dealer. They keep me up to date right throughout the process so you know when you can collect the car. My experience was really good and I will use them again when I am next looking for a car. Thank you Jade and all team.
