Wow what can I say.... My Husband has been dealing with Zuto for the past 2 weeks and have had absolutely no issues, he was told he had been approved and all the "Lender" required was a copy of his UK Full Drivers which he promptly sent them. After 2 weeks of his approval and many conversations with Jake he was on the hunt to find his perfect little car, traveling at times 1hr 20min, with much excitement he found this vehicle and decided to go with it, well after signing the documents and about to send back was contacted by Zuto and was told that one of the requirements was to send them a copy of his UK Passport, which we are South African and dont have one!!!!!!! Amazed/shocked at this point through many conversations(we even sound very South African) and at no point was said there was another and most important requirement needed YOUR COPY OF YOUR BRITISH PASSPORT is needed!!!! He spoke to Dan and when asked where this went very wrong? Dan replied im not sure I wasn't dealing with this and has passed it on to customer service to call him. VERY POOR SHOW
Paul Mott my buying expert was very professional and efficient, the process from start to finish was quick. The whole application processed I found easy, staff friendly polite and happy to help, my only problem was that the garage I got my vehicle from was chosen by Zuto and the aftercare team at the garage didn't want to take any responsibility for anything with the vehicle once it left the dealers, when I called them to tell them that they're were some problems they said I should get it fixed and send them the receipt I've been trying to contact them to get the address to send the receipts to but to no avail the call goes to voicemail.
Worst company get past pillar to post got finance 1 minute then declined the next rates a joke avoid at all costs
Very poor communication after the initial instant call back after that you need to be prepared to contact them as i never received another call back even when I was in a diary for one then (declan) went on holiday got different stories from every advisor I spoke to about vat deposits n such 5 weeks trying to get a decision all the time deccan trying to get me to leave a deposit for a vehicle before fianance was in place ...i fianaced the van through the bank eventually got a decision in less than 24hrs and am driving the van before zuto finally called me back before I explained id got the van ... in my experience avoid these chances like the plague

Helpful to get you into a finance deal, not interested after the sale. Had to return my car due to problems, the dealer has offered to refund the money and the finance company also accepted. The car was returned a week ago I've been waiting to hear back off zuto after calling nearly everyday to be told advisors are all busy someone will get back to you.Still nothing, still left without a car over the Xmas period, still left with a debt for a car I don't have, still know nothing about whats happening.

Don t trust their adverts on Auto Trader! Said they could provide finance on a car on Auto Tader but then after I applied they said they couldn t due to car being too old and the amount being too small - they shouldn t have advertised the finance on the car then!
The garage I got my car from which is approved by zuto ate now no where to be found, still within my 6 months and so much has when wrong with my car and saying the gear box has gone due to wear and tear. Luckily the fiance company is on it. Zuto worst company ever.

Got there in the end after a very stressful week.
I ve Finance several cars now most of which completely stressfree this has been my worst experience by far, every day I was told they would release the funds instead they came back to me with another problem I spent the week making countless phone calls sending emails having to leave work early and Friday morning when I was due to pick up the car they still hadn t released the money, when I phoned to find out why I was rudely told they had only been open five minutes and will call me back later
This company is fraudster and here is my story. We have bought a Pram in October 2018 and returned same week because it was wrong Pram. We have an autistic child and one new born baby so we ordered twin pram but recieved single child pram.
I have taken this pram on finance, mothercare refunded us first payment but did not cancel the financing agreement and I am paying installments from last 5 months. I have informed mothercare and financing company both but nothing has done. both blame each other and ask to contact other but not luck yet, its been really bad that i am paying for the product that has been returned 5 months ago. these are fraudster and do not want to help customers. I dont have pram from last 5 monnths because once this sorted then i can buy pram for my kids..

Finance application was quick and easy. Went to view car and completed my own checks. Garage had money by the end of the day and I collected the next day after I sorted insurance. From start to finish I had a new car within a week/maybe 2.

Was looking for a car so got in contact with zuto all the staff there very friendly and healthful my guy was called Dan he helped me sourese a car and paid for it sadly car didn't work out and tryes another again car had issue to fault to zuto no pressure no hassle couple of details needed and that was it I got accepted for upto 25k and my credit wasnt very good in end didn't take finance with them as didn't see any vehicals that I wanted but they have load to choice from feom dealers all up and down the country in no way I'm I associatiated with them. Just being honest
I had 5 jobs for Nicholas to do and he did them all neatly and efficiently under difficult circumstances as the house is a chaotic building site at the moment. I am very pleased.

Filled a application for finance on a car on a Friday night sent it got a call Saturday morning was asked a few simple questions by the person on the phone and he was polite and made the application simple and he gave me the good news that I was accepted for the finance I needed to buy the car I was then sent the paper work by email signed the bits I needed to sent them back Job done every one happy so ye everything about zuto is excellent.

Its been nearly 3 weeks and I still have not been given the clearance to get my car even whilst paying a deposit and delivery fees. Poorly handled and misrepresents the actual costs of taking out a car (PCP and HP) through them.
Last minute i was charged admin fees which was never discussed and each day i'm being told "its going to take a few days" after each step. They also make make mistakes on the contracts which delays things further. When you are a parent and rely on a vehicle and you are promised a date, you plan around it to ensure things can go smoothly, BUT YOU CANNOT RELY ON ZUTO. TERRIBLE EXCUSES AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR POOR ORGANISATION WHICH IM BEING CHARGED FOR.

If you have a bad credit file they will simply approve you for an Amigo loan. This means you'll need a guarantor with a good credit file who will have to meet the payments if you dont.
