There was 4 companys that was looking to offer me finance for my new car the other 3 did not match up no where near Zuto the service wich I received was 100% first class, from start to finish I was looked after and kept informed of what was happening even when i chosen the car i liked they rang the dealer to sort out my test drive and covered all the questions and answer I had,
Would I recommend Zuto,,,,,, (YES) everytime

Excellent service start to finish. Didn't think I'd be able to afford a new car but they got me a great finance deals and helped no end with choosing a good vehicle from a reputable dealer. Zuto took all the worry and hassle out of buying a new car and did it for me. Very happy and will use them for my next purchase.

i sent this back to the company they still repossed my car with my belongins in the car as the vehicle was locked when it was towed away
i have spoken the arrogant people at the head office who now state hey there was nothing left in the car and want to pursue me for just over 4k which might i add is the interest
i told the member of staff i will deduct the cost of the final bill what was left in my car and was told dont work like like
total arrogant company dont give a dam about there customers now the company has change to

Push you into buying cars from dodgy dealers.
Returned a faulty car to dealer and waited over a week for deposit back.
Went to see another car and rear tyre had metal showing through and other side was bald as my head. Shouldn't be allowed to even test drive. Also was next door to car auction site.
It's a reflection on Zuto for the dodgy dealers they use.

I was struggling with getting help with a new car etc untill i came across zuto and they couldn't of helped me any more, everything they done was at ease for me as they explained everything so it was understandable and got things sorted quickly and stress free.
Very happy with how they treated me and got me a car to suit my needs.

Wounderful experience, had forgoten how to get car finance and the team at Zuto made it very simple for me. I recomend it to every one, very easy and very quick, all I did was look for a new car, Zuto do pretty much everything for you. A very big thank you to Jade & Libby.

Bought car on the 8th November. Car broke down 25 ...

Bought car on the 8th November. Car broke down 25 min later. Dealer happy to refund me and contacted zuto. Zuto hasn't contacted them back. I contacted zuto to say car is back at the dealer and still days later have no reply.
Due to zuto not being bothered with customer service and just commission, this is the situation I am stuck in -
Jaguar parked outside with no insurance as I transferred it to new vehicle at risk of being removed by police for no insurance.
New finance car in dealer that I must keep insured until finance company is refunded, or I am in breach of contract.
Dealer happy to return money to finance.
I am happy to return money to finance.
Zuto not playing ball leaving me and car dealer stuck in limbo at my daily cost and transportless.
To add to this review. To be fair to zuto once I made this review the problem was sorted so maybe some miscommunication somewhere.
I would use again now some issues were ironed out.

I am a car dealer and these cowboys are the worst in their field very unprofessional no training has been given whatsoever ,you speak to a new advisor every time you phone up so you have to go through the story over and over again, they try to cut corners, so you have to do everything over and over again they are a nightmare stay away.

Well , the all experience with Zuto was very good , good customer service, everything explained properly.
About the dealership, well , was atrocious, BCM luton should not be on zuto's page , at all .
Horrible Customer service, didn't had a call back , never replied to my emails, the car came 4 days later than the promised, oil engine light on , fog light didn't work , missing spare tire and loads of basic things missing.

I am giving 4 stars as I wasn't completely happy with my experience but got there in the end as my sales person Jamie Pointon was brilliant and helped me get into my new car after I signed the contract blast Thursday and he said I would be in it by Saturday.
Helen rang me Thursday to say paperwork was sent to the lender and because of covid it might not be paid out until Monday or Tuesday this week which I wasn't happy about as I was off work at the weekend as dealer was 2 hours away so on Friday just gone I rang Zuto to say if I don't get an answer today am withdrawing and the lovely lady I spoke to said that the processing dept have sent an email to the lender requesting the money in an hour or I was pulling out and to my surprise it came through and got my new car on Saturday from AW Carhouse and they are lovely dealers very nice and couldn't do more to help you. With zuto you do have to chase up cos if you don't you will wait longer.
I had changed my mind on a car as I read the reviews about the dealer 3X Motors in Dunstable and the amount of bad reviews about them selling dodgy cars with and not helping people with a problem during warranty and maybe zuto should consider removing this dealer.

Alison was my point of contact and I can honestly say I ve never spoken to a member of sales who was so intent on actually helping me instead of selling the services. Backwards I know but she was so friendly and so helpful. I got the perfect car in a week! Would 100% recommend Zuto to my friends

Absolute joke, gave the wrong bank details to the finance company, ended up with the wrong dealer being paid. Told me on the day i was due to pick the car up, several days after everything had completed. Trying to get answers from the support team, ended up getting attitude from that team member, when they were the ones in the wrong. Would not recommend, i could have been a one off but their response to this has been a joke.

Where do I start ! the company is a shambles... congratulations you have been pre approved. So we went ahead with it. Euan who is never in gave us the criteria we had to meet for the Vehicle, firstly credit limit was 12,000 so we found a car for 12000. Then once we sent all the paper work off to them and uploaded all proofs we was told it s 9000 now so like you do we went out and found a vehicle for 9000 spoke to the dealer gave them a deposit for the vehicle. The good bit... passed through to James in processing! (Arrogant, unprofessional, bad attitude!) the list goes on ! So the vehicle we chose was a vw caddy van. (We have dogs) decided would be nice to have a van to take the dogs on holiday and on road trips. Really this is non of there business why I chose this vehicle but James was constantly asking why a van not a car. Bare in mind they have a vw caddy on there website. James then continued to ask why we needed a van and tried to push that we was using the van for business ?! I am a store manager that I have been for years and my husband is a truck driver and has been for years. We are 55 years old and James thinks we are going to start a business. I asked him who is asking these questions you or the finance company he wouldn t admit it at first ( wanted to play god and decide ) then he admitted it that it was him asking the questions. Very personal. Very unprofessional. Sooo another week went by didn t here anything from zuto James or euan and I put a deposit on the vehicle through the dealer. So the dealer has contacted me pretty much every day about this pay out.. another couple days went by and I decided to check the website for any update. James has handed the file back to euan and I was to contact him again now. So rang up last Wednesday, sorry he isn t in today he s back in tomorrow. So I left it a few days to see if they had the decency to call me back. Nothing! I rang them this morning oh wait he s in but busy ! (Shock) so I spoke to someone else who opened the file and said yeah I see you have been declined. So waiting for pay out over a month to get declined on a pre approved finance?! No Contact. Nothing. What an absolute shambles ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CAR FINANCE ! DESTROY YOUR CREDIT FILE WITH HARD SEARCHES AND THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH JAMES IN PAY OUT WHO THINKS HE DECIDES WHO GETS WHAT! Purchasing a car through Zuto was fine, good rates etc, my problems was when my car broke down badly twice so it was returned within a month on January the 8th 2018 and a wind down was initiated.

However Zuto are terrible at following through with a wind down. I have never heard "they are not in the office and we will ask them to call you back" with no call back so much in my life.

After my vehicle was returned on the 8th of January this year I have paid Januarys payment for the car, Februarys payment, March, and in a day or so April's.

I was told a on the 7th of March this will be sorted now and the payments can stop and be refunded. I CALL on the 9th of April to be told no we can't do that yet, we will look in to it and call you back, guess what no call back.

Absolutely terrible, and I am still left making monthly payments for a car that was returned around 120 days ago!

Waste of my time - after they did a credit check on me that's when they told me I needed a guarantor - that didn't work - tried another lender nd he wanted other paper work I didn't have! And you get told this after they've run a credit report on you. Next time tell people the lenders requirements before you around doing checks on people. Very disappointed - waste of my time!!

Sold a death trap!
I brought a car through zuto two and half months ago, for the last two weeks the car has been sat on the drive.
While driving home from work one night, I was going around a roundabout when the steering locked up. I had to slam on my breaks to stop myself crashing into a tree. This shook me up quite badly.
When I got home I tried to open the bonnet to put steering fluid in, only to find out I couldn't open the bonnet. I had to get a pair pliers to turn the bonnet latch.
Once I got it open, that's when I found out that on the passenger side of the vehicle there was a load of sellotape on top of the light to seal a crack, the wheel arch cracked, bonnet out of line and a piece of sandpaper.
These were hidden when I brought the car.
The car was never described as having an accident or bump, it was described as "one careful owner"
I got a mechanic to look at the car, he confirmed that it had been in an accident and shouldn't be on the road. Needing a new power steering motor.

I was told the dealer had one chance to repair it. he refused!
I told zuto he refused and that I am so unhappy with a mis-sold car that is so dangerous it could've killed me and other people. I do not want this car anymore!
I was told that I need a diagnostics. I said I'm not happy driving a death trap to prove it's a death trap. So they said they could get someone out to do the diagnostics, just give them 48 hours and they will ring back. They never rang, so I did. I got through to a horrible boy that said there was nothing about that on my file and to get the diagnostics myself. I tried to explain the car is not safe on the road, when I asked for the manager that time "she's not in". She never seems to be in or can call you back when you ask. I'm starting to think she doesn't exist!
I managed to get a diagnostics done myself and sent over to zuto and still nothing!

I trusted fully that Zuto would do their job as described and sell me a car that was safe and that the dealerships were checked. As a result I don't want this car anymore.
When I said this to one of the employees, he laughed and said it was down to me to check it was safe.

The Consumer Act 2015 states that a repair, replacement or refund must be done if a fault occurs between 30 days - 6 months after purchase.

I had this car two months when I was in a near accident.
Its been sat on my drive for two weeks while I wait for zuto to do their job.
Unfortunately it is quite clear that they are hoping to ignore me, so I'll give up and pay for the repairs myself.
Not going to happen, I call everyday, twice a day. I can tell they're fed up with me but if they did their jobs correctly, they would stop hearing from me.

Zuto are only good when all is well with the car! TRUST ME if your planning to use them think about the issues you will have if god forbid something goes wrong with the car. They are nice with smiles until this point and then once they realise that it s not going well you will be fobbed off and left as though your consumer rights means nothing. Bought a car and after the first week showed up with engine light and kept cutting out. Was told nothing is wrong with the car even though I d taken pictures to show the engine light coming on. The dealership had no problem giving back my cash deposit and the finance money. Zuto told the finance company that they would reverse the finance but then decided not to. Zuto only reply to your concerns when you call or email otherwise they would leave you sitting wondering what s happening! Bottom line DONT USE THEM AS YOU WILL BE VERY VERY UPSET IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR . Zuto obviously don t REALLY care about their customers just pretend with fake smiles until something goes wrong. They are happy to take your business but you better pray the car is ok and you don t end up with a car that has engine problems!!!!!!!!

Excellent from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff too. My car buying expert was Jacob Worthington and after a few questions he found me a great car, sorted out finance on it...rang the dealer and did the relevant checks on the legality of the vehicle, even managed to arrange for free delivery from the dealership to my front door as my old vehicle was no longer driveable.
I then got passed to jade who sorted out all the paperwork for finance and told me exactly what I needed to send in photo ID and documents needed etc.....kept me fully informed throughout the whole process until the very end, I'm now affordably back on the road, vital as I am a key worker too .

Got a much better deal on a car loan from Carloan4...

Got a much better deal on a car loan from Carloan4U that through the dealer, and actually a better rate of interest than a personal loan from my bank. I like that 'applying' online doesn't actually mean that you are applying for a loan straight out without talking to anyone - it's only once Carloan4U can see that they can help you and go through the details with you - lenders, interest rates etc that you formally apply for the loan. Also they HPI checked the car and made sure the dealer was approved and checked out before I even went to view the car I was interested in. Communication was clear and straightforward, customer service was excellent and everyone I spoke to was clearly in a UK office. Just make sure you get the APR interest rate and the not the 'flat rate' of interest before you agree to the loan - I had to ask for the APR twice before I got it. Would use again for sure.

The only thing I did not like about zuto was all the phone calls I had to make - this was a good service once for through and polite call handlers etc I had to make multiple calls and chase calls etc.

I have made the purchase using zuto without any problem. Do not expect same day service, but once the car was found and all docs signed it took less than 24 hours.

After being turned down for a loan by my bank (first time ever as I have a good credit rating), the car dealer suggested I contacted Zuto which I duly did.
From the moment I contacted Zuto they were brilliant, they returned my call within minutes saying they could help and called again within hours to say that the loan was agreed subject to all the paperwork, which was all e-mailed back and forth over a bank holiday weekend. The car was collected within a week.
I can only say that all the staff I dealt with were great and I would highly recommend Zuto.

Really unprofessional organisation where after I had only enquired around finance options on the website, I was met with repeated attempts at someone calling me twice a day for two weeks and leaving voicemails. I stopped answering thinking after a few attempts you would get the idea that I wasn't interested. But no, it continued. Not only this as a starter, but tonight I received an email from a third party company saying Zuto passed my details on to look at Finance options. This was done without any of my consent and I would encourage anyone to stay away from these as they obviously have poor customer data practices and take little care for someone's personal information, but rather share it without permission. Really not happy and will be looking to take it further after you've used my data without my consent.
