Excellent customer service, friendly staff, would definitely recommend to a friend

Great service,spoke to zuto at 9am friday and collected my new car at 10am Saturday, could have been friday evening but the car dealer wanted to put a new mot on the car .would definitely use zuto again .

I love Zuto, where other failed Zuto didn't they have solved a huge problem for me and i have a nice shiny car to boot

I ve buyed a car from a one of they dealer thru zuto and after 1 week my car was seized because the previous owner had an accident and run. I ve called customer support a couple of times but they didn t do anything for me, they only called the dealer and let him know I can t do anything about it. Now i find myself paying the car with no car to go work and with 2 small kidz going to nursery on foot. Thanks zuto for appreciating you clients! Personally i wil let all my friends know that it s better to search some other companies to buy cars!

Getting me finance for he car was great but I think they should check the cars or the garages they put there name to.the car I got has no Jack to change wheels the advert says car was service by garage but the has 33per cent left before the filter and oil needs changing

At the start the experience was good, nice customer service and an effortless journey provided.
At the end the journey wasnt great as Zuto are in partner with a dodgy company V12 sports and classics.
The AA report said all passed on the car but it was all a lie, faults are offside front anti roll bar links as knocking and the front and rear brakes, disks and pads, as wearing
While on the last MOT it said it needs attention.
We asked the agent from V12 who confirmed all has been done and if not it wont pass the AA inspection.
Was passed from pillar to post, not a good journey at the end.
I personally will never recommend as the experience at the end was poor and the response i got from zuto complaints team are not encouraging.
Amazing staff from the first line, good rapport was created.

Top service from start to finish, they couldnt do enough for me and worries i had was put behind me safe and sound to deal with. Fast service had the car i wanted almost over night very good service i will strongly reccomend to anyone.

Rubbish customer service coming from gaile mcwalter. He sounds like his not approachable. Sounds like his not interested in talking to non English first language people. Rubbish this kind of typical English customer service agent in the UK. I decided not to go ahead.

Welcoming and friendly but once the deal is done with one of their dodgy suppliers you will never hear from them again. Any problem you are on your own. Worst experience ever

By far the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. No pushy sales reps.. Applied finance.. approved .. A few phone calls with very friendly helpful advisors..who explain everthing clearly. Rather than going round garages I chose to View and reviewd cars on line... All paperwork done from smart phone..Hardest job choosing my car and test drive ... One very happy customer..Will use again in future... Thank you Zuto.

Total scam of a phone line, keeping you on for as long as possible. No way of paying online and cancelling almost impossible......awful customer services and terrile company AVOID!

Zuto is a fantastic company they always put their customers first. Amazing!

I called number of times to discuss what car to look for.
Had nothing but problems they did not inform me the criteria i need to look for at the start, this would of saved alot of time and stress if i got this info from the start
I found 1 so i phoned for info and i got quote and it suited me financially.
Viewed the car really wanted it so i called back to get ball started. Woman said i was told wrong information and quote was higher than i was originally quoted.
I moaned and said i drove all this way to be told i now cant get it.. she then corrected her self and said sorry im wrong the other quote was right.
Carried on talking going into my income and outcome to learn because i was on universal that not many lender will touch me because of benefits, I still work part time but this wasnt good enough. Now my complaint is this should of been a discussion from the first phone call and not after 5 6 time getting my hopes up that i was going to get a new car.. i had nothing problem and not the correct info being told. Im now left angry and annoyed and let down by these for not giving me correct info at the start.. thanks for nothing

Spoke with Matthew who took me through a very straightforward process. To cut a long story short I was in my new Audi in 3 days. Amazing customer service and all I needed to submit was a picture of my licence. Great stuff.

Fuming at the fact they tell you you ve got the car everything is accepted which gets your hopes to then here nothing.
Had to call them and they said that it couldn t go through and wasn t accepted.
What a joke and is quite cruel to people who would really love a new car!

Was planning to buy a car from Zuto and one of there sales reps Matthew Wallace found me a car from a dealer not far from me.

He took all my details and said I was Pre-approved. Next thing I know Matthew and this crook took a holding deposit for a vehicle not advising me it s non refundable. You guessed correctly I lost my 100 pounds and they ve goon quiet!

I raised a complaint and was told I have to wait 8 weeks for this to be resolved: god know what takes so long. I m waiting for the 8 weeks so I can go to the ombudsman and court.

Day light robbery and against consumer protections regulation. THIS FIRM OS GETTING SUED FOR DAMMAGES! I ve been out of work since due to chronic stress disorder and on medication. Good luck Zuto see you in court!!!

Seamless car finance process.
Excellent levels of communication from both enquiry agent and contract agent. Finance agreed and confirmed the same day with rapid fund transfer to the seller. a pleasure to deal with, only wish i had financed my last car this way.

disgusting shocking i was told one thing by this idiot around 7% interest so i have not bothered checking said it would be 700 for the whole term but jees 2500 wow lost for words if need be i will drag this company through the courts fuming is being nice omg crooks really

The way I was looked after was excellent by sam and isabelle the only down side was the long wait from the lender and still waiting to pick my car up nearly a week later

So incompetent. It took them over a month to sort out all the correct paperwork and some of the staff were rude.

From the very beginning my car buying expertt was very helpful. I would definately use them again. Everything made very easy and ended up with the best car i've ever had. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the prompt service and excellent communication I received from the team at Zuto.
Being self employed and having to prove my income and expenditures took about 10 days from when I first made my application online. jade from Zuto was amazing, she communicated with me on a daily basis through text, email and calls to let me know what stage the application was at. I found her to be very professional with excellent communication, Top job Jade!
If I was to say anything negative about the process is that in my first contact with a advisor from Zuto I was informed I had been approved then after a few days realised you are not actually fully approved until all the paperwork is passed on to the lender and after a review of your finances it is then a decision is made on if you have been approved! I must say though this was NOT Jade!
I now have my lovely new car now and if it wasn t for Zuto I really don t think this would of been possible.

I had a terrible experience with the first dealer but Zuto worked super hard to reverse the agreement so I could get another vehicle. They processed my second finance within 3 weeks (which felt like forever) but I m glad they came through for me.

To me Zuto is one of the best lender, I needed 2000 pounds loan for a car from Santander bank, I was rejected after credit check but then I had turn to Zuto to my surprise it was so fast and easy 2250 pounds was granted to me. I highly recommend Zuto to anyone looking for car loan. The best.

the most unprofessional finance agent i have ever come across. not at all helpful as they are more money minded than customer service. they give incorrect information and at the end they say there is nothing much we can do. Because of them i have suffered a lot they were not at all helpful and i am still suffering because of them. I would strongly not recommend anyone for zuto.

Dealing with these ladies and the team at Zuto was like I was the only one! from helping me to get finance in place to checking exactly which car I was looking for Lynsey sent me images of the make and model of vehicle I was looking for in my local area and even made me appointments to view with the dealerships! Once I had chosen my perfect vehicle Megan processed the finance documents within only a matter of hours with regular updates and I drove away. They were keen enough to call as soon as I was approved and recommend a place in Reading but I had to chase for two days to get an answer about the vehicle I wanted.

Turns out Zuto haven't dealt with my well established local Mercedes dealership before and "due to the pandemic were unable to approve them".

Whole thing sounded more like cronyism than an approval system to me so I just walked away but I would be interested in the legality of this.

Second time I've went through these guys and they couldn't make it easier if they tried ! The whole process is quick and simple. Highly recommended
