Have been using Zopper warranty for my Air Conditioner for over a year now. Lately had an issue with my AC and had reported a compliant prior to the Covid lockdown. Post lockdown the Zopper team contacted me but we had a little issue with their service team. Constant follow ups with their Noida backend team was a waste of time and the overall experience was bad.
But Mr Anshuman Pandey from the Mumbai team was a big help with prompt responses and quick solutions. Rating Zopper 5 stars only for the great service by Mr Anshuman. Thanks a ton.
One honest advice for other buyers is that the Zopper warranty is very useful for big repairs and damages. You won't regret buying it.

worst service ever, not even one bit professional in terms of providing the services. Bought an AC and got extended warranty but these guys always delays the servicing and very unprofessional if you talk to their customer care, they dont know whats the problem with the product just trying to change every part of AC and think this might fix the problem
Very good service, i rasie concern for my AC service andand th team is very proactive. They quickly coordinate with me to provide best quality service they alocate one Sr engineer to look into my concern and resolve it properly. There team members are very professional and keep following up step by step and finally once they resolve my concern after that there seniors personally follow up with me, this shows that they very concerned about customer service and satisfaction. I have purchase an RO after searching on this site .After purchase neither this company nor the vendor is responding . Don't believe the company promise .They dont help you once you are cheated by supplier .
Good service provide by Mr. Dheeraj and Mr. Anish. my Samsung led panel replaced at my place. I am very happy because my complaint handle very honestly and every time i am received a call from dheeraj for panel confirmation overall very good service provide by zopper.
Very very pathetic service. At the time of registering my service request on 4th July 2019, they informed that the technician will attend my case in 48 hrs. No one visited or given a call from the Zopper side. From that day average daily 3 times I am following up this. Every time they give me false promises like, they will attend the case by evening or by next day.. Fed up with their customer service.. Lost trust in them!!!!!

Unreliable customer service. No resolution of problem. Got a damaged AC, no real response on replacement. Always keep asking for some requirement when contacted for status of replacement.
Pathetic company they sold our customer data and sent sms on our data base on behalf of other companies. We got to know as we had our contact details in our data. Never doing business with these creeps again
Very poor company to work. There would be no proper co-ordation with employees. They never give time to there employees to prove themselves. Every day interview going on and fired employees.
Please block this company and should be change the management.
They are almost cheaters with probably the only difference being of intentions...supplied a non genuine iPhone 6 and also didn't do anything about it to remedy the situation other than a promise of refund after 5-7 days
Sells a good product "Zopper Assure". It is extended warranty for electronic items. I bought for my ac and washing machine and got service also. Recommend for any valuable item.

Had to get printer reapaired..got a quote of 4k for the cartridge whereas printer itself isn't that expensive.
Had to get washing machine repaired.. response time is really poor. Also they as for a full payment before rendenring their services ( replacements of parts) . Which no other provider does.
Had to get vaccum cleaner repaired they have given us a quote which is almost the price of new vaccum cleaner

One of the wrist company to work. I was a branch manager in Chandigarh only for one month.on the name of sales my senior asked me to give 12000 and said that he will return me afterwards. There customer denied to take product. Even zonal head and nation head mr. Priyank Gupta was aware about it. All money stuck in company account. I contacted them to refund money either in customer account or mine but they said now return is not possible. Please don't join....
Appreciate the help extended by Zopper Team. Was a rocky start but they managed to regain my trust. Technicians that visited knew what they were doing so am happy and my appliances are working fine now. Keep up the good work!!

Fake Company, only look after to sale the product, Poor services, worst management and support team. I believe no one is satisfied with there product and services. More then 4 month of advance payment but didn't get any services, not get the money back. [Worse then worst company policies]. I have bought a "Zooper POS tool". Sales person will not pick up the call once they sale the product.

Zopper frustrated me some much. I purchased 2 years extended warranty for my 32inch led Tv. But when I claimed warranty they made my life hell. In August 2018 I complaint for my led tv. Zopper pick my Tv and took to service Center. Since than neither they returned nor Repaired my Tv. several emails , Tickets and conversion done on customer care. But still I did not receive my Tv. still fighting for my warranty. looking for legal action now. Poor service Zopper. Do not buy anything from zopper.

Zopper retail !! Beware of fraud company !! Just fake people sales people like Atul does not know anything about company products just give fake promises and fake information to take orders such people are disguise to the company and also company does not answer any calls just fake people waiting for refund since 4 months but no reply !! I have registered my case with consumer forum but now I make sure I get my money back with compensation !!
Worst company ! I guess this company is of cons! When we are asking them where is our phone , they just give diplomatic answers that sir your phone will come in a week but they all are liars! Everyday we are calling them , sometimes they are disconnecting the call sometimes they are not picking it up ! Worst service & worst company ! They took my google pixel 3 , 6 months and they haven t given me my phone yet & they also broke the screen & now they are saying that we don t have any google pixel screen available !! Zopper is the biggest fraud company in the market . I would suggest that nobody should buy any warranty from them. I bought a warranty from them for my TV and now when it stopped working they are not replacing the part and instead are threatening that they would close the complaint.
The best AC services I can say that about zopper ......tremendous job they are doing ....for us .....wish them a good luck for all workers who have been working over there in zopper ......
