Took the services from croma..who alined us with Zopper. Highly disappointed by Zopper. Untrained technicians and exhotbitant charges!

Had to get printer reapaired..got a quote of 4k for the cartridge whereas printer itself isn't that expensive.

Had to get washing machine repaired.. response time is really poor. Also they as for a full payment before rendenring their services ( replacements of parts) . Which no other provider does.

Had to get vaccum cleaner repaired they have given us a quote which is almost the price of new vaccum cleaner

#croma #zooper ..will surely tweet about out bad experience. Croma should refund us the amount it charged.
