Have been using Zopper warranty for my Air Conditioner for over a year now. Lately had an issue with my AC and had reported a compliant prior to the Covid lockdown. Post lockdown the Zopper team contacted me but we had a little issue with their service team. Constant follow ups with their Noida backend team was a waste of time and the overall experience was bad.

But Mr Anshuman Pandey from the Mumbai team was a big help with prompt responses and quick solutions. Rating Zopper 5 stars only for the great service by Mr Anshuman. Thanks a ton.

One honest advice for other buyers is that the Zopper warranty is very useful for big repairs and damages. You won't regret buying it.
