I stay in a remote place and upon confirmation by Croma sales person I took the service. After the sale only I realised that Croma store is only for sales. Entire operations are being handled from Zopper central office. This is their disadvantage as they don't have local support. Rest of my communication, their responses have been very good. But if you stay some where far from a big city, don't take this service. And don't accept assurance from Tata Croma store. After the sales, they will not take any responsibility.

I've had a worst experience from them, while the sales staff came to me for selling the product / software they really had some tall promises but to my dismay all were just hoax...
Super poor poorest performance... Their untrained support staff always had excuses that they don't know this they don't know that, but will get back to me... Hey but they have always been missing since then...
Highly not recommended...
By the way I'm a Salon Owner who fell in for the software, by such tall claims...
Also look at the funny photos they have for their business...

Excellent hassle free service from Zopper. I specifically Iiked the fact that soon after I raised the ticket I received a call from a designated person - Abhishek Karad - who updated me about when I can expect the technician. He was always available to answer any queries and swiftly resolved any concerns. The service technician was also excellent. He quickly resolved the cooling issue with my Carrier Inverter AC. I didn't have to spend anything. I had earlier contacted Carrier and their technician told me that I would need to replace the PCB board which would cost me Rs 7-9 thousand. The carrier technician was ready to fleece me. Thank God I took a second opinion and bought the Zopper plan from Chroma earlier in the year.
Hi I bought Redmi mobile last week , due to mishandling i crack my mobile screen in 2 days , I applied zopper screen protect scheme , within one day zopper help me to change my mobile screen thanks a lot

Very very bad customer service because l had bought a TV in which the problem of the display, it has been more than 10 days since I was complaint but no one came to see
This is my third time complaint regarding non cooling of my Godrej window A.C. in a time period of 1 month.
Firstly, the complain is being looked after 3 to 4 days of registrating a complaint.
Third, when a technical finally visit, they don't carry any ID with them, which is quiet unsafe to make them enter my premises.
Majorly Important:
Very very pathetic and disappointed services not expected from Zipper.
I again ask u to take your job seriously and please be professional , and get my complaint resolved at the earliest.
