The school has flexible hours and the teachers are very competent. It was great to have class with people from all over the world.

Zoni is a very good school with skilled teachers. I met really nice people there and I hope to see them again in their respective countries. The atmosphere in my class is great; we improve our English while having fun.

I stayed at Zoni resident hall for 7 weeks, the staff are friendly, the area is very peaceful, with a park and access to stores less than 3 minutes walk away. The transportation center is only 20 minutes away and the area is well served, even at night (24 hours transportation).

Manhattan is beautiful. There is always something to do. The city is a bit huge, but everything is concentrated in the Midtown. Even areas on the outskirts are well connected by public transport and you can easily take the train to visit places farther away (like Bronx, Brooklyn, New Jersey ). Renting a car is not too expensive. Now I know what it is like to drive on the right!

I stayed in America for 7 weeks but didn t take the time to travel outside of the New York metropolitan area. I advise you to take at least one month after the course to travel. Even if you are alone, you will always find someone to travel with along the way. Colombian students are always ready for adventure and they are very cool.

Even if it is sometimes difficult to make the decision to travel to the other site of the world on your own, I strongly recommend doing it. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the memories are intense!

Zoni Academy was a very enriching experience. It really helped me plan my MBA in a better way than I used to do earlier. My classmates find Business English interesting and stimulating as it caters to their immediate needs. The syllabus is well-designed and well-executed. It certainly helps students hone their skills in the use of the English language and sensitizing them to the needs of work place. Zoni has boosted my English level skills in all categories of communication and build tons of self-confidence.

My daughter loved her camp experience with Zoni last summer. They struck such a good balance between fun and learning. She told us she worked really hard on her case presentation, but it didn't seem like "work work" since she was having so much fun. We loved her instructor, who seemed to connect well with the kids and really got them engaged with the material. One thing I appreciated as a mother is that the camp was well set up from a security perspective and the staff seemed very serious about camper safety. Camp buildings were locked at all times, and admittance required staff to let you in. Once inside, entry to the dorm area was with the badge only. It's not the easiest thing to drop your child off at a sleepover camp, but seeing that they take security seriously helps make it easier. I'm glad because she loved it and can't wait to go back this summer!

I studied at Zoni for several months. I am very happy here because of the friendly atmosphere and good teachers. I study English for academic purposes. Thanks to my teachers, I have made great progress in my English.

In recent days a crazy Brazilian student began to collect signatures and started complain that Zoni is changing her teacher. The institution is very good, serious I have been studying here for 1 year and my level of English is excellent thanks to the teachers and employees of this wonderful institution. Here we have all the schedules and the super affordable prices so that a madwoman who may be in love with the teacher, who was transferred to another Zoni center comes to question the reputation of an institution for her personal feelings. Zoni is the best and will remain the best.

A worst student/customer service ever, unprofessional work, unorganized, and totally messy place. If you go premium class it would be fine, but its expensive than regular class . I've really had a wonderful and helpful time in New York City, in this city everything is incredible and this trip's been an important part of my personal and professional life. You can learn lots of things when you travel outside of your country, so I attended Zoni and the experience was great including the teachers and staff as well my agent who introduce me to Zoni back in Bochum, Germany and I can said I enjoyed this adventure!!!!!!!

We thank our lucky stars that we met Lisa! She is a very nice and professional English teacher and her materials and method are fantastic. Every class is an amazing occasion to learn a lot about grammar, pronunciation, idioms and American culture. The online technology added were simply great and, using them as homework and conversation topics, we had as fun as Lisa and Joel during their conversations. If you are about to join Zoni English Center in Manhattan, you have to know that you are not just enrolling in a course to learn or to improve your knowledge of the language. I really appreciated all my English classes with Zoni. I moved from Moscow and suddenly I found myself working in an English environment that I was not going to understand 100%. Time was an issue. Being speedy in ramping up my English was one of my main goals. The school helped me create an intensive curriculum courses where the acadmic advisor worked with me in the office during lunch time or any spare time that I could find in my busy days. Overall, from a professional and personal point of view, I strongly recommend Zoni to any student who wants to see results, support and dedicated attention.

If I had a chance to choose a language school again, I would do the same and go to Zoni language Centers again. It is a wonderful place to be, to learn, to gain life experience. Having studied at Zoni Manhattan was a very complete experience that had a positive impact on my life. The intensive classes plus the exercises improved my confidence in English but it was not until I started dating American people that my English matured. It was like something magical, at one point I felt frustrated because I thought I had not learned, but from one moment to the next I was speaking in very fluent English ... not perfect but fluent. In addition to English, the experience of living in a city like New York. It was possible to experience the culture of American entrepreneurship, and also enjoy spectacular sports venues and, why not, parties as in the movies !. On the other hand, the support of the teachers was really good. You become their passion and they are able to motivate you and help you in whatever you need. In my particular case I continue to maintain friendship with people I met in the English course and I must say that they became great friends! I arrived two years ago with many doubts but the staff of Zoni helped me a lot to make many decisions of which I am still here and where I can say that the teachers here do their heart work for us to learn the language. All are excellent that as in all things of life there are people who like certain types of methodologies and are not open to new but here the mesters know how to handle the students in the best way with great patience but the best with a smile in their face does not matter the time of the class. This academy is well known around the world for which it has many students where it feels part of a society. Here I had the advantage of making many friends of all social classes and professions but most importantly with a good heart. I think the best word that describes Zoni School is excellence, from the moment that I came to ask for information until my last day I could see it. With an amazing staff Zoni provides not only really interactive and high quality classes with well prepared teachers. Zoni is a language school right in the heart of New York! I started looking for language schools in NYC and soon I ended up at EF, but that school is far from Manhattan, so that wasn't an option for me. Soon I came to St Giles, I sent an email and within no time I had a personal email back. The communication at that time was already very smooth and personal, so I already had a good feeling. Once arrived at the school and it's great! Good, pleasant and nice teachers and nice fellow students. You never sit in a class with more than 15 people, so you get a lot of personal attention. In addition, the school organizes many activities, such as visiting basketball and baseball games (for a nice price) and also dinners and happy hours so that you get to know many other students. The school is on fifth avenue, exactly to the Empire State Building, so after school you can do all kinds of things in the city. I've been to several language schools myself before, but Zoni is one of the best.

I have been attending Zoni for about a month now and the experience here has been more than pleasant. During classes we go through interesting topics, we learn about each others cultures and so on. After almost six months studying in Zoni Centers, I can just say thank you. The Zoni method they use to teach English is just perfect (actually the best I ve tried, and I ve been in several schools during my life) to improve not only your grammar but specially your speaking and listening which, in the end, it s really what we need. Besides that, the atmosphere, social activities and the fun you ll have if you decide Zoni is your place to learn or improve your English will be very, very, very hard to forget. I started my class a month ago, but I really like the school for the first time I saw. The Zoni has a lot of activities, like parties and travels too. The teachers are great, they only speak in English. It is being the best experience.

The school don't answer the emails, if you call to them for any help and they don't what to do they hung up on your face. The school treat you as a trash, everything that you try to solve is impossible.

DON'T STUDY AT ZONI, YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING.

English, that subject that went unnoticed during the entire high school and to which you did not pay much attention until, at the University, you are in the working group with foreigners who only communicate in this language. Probably, you hadn't realized how necessary it was until that moment. Suddenly, you realized that you needed a course to improve it for the not too distant future, but you don't know how. Do not despair, in my case I decided to travel to the United States where a family member and my aunt recommended to me the Zoni academy since when she arrived in the USA in the 90s that was the academy where she learned English. Thanks to his economic courses at this institution I was able to receive that boost I needed. Today I am back to continue my career after a year and I understood why it was easy for my aunt to be able to stay in the United States since she spoke English.

I had a pleasure to have classes with three different teachers from Zoni Language Centers and I have to admit that teaching skills which are offered here are significantly outstanding from the ones which teachers from my country use. After completing 6 months here everything became easier for me, including grammar, especially speaking and other tasks which are mandatory on international certificates and the use of language on a daily basis. I really liked studying at this school, because I had very good classmates and I got to know a lot of cultures! The lessons were very interesting and useful! Now i feel that I am prepared for the TOEFL exam. I already spoke to my friends back home and they will come next summer.

Today I have decided to write this feedback since my stay at the Zoni Institute has been excellent. When I enrolled for the classes the people were very kind and what they offered me until today has been provided. I love the teachers and they are making you feel at home and not be afraid or ashamed. But most importantly the prices are very favorable according to what I had already seen. I found some wonderful friends who have made me feel super here in America and less miss my country.

This institute makes its profit off helping people switch their immigration status from tourist to student. Very few people that come here are actually interested in learning the language the vast majority are using it as loop hole to extend their stay in the United States. Management is well aware of this but dont expect them to admit it. Only the teachers in the waayyy over priced 'premium' program are native speakers. Few staff members are also proficient in the language, many them are have terrible english and were once student of the institute. I believe that speaks for its self. In my opinion it is way over priced you'd be better off going to some community college than this institute. Everyone seems so kind and friendly but thats only because the sales people get paid comission. The academic advisors are a joke. The institute in general is a joke, its basically a scam where your tricked into over paying for mediocre lessons. Before I left for my language course, I asked myself many questions. What city? What course? What accommodation option? After discussing it with my friends and with a Zoni SSR, I chose America!
So I went to
New York to take a 3-month Premium English course at the Zoni school. It was the first time I was actually happy to go to school in the morning, the lessons were very interesting, the teacher was exceptional and my classmates were great! Through the school, I met many people of different nationalities and from different backgrounds with whom I had a great time and I learned a lot
Regarding accommodation, I stayed in a student residence for a month, and once again it was great! As soon as I arrived, I met my roommates, who were of different nationalities, and I immediately felt comfortable because, even though we all had a different level of English, we could understand each other very well.
In the student residence, I learnt not to be embarrassed when speaking English because all of the students there went to the same school as me and attended the same type of courses as me.
About New York The city is just huge! There are so many things to do and see that I never got bored! There are students all over the place, you meet lots of people everywhere and it is a great place for going out!

The best experience, I meet people for many parts of the world

The service in this institution is impressive since its reception is approaching it finds some very polite and friendly girls like Alejandra and Andrea. In addition the attention of the service to the student is impeccable as it is is from my counselor Ylena. My teachers are super well prepared with wishes that we learn and with a lot of patience. The extraordinary thing is the cleanliness and decor of the organization as you can see in the photos I share. For everything and much more I love this institution since I think it was one of the best decisions I have been able to make in life. Besides, I have met very beautiful friends, people where they have offered me a very good friendship and a lot of help and collaboration.

For eight months I was studying English at Zoni and I must say that I had a fabulous time there. The teachers are very qualified and they are very kind. I learned to speak much better with interactive classes, but the best of the day are undoubtedly the activities we did. For eight months I was studying English at Zoni and I must say that I had a fabulous time there. The teachers are very qualified and they are very kind. I learned to speak much better with the interactive classes, but the best of the day are undoubtedly the activities we did. A perfect English is important for my work, I'm working in construction and I need to talk with all my customers about they need. Zoni helped me to improve my English.

I m studying at Zoni Institute for 9 months and it has been the best moments that I had in AMERICA ! The teachers are amazing and have a lot of knowledge to give to all the students the best experiences inside of the very active class. I improved a lot my skills, grammar, listening, speaking. I'm really happy I bump into with Zoni school, studying per 1 year at Manhattan was one of the most greatest experiences, I will never forget the friends and teachers I meet.

As a father of two beautiful kids, I always wished the very best for my family and for myself. For 8 years, I was a high school math teacher but the time came for change, I wanted to help develop the educational system of my country; I wanted to be involved in the process that would combine and apply American and British assessment grading systems. With this future in mind, I came to New York planning to do my Master s degree.
Before I came to New York, I was given one piece of good advice, To wake up, walk, eat, sleep, dream and drink English language ; to the stream that means that I should spend every minute of my day immersed in English and this is what I did! I decided to come to Zoni because of its reputation and here I was able to live the advice given to me . I was able to practice my English not just in class but also during the lunch, in the evening through social programs and with the new friends I had made.

Learning can come with different challenges for different people. I faced the challenge of adapting myself learning style from Emirates to American. My teachers quickly understood my goals and my difficulties so I was able to receive the help I needed and adapt my learning successfully. Through this process, I learned the value of feedback so much so that I even did my master s project on how Emirate students understand feedback.

After gaining the TOEFL score that I needed, I was able to gain entry into a Masters at LSU. While at LSU, I maintained strong ties with my teachers here at Zoni. Our student manager, Krisnaday, did a phenomenal college acceptance students' party. Thank you! I missed you.

During my six months there I have met people from over 15 countries, coming from different continents. Regarding to the education, I think it s important to say how important the teacher that I had there was, the classes are just amazing, all of them are marvelous. The school encourages you to do an international certification exam. I did TOEFL exam and I can see how I developed my English I arrived there with loads of difficulties and I had a lot of support from the school to study hard and give my best in the exam. The study materials were particularly important for it. Well basically I would recommend Zoni If you want to have one of the greatest experience improving your English language, meeting people and enjoying a nice environment like Zoni Manhattan.

The worst experience I ever had!
This school cares only about students who received F-1 status and their money! If you really want to speak English properly and improve your knowledge- find another school.
Firstly, some of the teachers do not know how to organize classes and how to interact with students.
Secondly, English is not a first language of some teachers. I was wondering HOW in a language school some of the teachers have an accent and do not have any clue about modern American English. However, if you are lucky, than you will have a teacher whose mother tongue is English and who is dedicated , but in most cases - forget about it.
Thirdly, everything just disorganized and rude! These people do not know how to communicate with students.

On my first day of class, I was really afraid because I thought my English level was not good. However, as days passed, studying at Zoni school became fun. My teachers and friends made the school a happy place. If I did not understand something, they would teach me. While living in Manhattan, I had to speak English everyday which helped in improving my language skill. I also enjoyed making many new friends from different countries, which I had the opportunity to learn about their cultures and lifestyles.

Amazing campus and teachers. They were very helpful and cared with my situation since I had only 4 months available to study and they wanted to make sure that I would have the best possible experience during my time with them. They are always open for conversation and to answer questions as well. Wonderful place to study.

One of the best schools to learn English with trained teachers and good treatment to students

I really enjoyed attending the English class course even if it just was one week, or actually I did 5 months. My teachers (Patrick and Joel) was very friendly and gave me a warm and nice welcome at the school.
Surprisingly, the short time really helped me out to improve my language skills, for example the tenses, with which I always have been struggled!
If there would be a chance to stay or to come back and visit Zoni again, I definitely would and also take part at the many free events that are offered by the school.
In addition, I was in 3 locations in New York and all of them have a vibe of great ambiance.

Very bad school in the reception I wait almost 30 minutes and them without attending me, they have approximately 12 people at the reception and none of them care. They always have more preference to people from another country who come only to learn the language. I'm so disillusioned with this school but it's the only one I know near the Empire State Building.

Very good place to learn English and to find a good friends. Teachers are great and the atmosphere in the school is very stimulating to study and success. The prices are affordable too. I met so many friends at Zoni and all of them are from different countries and of different ages. Going to this school was one the best decisions in my life!

The practical knowledge which is taught here fits the contemporary world. It encourages your creativity thinking and improves your public speaking skill as well.
