Zoni is a very good school with skilled teachers. I met really nice people there and I hope to see them again in their respective countries. The atmosphere in my class is great; we improve our English while having fun.

I stayed at Zoni resident hall for 7 weeks, the staff are friendly, the area is very peaceful, with a park and access to stores less than 3 minutes walk away. The transportation center is only 20 minutes away and the area is well served, even at night (24 hours transportation).

Manhattan is beautiful. There is always something to do. The city is a bit huge, but everything is concentrated in the Midtown. Even areas on the outskirts are well connected by public transport and you can easily take the train to visit places farther away (like Bronx, Brooklyn, New Jersey ). Renting a car is not too expensive. Now I know what it is like to drive on the right!

I stayed in America for 7 weeks but didn t take the time to travel outside of the New York metropolitan area. I advise you to take at least one month after the course to travel. Even if you are alone, you will always find someone to travel with along the way. Colombian students are always ready for adventure and they are very cool.

Even if it is sometimes difficult to make the decision to travel to the other site of the world on your own, I strongly recommend doing it. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the memories are intense!
