I have been working with Zolon for almost 11 years and many more years to go. I'm working in direct client engagement as well as staff augmentation model.
Zolon is prompt in dealing with Immigration matters and running paystubs on time irrespective of any delays from vendor/client.
Zolon is preferred vendor for majority of clients across USA that will enhance your chance of getting many job opportunities. Overall, very good and positive experience so far working with Zolon.

My experience working with Zolon Tech was exceptionally incredible. From initial contact until I was successfully placed into a Project Management role with a Fortune 100 Energy Company. My Recruiter went above and beyond to ensure I was properly prepared for my interview. Their Human Resource team consistently supported me in my application and onboarding process. Having never experienced a face to face meet with Zolon Tech staff, all communications were done electronically. Amy Stowell and her colleagues executed well with the on boarding process with The Company. The miscommunication in duration of temp status was the only mishap. Being the first Zolon Tech staff member on The Company work site, I believe there is room for growth to develop and branch off from Zolon Tech and into a permanent status with The Company.

Staff was professional and responsive. Account manager was very helpful throughout the interview and inboarding process. The HR staff was very expedient ensuring i had all my paperwork completed and submitted correctly. Account manager was also great at following up after the hiring process to address any issues or concerns i had. Would have given 5 stars...but no company is perfect...however, Zolon was as professional a firm as you would like to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I was approaching a planned layoff at my full-time position and was seeking new employment SOON. I was nervous to enter the contract-employment world as I had only held full-time regular jobs, and had negative impressions of the temp-life. I was contacted by no less than 10 different contract agencies for a local opening in my field. Zolon was an excellent employer and I'm so glad I went with them. I contracted with them for a year before being offered full-time employment at my assignment. They paid me on time, were upfront about expectations, and were available to answer all my questions about the process. Zolon Tech is very clear in their communication from explaining the position to helping enhance my resume and easily available throughout the interview process. I worked as a contractor through this company for the past year. They are very responsive to any request for information, and my contact was always very active in seeing if everything was going well. That said, you get nothing. No sick time, no holidays of any kind, definitely no vacation, and the insurance you can buy is pretty expensive. Personality wise, great! Income & work-life balance wise, pure capitalism.

They get 1 star because cannod put zero. The reps are robotic and do not listen, They ask godzillian vain questions and likely you are going to waste your time plus getting more and more frustrated. The company overall has performed badly and trust me. You trust these unprofessional recruiters you are going to sit on the bench forever. Do by yourself.

I worked for Zolon Tech for almost 4 years and for 2 different clients. My experience with them was great. They were always there for me when I needed help or had questions. HR and payroll are on top of things, never had an issue with payments. When I received a full time offer from the second client, my transition was seamless and Zolon team made things extremely easy for me. Zolon has preferred vendor relationship to a good number of clients and that increases the chance to get direct contracting opportunities that is financially more rewarding. I have been enjoying great support from my Zolon manager and Zolon team in terms of billing and payment, health insurance and prompt actions relating to immigration related matters. Even when I was out of contract for over a month, Zolon paid me normally during that no contract period. Overall, good and positive experience so far as an employee.

This company is pitiful.. recruiter is clueless, does not update the applicant, will send out job request and not follow up. Refused to give me the company phone number, host of other issues.. use at your own risk of irritation. When I asked to speak to his manager, he got very reluctant to offer me an explanation as to why she was unavailable, on vacation, yeah right ...
