Trying to work with Zillow over 8+ months to get property details fixed in their website but they do not seem have resources to look into the matter and just ask to wait. Other websites had the some issues as well with my property page but they fixed it couple of weeks. Zillow team seems lagging behind with 8 months gone and issue still persisting.

We found an excellent property for rent through Zillow. We absolutely love it and have a wonderful landlord. However, he uses Zillow for rental payments. Their website and rental portal is clunky and confusing (although it s gotten slightly better since it launched). I ve had to contact them numerous times to resolve issues with their website. Every time I contact them, the answer to my question is, that s just the way it is, deal with it. The most recent response also included, if you don t like it, make arrangements with your landlord to pay offline. Don t you want people to like your services and continue to use them so you keep making money? I really don t understand their thinking.
And it s a little suspicious that the only 5 star reviews are from people who work there, while actual users give it low stars.
False review on my profile they will not remove and I cannot comment on unless I pay for overpriced leads.

Report a fraud of listing my house actual it is not available for more than 11 times but it is still in pending status. And the price is 30% less than the market, someone use it as a strategy to attract eyes. keep away from Zillow.
I love Zillow, However I notice that WA New homes that are in the 500, and up are not worth it just a basic starter home with a few upgrands. WA older homes are not well kept not even update. The Newer models over 500 are serious not worth it. They look beautiful but come on there are much better custom homes build better and cheaper. What are they thinking(money). I notice more people are moving out of WA because it is outrageous high you will be paying up the ying yang and never having any fun. Know wonder there are so many homeless people here. I seen a big charge in the last 15 years. Please keep WA beautiful. As for me I am moving out of the state, for the last 2 years I been looking for a one level home (400s) because I can't no longer claim the stars. Can't find anything worth buying and the person who buys my house will love it. I kept with it and update baths kitchen floors. I found my dream home bigger and better and under 400,000. Something has to charge in WA

Zillow has poor, outdated, and erroneous data on it's site. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give it. If you do a statistical average on their reviews they add up to lower than the stated "4.0". Fraud alert!!

One of many examples: I posted a property for sale by owner. I received a call for verification, and the verification call was successful. The property was never posted. I asked customer service to check up on this and post, per the user agreement and terms of service, and they then instead posted 2 properties to my account that I do not own. I have now deleted the two improper listings and will have to relist the land. Now, as per usual with Zillow, this process will repeat itself ad infinitum.
Zillow makes posting vacant land nigh impossible. Pathetic.

NEVER EVER FALL INTO THE TRAP WITH ZILLOW MARKETPLACE. THEY WILL "SCREW" YOU (sorry my french). I paid badly for my trust in them.
They told me they would give me 15 leads a month I got 23 in 5 month. I paid $518 per month. Refused to pay, called them, emailed them...nobody was to reach until my account was closed. Now they fighting me for the 2 month left. Never ever work with Zillow or Trulia as a Realtor. They total ripsoffs!!!! I would even give them one start, but it not let me post. Please spread the word. I don't want other Realtors falling in the same trap.

Totally worthless site/database/services. Search/sort engine is useless (would be easy to build one if at least one person knew what Web programming was), customer service is below zero, their pathetic "zestimate" algorithm is a joke (not a good one). Best advice: avoid these losers.
As a seller who just had a terrible experience with the other party's Realtor, costing me a ton of my time and money with his lies and laziness, Zillow won't even post my honest and well explained review of that Realtor! Surprise surprise.....he's a paid advertiser on their sites, so of course they won't post anything negative about him. This is SCANDALOUS! It's false advertising and a complete misrepresentation of Realtors if no real reviews can make it through their "editorial discretion". FAKE NEWS!!!
You wasting my time sending email messages with estimated value of my home. In your last message you quoted a value of my home as well as a 2nd home. This 2nd home is identical as my home and of the same age. Except my home has various updated features which the 2nd home does not have. However you estimate the value of my home $30,000.00 less than the 2nd home. Therefore, it is apparent to me that your estimates are of no value and misleading. Please stop sending these email messages.

Tried so many times to update property facts and sent a ridiculous amount of emails to Zillow trying to understand why a condo valued near $450000 is zestimated at $157000 and while there are so many units comparable, it chooses to compare lots in an entirely different area of the city and property not even close to matching my description. The customer service rep had NO UNDERSTANDING whatsoever even after I copied and paste so much information that clearly shows how messed up this is. Algorithm or sabatage - you decide.
