Our experience with USA Phone thus far has been great. The customer service is excellent. Our trainer, Linda, was very patient and helpful, even when we were late for the training class. I appreciate the follow up and attention to detail that they offer.

Had a customer that had a failed router so all the...

Had a customer that had a failed router so all their phones were down. Called their voip provider and was told it could take 4-6 days to get us back to 100%. Called USA Phones and they came out and fixed it same day. 4-6 days with out phones, or a couple of hours? They will be switching to USA phones as soon as their contract is up.

Use strong arm tactics to keep you in contract, we dropped the service and went with 8X8 VOIP much better service and lower cost.. The line they provided me was recycled and full of spam and telemarketers. Now they are still charging my credit card the full amount each month despite the fact that I have downgraded service to the minimum required by their contract. I have asked the accounting department for 3 months to fix the problem with the bill and again here is another month of full charges on my card. I guess it's time to consider legal options.. BEWARE!!!

My original post in December 2018 is above this was after notifying them in July 2018 that I was no longer using the service but they insisted on keeping me in the contract that was on their webpage in 2014 that no longer exists. I was a good sport and agreed to it.

Here we are May 2019 and the problems still exist. They called me and wanted me to remove the Google post then he would let me out of the contract.

I said send me the terms in writing and they did not. Now I am still being billed arbitrary amounts ranging in $50-$100 differences for a service that is disconnected and not in use anymore.

8X8 Voip is excellent and they know how to bill a credit card each month with the correct amount.

We are a large Ophthalmology practice, and decided two years ago to start the transition to a new phone system, practice wide. Being a very big task, and lots of moving parts, I can honestly say without Linda Scollon, Joe Groves and Gordon, this would not have been possible. All three of them go above and beyond, no matter what my issues may be to ensure my practice is operating effectively. Being a Manager, I can honestly say these three are what type of employees managers dream of!!! Kudos to you guys!!!

I have been with USA Phones for close to 10 years ...

I have been with USA Phones for close to 10 years and have had nothing but a good experience. When I call with an issue (which is rare) it is typically resolved by the end of the phone call. Each and every employee is more than helpful. Excellent reliability regarding the hardware and software.

We at Holdbrook Pediatric Dental transitioned to USA Phones almost 3 months ago now. I could write a book on how accommodating and friendly all the staff at USA Phones have been, but I can't. However I will share this one particular instance that sticks out to me the most. I completely forgot to send our Thanksgiving Holiday message script to be recorded earlier in the week and of course remembered the day before the Holiday. We needed a Holiday message to make our patients aware that we would be closed for the next 2 business days. I called Linda at USA Phones to see what if anything could be done. She went above and beyond to record our Holiday message and had it uploaded and ready on our system, all before she left early for the day. I was so grateful to her and USA Phones for providing to us what we needed in a crunch. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a company that cares about its customers and their business needs.

Bravo to Linda Scollon who ALWAYS takes the burden off of my busy schedule to assist with our company detailed request. I send Linda an annual request at the height of my busiest season and she quickly streamline's the request.

We have been using USA Phones for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about them. Reliable and excellent customer service makes having them our telephone provider enjoyable. Linda and Joe are always there to help if an issue arises or an adjustment needs to be made and does so in a prompt matter. These two individuals are truly customer focused and the reason I will continue recommend USA Phones.

We've done business with USA Phone for many years - quick response times on support and or service issues and friendly staff. Recently upgraded service and replaced our outdated phones and the process was painless and efficient, with plenty of training provided for our employees. Linda has been super helpful and knowledgable since the first day we got the system installed. Today I needed a change made right away and she gladly did it immediately and took the time to stay on the phone with me to teach me how to do it myself in the future. I would definitely recommend Linda and this company.
