Such a knowledgeable and nice group of people! They are very helpful without being pushy. They have a real passion for cycling and are truly an asset to our community!

I received a bike shipped to me, and made the mistake of agreeing to a ride the following day. I ran into an issue installing my rear derailleur and called the shop... and my goodness they were amazing. They went out of their way to look at my bike and get her set up correctly all in the same day due to my own negligence. I hadn't found a bike store since moving to Jacksonville, but now I have. This will be my go-to spot for sure! But I promise to give them more heads-up in the future :-)

This is probably the coolest bike shop this bicycle addict has ever stepped foot in.
If I owned my own shop, this would be the shop that I'd strive to be. Amazing staff, amazing feel. Wish it wasn't across the country from where I actually live!
If you're in this area, and bikes are what you live and breath, this is what the love of bikes is meant to be.

I called every bike shop in Jax and even brought my bike into several of the shops for a quote, unfortunately none were capable of repairing the custom bike . The ZenCog team not only fixed my bike for VERY FAIR price, but the turn around was amazing. Extremely accommodating, especially given their current workload and influx of new customers. You can definitely tell they all love what they do and are experts of their craft. For a first time customer, I am very satisfied and will continue using and recommending their services to others

Dropped off my son's mountain bike on 3/18, took 40 min to drop off because they were more worried about unloading a truck then helping the 4 customers standing in the tiny shop waiting for help. I should have left then. I called 4 times asking for an update and was finally told they had put it in storage and forgot about it! I was told it would be done the next day. A week later I called again and was told on that day(Friday) it would be done on Monday. I called two more times before it was done on Saturday 5/8 at close. Over 7 weeks to change out a derailer and a tune up.... I was told that they are very popular by the guy on the phone 2 different times. When I arrived today to pick up my bike it was outside in the pouring rain and they could not tell me how long it was there for. We keep our bikes when not in use in a garage to prolong it's life but they did not care about if my bike gets rusted... never use them unless you have weeks for your bike to get lost!

Incredible customer service! They were able to fix a misaligned handlebar by custom making a piece. My previously unusable bike is ready for the road again. Just FYI they are busy, if you drop off your bike it will take several weeks. Let them know if you are on a time crunch. They were incredibly understanding with that. Good service sometimes takes time!

Chris is cool dude. Knows everything and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Want your bike fixed totally correct. Bring it here.

Best bike shop in Jacksonville and the country. There are plenty of shops with friendly and knowledgeable folks, but this shop has much more than that. The folks here will treat you like you're actually their friend. I've gotten tune-ups here for years and the price and quality has always been on point. There is a flow to this store that is a combination of good conversation and relaxed vibes mixed with ruthless efficiency to maximize your experience.

Perhaps most amazingly, after my bike frame got smashed (long story), I found a very comparable bike that fit me at a great price the next day at ZenCog. These days good bikes that fit you and their corresponding components are hard to come by. I looked on every 3rd party seller site I could and called most bike shops in the city to explore my options. But lo and behold, the smaller shop right down the street that I've come to know and love had just the bike I was looking for.

ZenCog simply provides an invaluable service to the community and it deserves to thrive.
