Dropped off my son's mountain bike on 3/18, took 4...

Dropped off my son's mountain bike on 3/18, took 40 min to drop off because they were more worried about unloading a truck then helping the 4 customers standing in the tiny shop waiting for help. I should have left then. I called 4 times asking for an update and was finally told they had put it in storage and forgot about it! I was told it would be done the next day. A week later I called again and was told on that day(Friday) it would be done on Monday. I called two more times before it was done on Saturday 5/8 at close. Over 7 weeks to change out a derailer and a tune up.... I was told that they are very popular by the guy on the phone 2 different times. When I arrived today to pick up my bike it was outside in the pouring rain and they could not tell me how long it was there for. We keep our bikes when not in use in a garage to prolong it's life but they did not care about if my bike gets rusted... never use them unless you have weeks for your bike to get lost!
