Payal Banquets and Convention Centre Reviews

Had our wedding here, June 15 2019 , the hall was nice, but I had a few hiccups that really did not set right with me, and here I am 1 year later still can t really grasp why the following things happened:

20 mins before our event has to start the manager Raj tells me he does not have any Champagne to toast with... I was told there was going to be coconut water to chase my Johnny with, there was none, and Payal Banquet lost an entire cake.

Contacted them the day after asking where the cake was the staff threw it out because we done keep anything in the kitchen ....

When we were booking the hall, we had his 100 percent attention to detail, however when showtime came for the wedding the day of.... I feel like we were just pushed around ,

Lastly we booked the Queen room, a week before they said we can have the King room because no one was gonna be in it and he had no other events
Of coarse they just said that because someone else wanted the queen room.

Went there for a baby shower. Food was good, princess hall was good size for the people attended and staff was prompt. The only thing I personally would like is that staff should be more friendly, they did not even smile. It was like they were robots.

Had my wedding reception here - beautiful hall and exceptional customer service. Had no issues with the booking and setting up of the place with Rajinder and his team did an amazing job on the day to coordinate all the vendors and everything that was required during the function itself. Food was very good as well. Will recommend to anyone for any kind of parties.

Very nice banquet hall.very good staff.very polite. Huge area, good for dancing, catering also very tasty food. Good spread of dishes.

I have been to 6 family events at Payal. Every event has been amazing. I am having a special birthday this year and of course have decided to have my celebration here at Payal. Manager Raj is very professional and goes the extra mile for his clients. Can't wait to celebrate later this year.

Payal Banquet Halls is perfect choice for a party venue or corporate meetings. Their service was really good.. i have been here quite few times.

Recently attended my cousins wedding... The ambience is eye pleasing... Lot of space to accommodate all our guests.. had a nice experience... Good luck..
