Incredible customer service! They were able to fix a misaligned handlebar by custom making a piece. My previously unusable bike is ready for the road again. Just FYI they are busy, if you drop off your bike it will take several weeks. Let them know if you are on a time crunch. They were incredibly understanding with that. Good service sometimes takes time!
