Wonderful experience with Up and Up so far. I've been renting a house for about a year now, and the entire process was painless. I've had extremely quick maintenance requests done, even emergencies. I even had Brett check in and make sure my experience has been satisfactory. Highly recommend Up and Up.

I was reluctant to use Up & Up since we were turned down for traditional home loans and it was hard to find a lease purchase option.
But when we applied to Up&Up, they were clear, and answered all of our questions from the start.
They looked at our entire situation (income, past ownership and rental history, and our goals), and treated us as people, not just a paper application.
Unlike the other lenders, Up&Up cared about our goals and what we wanted to achieve. Because they listened to our needs, we are in a home, not an apartment, and building our equity.
Throughout the entire process, their was always someone a phone call away to help us with.
When they say, "call us anytime", they really do mean it.
We could not have started to plants roots without the help of Up&Up.
