Food was excellent, customer service great with the exception they should have told us the A.C. was out! WE WERE already commited when when we found out! We had an infant with us and we just could not enjoy our visit or food bc we were miserable. The granddaughter ordered a milk shake and it was slush.
You guys should have closed...

Gotta love Zaxby's, my visits here have always been quick and the staff is friendly. It can get quite busy though, if you're going for lunch it's best to catch it around 10:45-11 if you can. Also when there are campus events, it's safe to prepare for a longer wait.

Awesome Food...place was busy. No sweet tea ice or napkins were anywhere to be found. But again they were slammed at the time...and the delicious food made up for it!!
Delicious salads. I keep meaning to try something else, but I can't tear myself away from their salads! I wish they offered a spicy dressing, though. Until then, I will continue to mix ranch with Buffalo sauce...
Terrible I bought a kickin chicken meal and it was not fresh fries were cold tenders was hot like they just put them in a microwave the meal was bad 9/3/2020 time 8:52-9:02

Never had zaxbys that taste so bad!!!!!!! My fries were not even cooked and had a ton of salt!!! My toast was even super salty!?? Like how??? I couldn t even finish it, had to spit it out.... then my chicken was dry, I will not come back to spend my money at this specific Zaxby s location. I m highly disappointed and extremely mad I wasted my $10 here...

I Was At Georgia Southern Back In 1990-1992! I'm from New Orleans, & Zac's Was What Y'all We're Called! I Got The Basket Of Chicken Fingers & No Fries, Extra Cole Slaw! I loved ur Chicken !!! Back in New Orleans, There's Cane's Chicken, Which I Know For A Fact That They Tried To Steal "THE SAUCE!" It taste like URS but there're missing something! Their owner/creator went to Fla. State. And what's up the road a Piece, Statesboro Georgia! I'm telling you, if I'm not the first person told you this I won't be the last, he tried to steal "THE SAUCE!' but it's missing something. Super convenient for college students, super close and relatively cheap!
I've been coming to Zaxby's since it was a little Shack on the corner of it here I've been a big fan of the nibblers I've changed it up to the big zax Snak I'm always looking forward do Zaxby's when I see there's a short line I tried this one from my regular stop in college Plaza I found the crowd working here was in a very upbeat and happy mood made the weight go even easier it seemed to be running like a well-greased machine I got my food in record time look forward to my next visit my chicken fingers were cooked perfectly lightly crispy and tender and juicy on the inside my toast was what I was looking forward to I'll put one of the chicken fingers in there with the Zaxby sauce I love dipping my French fries in the Zaxby sauce too
Wonderful service and I love the looks of this location. It's certainly unique to this Zaxby's location.
Ordered a chicken club sandwich. Was disappointed that it was on regular sandwich bread. Would've been better if served on a bun.
Wasted over 30 minutes waiting for food for two people. They then messed up the orders, gave us the wrong food, and put it in to go boxes and bags.
Requested a refund, and I m still waiting for that...terrible service, lack of care, and disrespectful employees.

Always yummy! The chicken can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, but sometimes it's really dry. Still, this is a great location. Atmosphere is really cool and staff is mostly friendly. I've had a couple cashiers I didn't really care for, but nothing too bad.
It's not the Zaxbys of old.... ordered BLT supreme, got a dry chicken sandwich.
