Zara man is amazing! The smart trousers, shirts, jumpers, t shirts all are ideal for a 20-40 year old. Reasonable prices too. Love it.

I live zara but some kids clothes quality is after wash get damage.but still i love Zara.

POOR. Messy shop. Sale stickers on items that were not on sale. Hot! Queue for the till was so long, had it not been for a special occasion I would have left my items. Eventually got to the till and WOW! Words defy the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the little girl behind the counter, it honestly took everything in me to not scream expletives at her. I asked for the manager, who of course was no help! Will not be shopping at Zara again, they need to employ staff who dont carry a stink attitude! Shocked and dissapointed!

Refund queue is always ridiculously long! Not impressed

I love Brent cross Zara and their clothing range however the staff let it down
And to be honest its the same in all Zaras.
I find the staff incredibly rude not all but most.
I just don't get it
I actually walked out of the Oxford Street branch because of a member of staff being so so rude and dismissive

Its unheard of for staff to conduct themselves in such a rude cold manner
Brent cross staff a little better but when you ask them about an item when they say to you
"I'll just go and check"
Say to them
"You will come back right?"
Because they don't always return and your left standing there
I asked about a missing boot on the shop floor
She said
"I'll go check"
She didn't come back
So I went looking for her in the changing room and asked
"Did you find the boot?"
She said
"What boot"?
Can i add
It was very quiet in there
She wasn't exactly rushed off her feet.
Meanwhile another lady was experiencing the same problem
They really need to sort out their customer service
They need to cheer up
This has been the case way way before covid
Rudness doesn't pay

Dont like this shop, using cheap work force, collections look like circus outfit.

This store is great however there's always a massive queue at the tills. They have too many people wondering around instead of helping pay..

I personally love Zara. And this store is one of the bigger ones. It has men, women and children's clothes

Awful. Went in on a Friday at 10.30am and waited 1.5 hours to make a return. Complete nightmare. If you are pregnant, disabled or anything else, forget it! Ridiculous system. No staff around to help with anything.

Poor customer service very slow and the stuff behave is really bad

Went there before closing and found all sales assistant focused on tidying up the floor and following me around the store to straighten every single item I was looking at. Fitting room attendant was engaged in a heated conversation with another employees and wasn't paying any attention to me or other customer's waiting to try something on. Rubbish service.

The staff are not very helpful and last few weeks security guard has stopped to search me as the alarm had gone off, despite me telling him I've bought and stole nothing. He kept stopping everyone as alarm kept going off. I was made to feel like a thief. Poor customer service

Waste of money i bought 2 shirt white and gray same style but unfortunately only last me 2 washes I could be better of buying from primark alot cheaper then what I paid to Zara. It's been coming apart from the place where are stitches very strange.

You always find something in Zara to grab your attention and please you.

My wife had to return something to the store for refund then she bought something else.
All done really quickly and efficiently and they seemed to be really helpful.
Looking at some of the other reviews, maybe we were in the wrong store?

Best place for you to get robbed or pickpocketed because they don't have CCTV cameras everywhere, only on their precious tills and doors

Is an ok branch, not had a problem with staff. Recent expansion gives more choice. Can be very busy and chaotic

My wife's favouritr store. She feels very happy when shopping there. Staff is friendly

The shop was chaotic and messy. Staff just wondering around not doing much. When I went to the changing room I waited 15 minutes to wait for someone to come. There was no que and rooms available so I went in myself. When I returned some of the clothes I did not wish to purchase the staff were rude and clueless. I handed the clothes to one of the girls and she laughed and said what are you doing? I said I do not want these she said where s your number? What room were you in? I said I didn t get one and she said next time you need to wait I didn t bother responding. I wasn t going to wait hours to be served when there were empty rooms and no staff to be seen. I decided not to wait in the que to pay and put my items back because the que for the tills were horrendous and was put off by the rude attitude of the women. I love Zara but that experience was not pleasant.

Loved the clothes but in this store it was hard to find any large sizes

I love Zara for its refreshing designes. Thankfully different to many other shops. Star deducted is for the fitting rooms. You not only have to que up to go in carrying a bundle of clothing but also que to get out. It is general chaos at the fitting room. Prevents me on many occasions from trying and buying.

Brent Cross Store is a flagship shop... it's really lovely! Staff work hard to make sure it's laid out beautifully with their excellent range of clothes!

Worst customer service by zara till now just one person serving on the till and I had to miss my bus standing in the queue and then you get your new purchase in bag like this the worst

Worst retail experience ever. I hate going to this store but end up there every few months since its my closest Zara. The staff are absolutely terrible, they are so rude and have been that way for years now. They are so unhelpful and have such a bad attitude. I honestly do not understand how they employ these people, from staff on the shop floor, tills, door/security they are all terrible

Absolutely ridiculous queues on weekend, you spend HOURS queuing, only 2 people at the till, makes you want to leave without an item you're interested in buying!

This place is a clothes shop also very popular around the world we have branches in England and as far as I know it is a Spanish store.
They sell up market fashion for ladies gents and children. The shop we visited was based in a shopping mall by the name of Phoenix Mills.

Range of products is not bad, but I failed to find anyone who'd be working there to advise me.

Compared to the horribel reviews here I believe this store is great they have the best customer service to those who are not rude toward staff and who understand the concept of keeping a store presentable. At sale times it is very messy which is expected but some people could have some consideration to clothes as you see people throw things on the floor. People need to take into consideration also it's not the STAFF'S fault for the messy store they try there hardest to maintain it to standards for customers but when we as customers are rude we should know not to expect the best customer service. Everyone needs to learn to TREAT OTHERS THE WAY THEY WANT TO BE TREATED! I have witnessed someone say "it's your job so you can do it" this is not nice not even for me to watch! People need to have respect for the staff and then maybe others will not have bad service from others actions.

But overall this is the best store and people just need to be more respectful!

Long queues and men's clothing is very uninspiring right now. Might as well shop in M&S for clothes.

The worst customer service EVER. I don't think I've come across one person in this store who's actually good at their job. Send them all back for training and get some staff with charisma and actual people skills. The only good thing about this store is the clothes.

Just went to purchase a perfume in zara brent cross men section, after 20 min on the queue when was my turn the lady at the till with afro hair was so rude and treated me so bad and said to me that i was trying to skip the queue so i had to wait and the man behind me went first, when finally was my turn i told her that i was first and i would never try to skip the queue, she didn't even apologise.
I hope this review will take attention from the manager.
I will never go back to this branch.

Always nice goods but could have more assistants at the till
