they charged me an article more than the price written on the label. they said it was a mistake. but they ripped off the label with the written price.dissapointed

Yep, we like Zara's for men, great style, and not to hard on the wallet. Definitely would shop there again.

Shop is ok but gets way too busy and the queue for the till can get crazy

Good for kids. The menswear is too narrow fitting if you are over 30.

Impossible to navigate. Couldn't buy a basic girls jumper. Why no simple layout of age gender and product type..

Not good quality is very very bad and they are not changeing anything back after .sad i am dissapointed

No customer service , unfriendly staff , the girl served me in till was so unprofessional , didn t smile at me i found it very disrespectful and lack of communication skills was quite obvious , didn t go back there ever again

Very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer today. Came to literally return one un used item and told to wait as they had suspicions...THEY WEREN T VALID. I ve worked in retail for literally 5 years and I have/never would do that to a customer. It was by staff *69443* and *82005*. Went to another store and literally returned it with no problem ffs .... ALSO WAITED IN A 20FT QUE TO GET TOLD THAT

Good quality clothing, the queues are sometimes long but now they refurbished the store its much better

I have been to Zara shops all over the UK, and even Spain. Zara in Brent Cross is by far the worst of all.

It's a mess. Terrible system for package collection. Rude staff.

All other Zara's I give 5 stars, this one I wouldn't give any if I had a choice

I went in 7th January and stood in a line for 40 minutes to return something. The staff were rude again and the store was a complete mess. Why is this the worst Zara in the country?

Honestly they don t even deserve the 1 star. The shop floor assistants are so rude and unhelpful, not only them, the cashiers are worse. When you re in the customer service line to return something, it feels like you ve murdered someone. No one wants to deal with you, they somehow make you feel guilty for returning items. Zara, you ve got good clothing however employers ruin it!

Amazing shop and amazing staff! Especially staff from menswear section! Will be definitely returning! Whoever is talking about staff not answering the phone and them being rude, try to work in customer service for a bit and you will find out for yourself, what is the meaning of the word "busy"

Customer service is so terrible, they don t even deserve the 1 star. The shop cashier are so rude and worse. When you re in the customer service return line, the cashier is very cool face to you. Zara got good clothing however employers so rubbish. Please tranning your staff.

Unbelievably poor customer service. My wife arrived home to find an item missing from her bag and despite the CCTV showing the staff putting the item into a separate bag which wasn t given to my wife then they somehow manage to make it unbelievably difficult to get our money back. Shame on you for treating a customer of 20 years with such disregard!

Great selection and easy to find items for women. Men's and children are a little small but still have a good collection to choose from.

Friendly customer service with a wide range of clothing.

I love Zara itself but staff let it down. They need to cheer up and try being polite. Luckily I rarely deal with them. I just buy what I want and I'm out.

Wish there was 0 stars...waited for an hour in the queue only to be told they are happy to take payment and new purchases at this till. For refunds I was asked to queue another hour.
I was buying and refunding an item which was faulty.

This Zara has the worst customer service I ve come across, needs new management to be frank. Things are all over the place and staff refuse to help. Workers also act prestige as if they own the business.

Ok if you get there early but later in the day it's such a mess ,

I brought a leggings and wanted to return it the following day I had dropped the receipt along the way somewhere. A lady at the cash till straight away refused to exchange it even though the tags were on it and was the next day. The manager came over she said she will check the CCTV so I assumed she wanted to offer me the exchange she made me and my 3 year old wait for 10 minutes then she says she s seen me on the CCTV and asked me what exactly I brought with the leggings which I told and described to her. She turn rounds and says my colleague did give you the receipt so you lost it and she refused the exchange. Whole she goes over to write down her name she speaks in her language to her colleague and just gives me her unique staff number 75800. Why check the CCTV in the first place why make me wait and you saw me on the CCTV why refuse when you can see its not worn it s the following day it s a simple mistake I dropped the receipt. Very unprofessional manager the very short lady with light brown hair.

Happily could give them 0 star! Worst zara EVER! They don t exchange a faulty jumper which is got tag on it even with receipt !! Hilarious!! also the Manager was so rude, unbelievable!!
The shop is always untidy and queue is always long... you need to wait 20mins to try something in fitting room.

It is a big store. They've extended their floor recently. You will find the women, men and kids section there. All best bits from Zara

Worst queues than any other zara and very slow on the tills. But they always have good stock.

Very organised, prices are affordable for good quality clothes

Management is awful!!
11 people waiting in a queue for so long, few customers had lots of products to buy or exchange and just 2 assistance behind the counter!
Group of staff standing and chatted together.
When I asked the lady behind the counter why don't ask for help, she showed them and said they are like that!!
I was Shocked!!!!

Manager at this store is extremely rude!!! I've no idea who thought it was such a good idea to give her a managerial position. Another staff member was incompetent.
A third member of staff overheard how manager spoke to me and apologised, rather sheepishly!
Will never visit this store again

Why do the staff who work as shop assistants at a local Zara store act like they're better than the people shopping there? I'm baffled.

During sales, super long queues for return and exchange even on a Sunday late afternoon around 4.30pm. Not clear enough marking for purchase queue, lots of people start to queue to pay in the returns and exchange queue. Shop floor messy especially during sales season.

Very strange clothe ranges with bizarre summer colours, seem to have lost some of their good reliable stock lines also cut of clothes seems to be much shorter.

Customer Service has improved in this branch. Staff today on the shopfloor were lovely & helpful. The store wasnt messy.
