Large Zara store with lots of products at the sales section at the time I visited

Well, I always shopped from Zara and always loved every single piece I bought. However, recently I made 2 online orders a d I was quite disappointed. They sent me faulty items that I had to later return, also the pictures online were a bit misleading as I didn't receive what I was expectingor the quality looked very cheap although the price wasn't. You can do better than that Zara.

Unhelpful staff, never answer their phone. Useless.

Really poor customer service if you have to return anything. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Make sure you have downloaded your receipt before you go to return online orders as no internet inside.

I have been in the Brent Cross Store on numerous occasions and bought nice items of menswear.

In early June i bought two items one which i wear on a regular basis and another item which i put aside to wear at a later date with the tag and with the barcode attached not removed.

As i travel internationally it was not until last week when i intended to wear the garment did I notice a manufacturing defect in the item which had hole along one of seams where the item is stitched together .

I returned to Brent Cross this Sunday morning at 11.50am with item just before the tills opened. There was already a build up of customers on all the tills with people queuing waiting for the tills to open. Each and every till had 20-30 persons waiting.

As i was only trying to get the item exchanged i did not join the queue instead i went to the fitting room and asked a gentleman who was there if he could help me to resolve issue with the garment as i had explained to him the reason why. He straight away told me he could not help me said i should queue in the line and was not interested in assisting me.

I walked around the shop floor and found a helpful assistant who took me back to the fitting room desk and there was Asian lady of Oriental appearance who assisted and I explained why i was there and asked her if she could get the manager to assist or if she could help. She said the store manager was on lunch which was surprising as the store had just opened and it was 12.05 . Asked when the manager would be available and she said an hour.

I asked if she could kindly exchange the top for me and i explained i bought a number of items I could not find my receipt as it was well over a month but i brought my credit card statement with date and amount. Also the garment still had the original tag which was scanned through the till when i bought it. She told me she would not help me unless i had original receipt or i would need to speak to customer service. I said am not asking for a refund just an exchange of the garment and i was told they could not do that also. I told them no problem if that is the case i just handed the lady the garment and told her the store could keep the garment as i had no option to resolve a simple issue. Left the top in her hand walked out the store telling her i no longer require any assistance as she made it very clear there was no solution coming to the store. I will never recommend or buy another item from Zara but that should not bother you as i am just one of many millions of your brands clients.

I ask myself is normal to treat genuine customers like this and is normal for a large store like Brent Cross that the manager is on lunch break at the moment the store had opened. Is it normal to let good customer walk away and also not even attempt to check and see if the manager is actually in the store.



The only person i give credit to the second assistant who tried to help me swiftly when the first would not but was powerless.

I've really got no reason to type this, Zara is too big a business for my review to mean anything to them or to their customers.

Recently I've been on a shopping spree. I mean a massive shopping spree. 35-45 items, I've lost count. Most of which were designer items; Versace, Gucci, Moschino, Jimmy Choo, Boss, Armani, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren. After having had all my items delivered, I had an early Christmas morning unwrapping all the packaging (early as in before the 25th). After all was said and done, by far the clothes that looked best on me were the items I bought from Zara. Which all (9) still add up to much less than the amount I paid for one of the designer jackets I bought.



I am not exaggerating when I say that I will be wearing a lot of my designer clothes for casual occasions and my Zara clothes for fancy nights out.

Small que to get in but quick and easy shopping when ur past that...dressing rooms remain closed when I visited.

Brent cross branch. Great products. Very poor service

I ordered a Tee shirt on the 27th Oct 2016 got confirmation that it has been shipped from warehouse to the shop and still have not heard from shop to say it has arrived. Phoned customer's service because Zara @ Brent Cross DO NOT!!! answer the phone to be told that it could be in the shop but no one has scanned it for me to be emailed that it's there.
Very bad service

Awful!!! Not enough staff... They are very chatty on the tills between them instead of being helpful and quicker when the ques are long up to the door!!!

Love the clothes and prices but the staff are so miserable. No welcome, no smile, no talk. I suggested a clearer sign for the returns queue as customers are not in the right place, the guy was not interested.

Some lovely clothes if you can find the sizes. Assistants on the shop floor are very helpful, in the changing room eveything seems such an effort for them. The lighting in the new store in Brent X is terrible, bright lights shining straight down, makes it difficult to see how the garments look on.

Terrible service :( I just politely asked to use fitting room ( empty one) and they didn t let me , while to other one was huge line and long time waiting ...this girl saw me with huge belly, as I m 8 months pregnant and she was expecting me to stay in the line for 30 min to try one dress :( that s no nice

Big store, Trendy clothes, but the trousers are made for women 5 7 and taller.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, I think the staff are brain dead..

Great for everyone but mainly buy my husband's clothes from here. Their sales are great so good you usually have to queue a while to pay for your shop.

The store extremely untidy and the staff were not very helpful. I don't be going go that branch of Zara again

I was met by the rudest manager ever his name is Neagoe and we have witnesses to this.
We where forced to walk out of the store not before finding out the managers name even though i was initially refused the right but eventually insisted.
They refuse any returns no matter what the case is and its making a very bad name for your brand and store.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Very was some good bargains in here. Definitively need to go back. Only thing was clothes was all over the place but staff is on hand to help.

Not happy with the long wait. Only one person on till for purchases. Social distancing not being observed.

Bought some clothes for the kids, lovely designs....but had to return a hoodie because thread was unravelling. Gave me a new hoodie, but when I got home noticed small hole in the sleeve. Cant be bothered to take it back again. Other jumper seemed to get 'bitty' after couple of washes

Terrible service at the tills. They take ridiculously long to serve one customer and the queue just builds up.

I the shopping very good.i I find the place is too difficult to see the size for my my clothes I will lose it too many time and I'll leave it to the place.

Beautifully designed but expensive in relation to quality

again echoing some of the other reviews very difficult and rude staff tried to return an item and was met with a very cant be bothered attitude to deal with it in the end had to go to another zara store

This is by far the worst Zara you can visit. If you like standing in a queue for the best part of your lunch hour or evening then by all means head down to brent cross.

Not my cup of tea. I prefer shopping with independent designers or boutique and not look like the masses. But to each their own I was with a fashion victim on an average budget...

This store is famous for fashionable readymade clothings for pepple of all ages. Children wear is the speciality of this Store. Staff is very very cooperative and customer friendly. All types of debit and credit cards are also accepted here. The store is offering upto 70% rebate on selected garments due to which there is a great rush of customers here. Customers love to visit this store again and again. This store is also famous for its Gift Cards which are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The refund or replacement policy of this store is the other attraction for customers.

Love this shop bought outfit for my grandsons wedding. Very happy lovely staff too.

They have extended it's floor space in the past year and the men section is much bigger than before. So you get to see a various ranges of products from cheap to more expensive end. Their quality does vary a bit so watch out.
