Love Zara's childrens department !! Helpful and friendly staff.

Friendly efficient staff and well stocked in sizes too.

Myself and many other customers were struggling to remove the security tags from our purchases with the new self-checkout systems. We did ask for some assistance from the staff member behind the return desk but she said she was to busy. The lady at the front of the queue decided to look around for another staff member but there were no other staff members on that floor.

Finally, after more than 10 minutes of the same woman struggling with the checkout and other customers trying their best to help her, the woman behind the return desk assisted her with removing the tags but was extremely rude.

From my own experience when I tried to remove the tag they wouldn't remove either but by the time myself and others got to the check out the staff member helping had gone. So I walked towards the return desk to ask for some assistance and the staff member told me to put the hangers back I was so confused because I didn't want the hangers. The hangers were helping me to pick up the items and carry them to the desk to help with the removal of the tags. It came across as if the staff member was acting like I was trying to rob the hangers I couldn't believe it. Thinking about it it's actually laughable because it's just such a random thing to say in an angry moody attitude.

Out of the 3 self-checkouts, there was only 1 available to use so the waiting time overall was so long and the staff member didn't help the situation. Zara is one of my favourite places to shops but I will not be returning to this one again.

Time for a rant...purchased ZARA earrings on line,on delivery found to be...one longer than the other,one had a stone missing! No delivery note,returns note,nothing! Was given email address by customer service dept to send complaint & photo of evidence....this I did, twice,its now two weeks since this started,I've had no response.... This is not the customer service one expects from a company like ZARA! Very disappointed in you!!!...Rant over!

Staff in zara have no personal space concept to busy rushing around to care about social distancing, I was using the escorlaters and a member of staff stud on the step exactly behind me and when stepping off she rushed passed bumping in to me, staff need to have better manners and SOCIAL DISTANCE!! Definitely will not be returning until this pandemic is over

Excessively Hot, to such a degree that I left the store without purchasing anything of my very long gift list.

One of my favourite shops, but I'm waiting for discounts to buy things from there.

I bought some lovely perfume from there!!!! Absolutely smells gorgeous!!!!

Great sale but far easier if you go on their website as not many sale items are available in-store. The medium is always in the small size and large on the big size so trial and error always best. See if available in the sale then try it on in-store, sure they don't mind.

Was ok some nice things in there but unfortunately I didn't find anythin today!

Lovely store. Really nice clothes in fashion, at reasonable prices. Staff are not friendly and are very cold 99.9% of the time.

Use Zara shop which is ideal for fashion menswear. I bought a sweater, pants and men's shoes too. I was shopping for it in the Zara shop there if you say gorgeous items to go out to party. Wonderful range of items available. Great shopping experience. Cheers. Antonio Jacqui Lucia.

Excellent customer service!! You gotta know your sizes as the sizing is different but the customer service and how they handle everything in store is very efficient!

I need some jeans. I went to have a look pick up a size 10 and it looked like a size 6! What is all this about??!?!?!?!?

Middle of the range price wise, fast fashion. Particularly large store, which makes the trek to the men's wear on 2nd somewhat frustrating when busy

Good location central and on edge of bullring shopping centre as usual mens department top floor keeps me fit

This has to be the slowest clothes store in history. They all just have a chat at the desk and fold very slllllooooowwwwwlllllyyyy

Customer service is brilliant, the products in the store are not worth looking at though.

Never a bad visit, prices low end but quality good. Have to have a good look round but worth it.

Went midweek and no queues. Actually better experience as not busy and clothes spaced out. No trying on though.

the staff in the store seem to be always busy and look tired all the time but are helpful but not very enthusiastic.
They now have a counter specifically for returns ancient exchanges.
They offer alterations in store too.

No seating for men "husbands" to sit on while waiting for the Missis to shop for discounts... Its been an hour and I see fellow guys standing in no man's land on the phone...

Great returned a ton of gear for the Mrs and the staff were 100+10 %!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service... I was told off for looking at a dress in the mirror because they have changing rooms for that.. it wasn't even me that moved the fixture that was blocking the mirror in the first place.. needless to say.. no purchase was made...

Great selection of clothes. Some great choices to be honest. I do my shopping the staff are ok at pointing. I wasn't impressed when they didn't know where the online pick up point was. I was sent upstairs then downstairs then upstairs. Then I just thought I'd find it myself. It's downstairs at the till if you're interested.

The staff are often very rude and sullen, and there are never enough staff on the tills. I go go because they do have nice clothes but I don't enjoy the experience. Awful screens behind the cash desks are migraine inducing.

Zara is my number one clothes retail. I love almost everything about them from products, shops, services and staff. One thing I am not happy with is their expensive products; this is why I only shop with them when they have sales and discounts!!!

Quality:
I am the type of person who would trash a pair of pants every few months! Will you be surprised to know that I still have and wear a pair of shorts that I bought from Zara in 2012? And a pair od sweatpants I got in 2014? And they both are in excellent conditions. You may say I am obsessed with my possessions and yes that is very true ! I just don t like to waste things that I can use. Therefore, I always shop at Zara coz it means I can keep my stuff for as long as they r still fit!

Price:
Thanks to Black Friday, Christmas and End of year, there are always discounts everywhere which I love. They do have crazy sales.

Perfumes:
Smells gorgeous but don t last for long which us a shame coz their collections are so good.

Sizes:
Always the perfect size for me.

Fashion:
Crazy fashion... fierce!!!

Bit of a hike for he men's section but there's more on offer than most places these days!

Absolute joke of a store! Having browsed the store for 15 minutes, I had five items I wanted to try on and was refused entry to the dressing room because they closed in ten minutes time. I told her I would be quick but because she had already refused other people she wouldn t let me in! They should not advertise that they are open until 5.30pm if they are not going to let you try the clothes on from 5.15. Ridiculous! Worst customer service, the staff in this store always have an attitude, but today they went out of there way to be obnoxious!

Perfect they have the best in store stock. Just make sure you go through the website and get the product code before you go or else you might miss an item that s really good.
