Lots of variety of men's, women's kids clothes. Much better than the Trafford centre

Lack lustre of late probably all sale stiff scattered on the floor.

In many ways its personal taste if you like a brand or not, and I find with Zara it often depends on the season and themes whether I buy or not. This store is big with 4 floors. I most recently called in during the summer sale, lots of very good reductions, however the store was looking a bit untidy. Staff were very courteous. Store is well situated in the centre of the city. I did buy and get a good bargain!

Love this shop, my go-to especially during the winter sales, lots of variety and even though it s a high street brand you can still find some really good quality pieces, love the jackets.

Normal Zara, big stores. Men's sectionon is on the top floor.

Lots of items. Helpful staff so easier shopping experience. Covid rules in place so carefree experience.

Find high price but low quality because it s second time bought dress for my daughter but during wash its colour destroyed other cloth. No more shopping from Zara. Thanks

Good selection of menswear, and stylish clothes... unfortunately unless your shaped like a cardboard cutout then nothing fits. I m not a big lad but I don t drink protein shakes for my breakfast either and can appreciate a cake! Very unflattering sizing, I refuse to wear XL baring in mind i am medium, sometimes large everywhere else. Talk about making people self conscious. I think it s fair to say that places like this are a huge reason as to why people suffer from body dysmorphia and eating disorders.

Zara always has beautiful things especially the shoes and bags. Definitely worth a visit.

Good sales if you catch it right. Clothes always fit well & are good quality.

The store has good clothes of good quality and reasonable price, the only thing is that the shoes are not very good.

Top shop for top style. Can't go wrong with Zara. They have great staff at this specific shop so your needs will be met and you will be looked after once you arrive to the shop.

Busy for exchanges/ at lunchtime but the queue moved quickly and staff were friendly and helpful

I think its a very good place to go shopping with friends family for new clothes

Sometimes queue for return and exchange is very long but they deal well at the till.

Not enough till staff took a lifetime to lay and get out !!

The service in here is beyond appalling. Staff are unhelpful and extremely rude.
I went to pay using the self checkout and got some reason the contactless mechanism on my card was not working. I tried twice and after the second time I had a blonde lady scream out in a full shop from across the counter 2 metres away that my transaction hadn't gone through as to which I had to inform her that I can read the screen. I tried chip and pin the third time in which the transaction did go through however at this point I was extremely appalled and disgusted at the way I had been spoken to I just had to leave the store.
Staff training really needs to be implemented in this store if an employee believes it is okay for her to shout across the tills to the self checkout that my transaction didn't go through. Unbelievable.

The worst customer service ever, I ordered my things online but they didn t delivered on time. I contacted the customer service which has to be either Whats up or Twitter it takes them days to answer my request it is almost a month now and no one solve my problem????

I came to the store for an outfit I picked from Zara website. Finally, I have manage to ask a staff member where can I find the outfit. The only answer I heard was I m not sure where exactly I was shocked! I asked her if she can speak English because she sounded not clear. She looked at me and walked away. Very bad attitude, poor communication skills with bad English from Spanish personel. She was confused but act like she owns the shop! Very rude and missing the minimum level of politeness, they are unable to justify their behaviours. Almost all personel in this store are Spanish with bad English language!

Huge sales most of the time through the year and you can find what you are looking for. Have men, women and kids section

Zara store Manchester is in the city center and near to the railway station in Manchester.
It's a bit pricy as compared to nearby stores like H & M. It has 3 sections with the top one for Men with a variety of different t products.

It was calm this Zara store for once and more in order! However, alot of the items online wasn't on the floor to select. I returned an online order that came with a hole on it. The dress currently I'm wearing was a keeper and love it.

Zara is a gorgeous place to visit and enjoy shopping .

Inditex the Spanish company that own Zara are the biggest clothing company in the world and the Manchester store shows why there are women's clothes on the ground floor and men's on the first floor. Zara clothes are fashionable and reasonably priced and the designs are different than the rest of the high street
Pleasant friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. Highly Recommended especially if you have a limited budget but still want well designed and fashionable clothes. 10 out of 10.

service extremely slow spent 25 no s in the que staff disengaged two on a till where there could be 5 love the cloths not the service

The most strangest shop that I ever been
I bought a shirt and thay Charge me more than what I have to pay and No one gives to me a solution why happen all this And I didn t have my money back.
so so disappointed I will never go there back again

Staff could appear nicer and it's a tad crowded but its just a normal (good) Zara.

Everything ok but there isn't any sofo or chair in the fitting rooms.

You always get good products at reasonable prices. The store is bright and clean. I always pick up something from this store even though I came in for something else. The queue is the only negative. Best to pay on the ground floor, less queue. Paper bags are eco friendly but rubbish when it's raining.

Love the products Zara produce but the staff are literally ridiculous. Even management, especially on menswear SO rude. Staff are either so unfriendly/unhelpful, stuck up or not interested whatsoever. It is actually embarrassing how poor the customer service is at this store.

Love this store, I don't think I've ever visited a Zara, no matter where I am in the world and not purchased something. Always well staffed and great value for money

Staff are very rude & are not one bit helpful, I asked 3 members of staff if they knew where a dress was for them all to say they didn t understand me, then get to the fitting room and they say they will get someone to get the dress for me then to ask 15 minutes later if someone was getting it for her to say no one answered when I rang through DISGUSTING to busy listen to everything else that s going on on the ear piece!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING

The clothing is high quality and very fashion forward. Price is fair for the quality. Always recommend.
