You can always find a bargain, but you have to browse as everything is a bit chaotic. There is always a lot going on at the weekend.

Shop at Zalando almost every week. Wanted to buy shoes today, found some reduced from 200 to 44 and there was another 50% discount. Went to the checkout and the price wasn't right, then the staff charged me, I would have changed the price tag and was treated disrespectfully. Have a look at the surveillance cameras before you lose loyal customers!

A dream for women, men's outfits in considerable underage. Prices acceptable.

In itself a good concept but the choice of clothes leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest and probably only advantage are the prices, which are very cheap. So if you are looking for a long time can find it here. I was not convinced.

Outlet with a large assortment. There is a selection for extreme sizes, but not that much. Prices appear fair. Parking in Frankfurt is rather difficult or expensive.

Lots of choice and good prices. It's very busy on Saturday. New goods are constantly being added, so it is worth coming more often. Obviously, finding something the right size is always a matter of luck.

I bought a vest, but I wasn't sure if my outfit would fit.

An hour later the vest wanted to give it back, but surprise, no money back, but shopping woucher.

Outrageous security employees who kick customers out in a very loud, brazen tone 20 minutes before the shop closes. Aggression and controversy with the chief security with the number 62323. If you want to complain to the manager, he shouts from the side in the customer's ear "out of here and on the spot. You are now banned from the house". Customers are threatened with the police! When he goes out he says "if you are not satisfied, go shopping somewhere else".

No wonder why Zalando has been in the red for millions of years. My tip to the management:
Take your time and train your employees properly so that customers come back instead of being driven out. Bring nothing if you hire any proletarians!

Huge variety of clothes and shoes, and there are always good offers... downside is that it's always awfully crowded.
