Well, not that great selection .. Rather what nobody really wanted.

Point deduction that it is always very crowded on the weekend and form long queues at the cash register.

Often you have to be lucky to find something in his (normal) size.

The zalando Outlet Frankfurt range has deteriorated for a few months and now consists almost entirely of inferior brands (Topman and Co). Unfortunately, I had to find out several times that the staff is doing a kind of preselection in the warehouse, so that the staff can keep / reserve the best clothes for themselves or for their friends.

I hope you will take my feedback on employee practices seriously and do something about it.

Just been there. Stained and incomplete clothing (set) are still sold. There were definitely thirty people to pay. Not at all.

It is worth going there for the shoes alone, huge selection and very inexpensive, you can't complain about the clothes either, you have to take your time and search, especially when it is a bit crowded, but it is worthwhile in all cases, also for men and Children!

The offers were better in the beginning. Now and then with luck you will find something.

For me, this hall is a terrible place. Apart from the fact that it is absolutely not my style, it is partly totally overpriced. Nothing justifies a price of over 900! for a thin dated jacket ... also not reduced 279 ...

Lots of outlet, also smaller sizes, like XS! Great place to visit, also if you're looking for shoes.

I almost always find something here, I am particularly happy when you put reduced goods down even further. You just have to be careful, sometimes broken or heavily worn items are not sorted out, clothes are hung very tightly and many customers do not handle them carefully.

It's alright if you're lucky to find your size and patient enough to go through the pile of clothes together with thousands of Frankfurters who had the same idea on a Saturday.

Top shop, always an action at the start to keep the customer happy. Ps: in your customer evaluation you should maybe even bring the gender separation :)

I really like the Zalando online shop. You can always find something, even in low price ranges. There is a large selection and shipping to your home without shipping costs. I thought the outlet was fine, you can find nice and cheap things there. But I'm not really the shopping type either, rather the online ordering type.

I recommend app more than this store. Return policies in outlet is tricky one. Not so happy with it.

Good selection of fashion and shoes from all brands. Unfortunately not - as announced online great - also in large sizes, therefore a star deduction.

Mostly too crowded and chaotic, there is confusion. Once I was there shortly before closing time, the shopping atmosphere was much more pleasant and tidy. Unfortunately at some point we were simply kicked out without being told 10 minutes in advance that the shop would close soon. Couldn't try on the clothes anymore.

I did not like it at all. If second hand shop had been over it, then I would have believed it. I would rather buy online at Zalando on sale

I love Zalando even the online store good deals sometimes and great quality all the time, I buy stuff from Zalando but to be honest some deals are more expensive then others and because i search, you might just be paying 30 or 40 euros more !! While thinking well I'm saving, be careful

You can always find something suitable at a fair price.

You can't always find what you're looking for, but there are very good offers.

Unfortunately, the shop does not quite convince me. There are a few nice things, but for me the shop is a bit confusing and the atmosphere is just not right here.
