Unfriendly and incompetent staff. Crying customers for no reason.

Large selection. Amazingly well sorted and tidied up.

A really huge place. There is a lot to buy and good products and big companies, only the price is not really cheap yet.

It takes a lot of time to find the right bargains, the biggest one is saving on shoes, and parking spaces are zero

I have been buying regularly for about 3 years at Zalando in Frankfurt. In the beginning I found something regularly. For months now, I have been finding the selection of clothing and shoes rather boring and limited. Hope that changes soon.

Goes so. Premium store is small. Outlet store is quite messy, some of the goods are defective or dirty (second choice). Selection is limited.

Do not recommend, it's a waste of time. Clothing and shoes are old, dusty, and in bad condition in general. Looks more like a second-hand shop (bad one).

If you just do not find the right thing, two days later you go out with 2 bags. Often look inside is my tip. For example, leather jacket from Paris from 629, - reduced to 89, - Euro. I bought it immediately.

Made 2 super bargains: Padded boots from Cheaney UK, from 495.95 to 149.95.
Cardigan / Hoody BD Baggies, very thick wool blend (wool + Alpacka) from 349.95 to 109.95 then minus 30% = 76.97 euros. A paradise for bargain hunters.

With patience and a happy knack you can certainly get one or the other bargain. However, the outlet store is very uncomfortable, the clothes rather cluttered and the shopping is more crowds and revelry than anything else.

Conceptually very confusing. Especially when it is very busy on the weekend.

All brands of shoes at a good price, Adidas Superstar at 35 original.

There is a large selection of products, on the ground floor you can also find premium brands. A visit is worthwhile now and then.

For an outlet store I find expensive I still prefer on the internet

I can recommend it to everyone .. I always find something good and branded things cheaper price.

I do not understand how come this retail store expects people to pay for items which are badly damaged , dirty and looking had been worn by someone already.

I didn t really like it. A small selection, little in common with the Zalando website. Plus, the prices are not the most affordable, which you usually expect from Zalando. Maybe we were not lucky the first time, but as it is ...

We actually like to come here and always find something.
But the older lady from the locker room is extremely rude and just spoils the fun. She always seems to be in a bad mood.
It doesn't cost anything to be nice!

The sellers are really nice and amazing, helped me find a pair of shoes and were really present! Thank you to the manager or the director for resolving a problem with another client who got the other shoes lol

The selection we could see was ok. Would have liked to rummage more, but unfortunately every customer 45min before closing time (very rude) from the staff to the coffers crowded.

Not as great or cheap as one must expect. Of you have time to spend and are lucky, you could find good deals, but most of the time it is very crowded and a waste of time.

There is a really large selection here. If you have a little patience you can sometimes find some really great treasures.

Unfortunately there is less choice with shoe size 36 than with the other shoe sizes. Well, it's not a standard size either .. :)

The odds that you can find a great product to take away is at about 1:10. Some identical products are also several times in the display. Not about 3-4, but> 15 and that's not exactly the best seller. So it is a bit difficult to find something here.

Huge selection and reasonable prices. At least over the weekend very crowded. Also, you have to like it all mixed up and sorted only by size. Here are favorable own brands in addition to well-known brands. It is reminiscent of TK MAXX, just much larger and exclusively for fashion. Parking is free for customers for one hour.

The sales area is not so big, so the choice is rather modest. So far I've only found it by chance and not when I've been looking for something. The prices are ok, if you register as a member, you get a shopping card and always offers sent by email. Sometimes there are really good offers. The Zalando Outlet is divided into two parts, so there is a "normal" outlet and an outlet with the more expensive brands. Both are next to each other but have different entrances. On Saturdays you should not go there if possible, as it can be extremely crowded. There is no parking space, you have to see if you can find something in the side streets.

Lots of weird stuff and very chaotic, more like a junk shop to look at. The prices seem to be good because the audience speaks for itself.

I think the Zalando Outlet Store is great. You have to be lucky, there are not always really good things. But I have already made one or the other really great bargain there. It is easily accessible by metro, there are many shoes, but also clothing for men and children.

You have to search a long time to find something. Unfortunately I found nothing for me and found the prices not so much cheaper.
