The lower, I believe * premium * area unfortunately has bad staff ... In the locker rooms was a safety pin on the floor, in which my husband stepped on the move. When my husband told the staff, he was accused of security man, he probably wanted to steal something himself ... Just outrageous!
The storemanager saved the situation by talking calmly and apologizing. And we would have gotten a few percent on a purchase as compensation.
Much to rummage, actually quite well sorted. Great shoe choice. A close look at the things is recommended, some are second choice damaged or sometimes quite dirty.
But there are many unique pieces and fancier pieces.
Neat, clean condition. A bit cool atmosphere. Clear selection of clothing and shoes.
Online to touch. Many options. A bit much security. I needed a warm jacket and found something right away.
The only thing you could give 5 stars for is staff.

The garbage shows the way, the density of thrown away Zalando bags, sales notes and flattened chewing gum increases exponentially towards the entrance.

After a short trip to Frankfurt I decided to stop by this store. The selection is huge in number. I think it's a bit too big with a big mess. I was still happy to have found 2 pairs of Nike shoes and 1 Boss pant.

Huge store, totally confusing and crowded. If you really want to find something here, you have to search for a long time and need staying power. Staff is rude and not really interested in customers. Prices are fine and totally justified for an outlet.
Actually gold digger mentality ... Search and if you are lucky you will also find something. You can do it if you have the leisure. Well, you can tell I'm not a gold digger. ;)
There was always something to be found for my wife and me
This is a fairly large "outlet" store, with fair prices. Shoes and other items are arranged by size and come without boxing or other packaging. The whole place has a bit of a thrift shop feel to it. On weekends and evening, the store is very crowded and it's noticeable that many shoes are showing exterior wear and tear from the amount of people trying them on each day. Ultimately, it's worth checking out if you're in the area, but not worth the trip if you're not.
