I am so happy to change my review to five stars. When the NEW sales manager,Josh ,became aware of what had happened, he called me personally and brought the car in immediately to make this right at no cost to me. He and Victoria treated me so well.

My only regret is that I should have called him personally with my grievance. I was just so upset. I was made aware that they have made many personnel changes to greatly improve customer service. Today was a great experience and I know I am safe to travel with my family and pets to Massachusetts, AND I can personally state that they obviously do care.

I can promise you Josh and Victoria are striving to give everyone a good experience.

Dealing with this company has been a disaster. I brought my Jeep in last November or December to take care of recall issues and an oil change. I used their shuttle service but finally had to call to find out about my car. Turns out they lost it in their line up so sent the shuttle to pick me up but only the recall items were taken care of.

Last week I brought it in to check on the A/C and an oil change. I was told I didn't need an oil change, so my failing memory thought well maybe I was wrong and they did do it back in the winter. Once again, I had to call to find out if my car was done for them to send the shuttle. When I came home I looked for the receipt for my oil change and when I called today it was confirmed that indeed I never did get my oil change and when it was there just last week they told me I didn't need it. I wanted to be able to trust them with service, but have found them to be very inefficient. Perhaps it is because my jeep is old and so am I that they didn't care. I actually did try to make another appointment to address this but they couldn't schedule me til July 18th which is too late as I am leaving town with, I hope, a safe car.

One of my best buying experiences. A week ago I decide to buy a new car (Scat Pack Charger). Found the one I wanted, now to find a dealer. The closest dealer that had what I was looking for was two and a half hours away. Talked to a local dealership, the salesman stated "no dealers will dealer trade that car, but we have this R/T," not what I wanted, so I moved on. Talked to a total of 4 dealerships. This dealership sells me the car for 3k cheaper and gave me 1k more for my trade then any of the other dealerships. So, I drove 4 hours to meet Nancy Erickson at Bob Moore Chrysler. As someone who has purchased many vehicles, this was one of my best buying experiences. I certainly plan on going back for my next purchase.

Could have been more helpful and left me to fend for myslef. Hard to explain an entire situation appropriately in this space, but long story short I had to find another dealer who could warranty repair my vehicle. They were very kind to me, but the other dealership will receive my 5 star review and the level of personal service to me, under all circumstances, is the reason why.

The Service Rep was new and he went above and beyond to make sure I had peace of mind that my vehicle was well taken care of while being serviced very polite and courteous
They had a lot of vehicles in already but didn t have to wait long at all
The lounge area has been improved have snacks that are healthy and very well priced

Lucas was the manager that helped us with buying our new Jeep Compass. We walked in, told Lucas which Jeep we wanted and he pulled it right up to the front and told us to take it for a spin! He didn t ask a million questions or push us to do a credit app before to see what is possible as we ve been asked in the past. After the test drive we decided we wanted the Jeep and were going to trade in my car. In probably 30 minutes they were taking my trade and putting together the paper work to sign then we were out of there. Lucas didn t flood us with questions or requirements, he was relaxed and not pushy at all. Shon the finance guy was the same! Most definitely the easiest and faster we ve ever bought a vehicle, we will be back for sure!

Overall experience was great! Samantha our saleswoman was fantastic to deal with, we did most of the deal over the phone as my work schedule was keeping me from being there. I sold my truck and the dealer picked me up across town and dropped me off for the new truck. Everyone we dealt with was nice and no pressure buying. Will definitely be looking at Bob Moore next time we purchase a vehicle and hoping Samantha will still be there was well!

Terrible idea to go for an oil change at this place. somehow they manage to put 8 quarts of the 10qts oil I brought in, but ended up getting 4 qts back? in a container I never brought in. Then they tell us they put some of THE SAME BRAND OIL I BROUGHT IN, they had sitting in their shop. I don't want YOUR OLD OIL, I want my own oil, the one I brought in, to be used in my car. They won't do anything to fix the issue. I won't be coming back to Bob Moore for any other services.

Purchased a vehicle here on 3/7/20, the purchasing and finance process were easy and fairly enjoyable for car buying. However, it is now 4/20/20 and I have yet to receive the title for the vehicle.

I was finally able to get ahold of Shon the day after my paper tag expired (4/8). I was then told that the titles had been mailed and I should see it the beginning of the next week (4/14-4/15).
I called and left messages on 4/15,4/16, 4/17 and 4/20.

When Shon called me back he was real nonchalant about my title being 2 weeks late, since it s handled by another department. As soon as I started to press him on when I will get the title, he got very upset and started rambling about the economy and understaffing.

There a obviously some internal communication issues and well as with the customer after a sale. At a loss for how I can have a constructive conversation with anyone here let alone contact someone.

Update: Was looking into trading my truck and my motorcycle for a challenger. Exchanged some info on both. They were doing some figuring. Guess they didnt like figures cause they never called me back and stopped responding to text messages. It's all good. They saved me from getting into a worse situation.

Very happy with experience here. Went in to look at a ram 4x4 truck. Found a great deal. Salesman worked way harder then he had to get me best price. First time in my life I've been treated with respect at a car dealer. James Wilkens was my salesman. Highly recommend him.

Don't waste your time! All the negative reviews are spot on! Put down a deposit for a car because I was assured they would hold it, and I planned on coming to pick it up the very next day. Literally took off work and made travel arrangements. So after barely any communication I get a text saying they sold the car! Didn't at least call or even bother asking if I would be interested in something else. I didn't think a car salesman could make their reputation any worse but apparently this dealer does. Tulsa must not have many other options.

Sales side - worst customer service ever I had seen in dealership showrooms. When we were negotiating price with sales consultant one third person came in and literally asked us to go out. Not sure what happened and sale consultant also not sure what was happening. Very unprofessional.

Well, let's see. I have always gone to this Chrysler dealer (Bob Moore) for my oil change since I moved to Tulsa, OK and I have never had a complaint since now. First, I went from paying $43.41 six months ago to $49.41 for my oil change: then a couple of days after leaving their shop my car horn and my menu control buttons on steering wheel has stop working, coincidence? I am not sure, but I got my car new and never had an issue. I will take my car back to the dealership on my next off day and see if they can tell me what might have gone wrong with my steering wheel functions during my oil change.

Service knew the date I was leaving my vehicle to be worked on it took 4 days to do a job that I was told would take 8-9 hours. Fortunately, I was given a loaner car. David in service was very nice. I had to call and tell them I needed my vehicle in order for them to get to work on it.

Am very unhappy with the service, my jeep was towed there, it's under warranty, was told they couldn't look at it for a week, ok, so I asked for a loaner car, they said they couldn't until diagnosed, and couldn't do that until next week, ok so I asked for a ride home, she said they couldn't because it was over 10 miles! Unbelievable, she was so very rude, didn't even try to help me at all, had to call Jim Glover in owasso, they sent a driver to bring me home. NO customer service!!

I can t speak on behalf of the car sales, but the service department is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

I bought a 2014 Challenger two years ago, 8 months after having the vehicle my lights messed up, I took my car in and it took them OVER a week to fix it.

A year later surprise! My car has THE SAME PROBLEM!! So I take it up there and make an appointment for the following week and was told it would only take 30 minutes to fix my car. When i arrived for my appt i was told i don t know who would make such an appt at this time. But just drive it in and I ll see what i can do Just to be told it would need to be kept over night because they didn t have the correct parts to fix my car. So the next day I hear absolutely nothing from the service department.

So I call them on the second day of having my car just told be told they waited till they had my car for 24+ hours to order the part and that my car still wouldn t be ready for another day!! A 30 minute appointment turned into a 3 day ordeal!? Not okay AT ALL! Especially for a full time college student and working full time.

Long story short my boyfriend had to call where he was greeted with nothing but attitude so he asked to speak to a manger. Not even 20 minutes after speaking to a manger my car was fixed.

Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use bob Moore next time my car needs service because they have terrible attitudes and can t do as they promise!! Beware of their service dept everyone!!!

I have always hated the process of purchasing a new vehicle as one generally gets the impression that somehow, someway you are being taking advantage of as the salesman takes from one place on the invoice and adds to another. Not at all my experience with Bob Moore and his wonderful staff. My initial contact was through the Internet Manager, Jacqueline Ellis, who provided quick responses to my queries. Once I had decided upon a particular vehicle; I was turned over to the very competent hands of Lucas Sanko. In addition to the reduced online price that I had been quoted; Mr. Sanko inquired as to my zip code and proceeded to give me an additional discount relevant to that information. I indicated to Mr. Sanko that I had already secured financing and insurance for the truck in question and he asked when my husband and I would be coming to pick up the vehicle so he could be properly respectful of our time and have the truck all ready to go on our arrival. It was amazing to be greeted that afternoon by the sight of my new truck, nicely detailed and awaiting my inspection and Mr. Sanko's advance preparation of the required documentation. The remaining process was short and sweet ~ no feelings of trepidation or pressure. Best of all I obtained the exact truck that I desired with no additional options that were forced down my throat as my local Fort Smith dealership is wont to do. The practice of Breeden Dodge of Fort Smith, AR, is to buy a lower priced vehicle, send it to California Customs and jack up the end price by roughly $10K. How do I know this my husband asks those types of questions.

The 2 hour drive to Tulsa, OK from our home in Alma, AR was well worth the satisfaction arising out of this purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to make a great deal on the vehicle of their dreams.

A good place to buy a vehicle, great price but there service department is lacking. I have now had a side mirror and a sun visor replaced. Both times the service advisor said that he would call me when it came in but I had to call them, was transferred to parts because they didn't know and was told once, yes it's been here for 5 weeks and the other time it had been there so long they sent it back so I had to reorder. There mechanic's are good about getting you in and out in a timely manner though.

It was a snap to set an appointment online at your website. Next day we were met at the appointed time by a knowledgeable sales consultant who discussed models then took us to the lot to see the models and to test drive them. There was absolutely no rush or pressure as the consultant led us through the process of determining models, features, price ranges and financing options. We were offered a fair price for our trade in and received manufacturer and dealer rebates as well. Overall, we had a flawless experience and left the dealership with exactly the right vehicle for us.

I ordered a sensor for my truck I called and gave the part number the sensor came and it didn t work I called back to change it but they wouldn t take it back or refund me. My niece took her car to them 2 month ago and they still have it.. kept calling, calling and they kept telling her they were waiting on a back order. Finally I called about a week ago and they told me that the guy that was working on her car no longer worked for them. And they kept trying to apology to us. We don't the apologies just the car back, now the other manger never call us to tell us about the car. My niece didn't have a car to drive back and forward to work, or to get her two kids back to school. now thinking they would have offer to give her a loaner (no). So my advice to anyone is don't take your car there!! I am still trying to located the owner to tell him how much of a good job they are doing. (not).

Took my car in for a simple re flash and was told I had bad gas .. which I don't believe. (Recommended by firestone) had them drop my gas tank re fuel and it still didn't fix the problem . Did I forget to mention that was almost two months ago ?!?!?!?!?! If I don't call I don't hear from them . Weeks goes by I don't get a any type of call regarding the status of my car . Every time I call it takes 4 to 5 times just to get a hold to someone and then when I talk to someone only thing they can tell me is "we don't know what the problem is " which is hard to believe when dodge make and models is supposed to be your specialty. I've been as nice as I could be giving the fact Bob Moore has my life (car) in their hands but apparently they could careless about me having a job and going to school and doing daily things in life WITHOUT a car . If you can't fix it just say so if you can then FIX IT ! Looks l I'm going to have to go over their head in order to get something done !!!!!!!

Peanut was an awesome salesman. He is knowledgeable and he always understanding of our wants and needs and he respected them. He wasn't a pushy salesman and he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want just to help himself. He worked to get us in the car we wanted and he was successful. He was also, great with our kids which is a huge deal. I would recommend Peanut at Bob Moore to anyone who is looking for a car but wants to avoid the pushy salesman. Way to go Peanut!!!

We've had not so great experiences here before, however this time was a complete 180 in terms of service. Calvin was a great help, didn't mind that we changed our minds fairly late into the process to go with a bigger cab. The sales manager offered us more trade than anyone else, finance got us exceptional rates and agreeable pricing on extras. Everyone stayed very late in the evening to get us taken care of, a couple of the salesmen also helped me move my 120lb hitch into the new truck. As I said, we are blown away and will definitely return when we're ready to upgrade again!

The long wait time was due to me not having everything I needed as far as paperwork, and the finance team working magic to get me approved. After trying with multiple financial institutions they we able to get me approved through TTCU. Thank you for helping build my credit.

My husband had spoken to him the night before and he seem like he had notes of the conversation and I hardly had to explain anything at all to him! Unfortunately our experience at first was not great. We arrived and began to look at vehicles. We must of walked around the parking lot for 20 minutes or so with no one attempting help. There were several sales representatives outside the showroom, we where we'll within in thier line of sight. I spoke loudly with my wife saying we would like to take a closer look at a vehicle. We were hoping this would gain the attention of a sales repersnative. Being unsuccessful and with hesitation we decided to go in and seek out someone to help us. We walked past several salesman which were playing games on their phones or surfing the internet. At last one sales repesemative looked up and asked if we have been helped. We told Abdul which vehicle we were interested in and he was great from the beginning, he was very helpful and attentive. Abdul was able to answer most of my questions and was honest about the answers he was unsure of. I would like to say that if it was not for Abdul I would have left with a bad taste for Bob Moore Dodge. I think it would be wise if Bob Moore to hire more representative like Abdul at the Tulsa DCJ store.

This wasn t the first time, but after making an appointment for a simple oil change the wait was an hour and a half. At check in, I was told the wait would be approximately 45mins, slightly irritating with a set up appointment but understandable to a degree. After an hour and a half passed when I went to check on the status of our jeep, I was informed that he would go check, With an attitude, like I was his inconvenience at the time, but there was several vehicles ahead of me when I arrived (scheduled an appointment) amazingly he was able to bring our vehicle to me on his return. Customer service aspect was terrible

I visited Bob Moore CDJR of Tulsa on 12-13-2017 to see if I could get out of my truck and into something cheaper. The reason for my visit to this particular dealership was because my salesman, Mace, had acquired a job here after leaving Mark Allen GMC in Sapulpa. So after looking through our options and selecting what we liked, which was a 2017 Jeep Renegade, we finished up all the paperwork and the closed the deal. We spent half the day there which to my surprise was awesome! Most of the time I always end up stuck at a dealer from morning to night due to the tedious process. The customer service was great! Everyone was so nice and acknowledged you. They also have free hot beverages, cappuccinos, coffee, milk, espresso, etc. (First dealer I've ever been to that has this, and I've been to a lot)! One issue that we ran in to was obtaining our title. The last week of the 30 day period I had yet to receive the title and paperwork so I called finance department and left a voicemail to get no call back so I eventually got ahold of the sales manager and discussed the issue with him and he called their OKC office where their accounting is done and made sure they sent the title priority mail. They got this to me on the 29 day mark so that was a little stressful. One huge issue I have with this dealership is they ignore your emails and voicemails...I couldn't even leave a voicemail on the finance departments voicemail. I will most likely return even though my sales rep has moved on to bigger and better things. I will return to get my vehicle service needs met.

I went in for a set of new tires. I found the service at Bob Moore to be outstanding. They provided me a ride to and from work so I did not spend the day waiting on my car at the dealership. The quality of tires as well as the work they did on the rest of my car (oil change, alignment, etc.) was done in a timely manner and my vehicle is driving like a dream. Very professional, explained everything very clear throughout the entire process. Kris Karter was a great salesman and Austin Jeffries in finance was very good to work with as well! Process was very streamline and quick at the same time not rushing you through things. Taking the time to answer any and all questions asked and ones forgotten. Would definitely take my business there again.

I bought a dodge charger and love the car. The salesman was great and very helpful. However, the guy who wrote me up and talked about the $6k in extra warranties I bought wasn't very forthcoming . Do not in any circumstance buy any of their warranties. They aren't worth the paper they are written on. My advice is if you want extended warranties of any kind seek out a company on your own and have them walk you through everything that you need and want. I would still recommend Bob Moore of Tulsa just not the extra warranties. Unfortunately there isn't a way to separate the star rating for these issues. #couldvesaved6k
