The worst service department ever

The worst service department ever
Dropped my Jeep off at 740am ( had a scheduled appointment ) told them I have to pick it up at 430 to pick up my kids. Never received a call from James my service advisor, I arrived at 420 I stood for 20 min waiting to be helped James was busy with another customer. Another guy and lady is trying to find my keys and paperwork to check me out because they just now realized I have been waiting a long time. Than the lady tells me keys are in the Jeep and that the transmission guy didn t have time to check the TCM program number. I m not surprised this dealership doesn t care whatsoever.

I came into this dealership because of the way i was treated in Wichita Kansas in 1980 before i went into the Army an treated awesome. But then a couple of years ago i was looking for a Ram truck, they did not have what i was looking for on their lot so they talked me into getting into one that THEY were told i could not afford WITH the PROMISE on a recording from the salesman ( who told me he was the SALES MANAGER, he lied) that they would get me out of that truck within 3-7 days an into the Express that i wanted in the 1st place, but they'd have to get it from Oklahoma City. It NEVER HAPPENED and everytime i called or showed up i was given nothing but excuses, overtime i had to let the truck go back to the bank KILLING my credit, now i still owe guite a bit of money on a truck i no longer own all because i was brought up to believe in a mans word and a hand shake. These people WILL NEVER get a good review or business from me or my family ever again.

Heber was very good, easy to deal with, up front with the sales process.
Finance was not. We had to wait over an hr when they had all pertinent info 2 days before and should have had all docs and forms ready to go. Then we had to listen to a long winded pitch about an extended warranty. So it was 9:30 before we got away.

I've waited a few months after buying my jeep to leave this review because I wanted to give the vehicle a good breaking in. I'm a full convert, the vehicle is just amazing.

Bryson was a great guy to deal with and so was finance guy. I would highly recommend working with these people if you're looking for a new car. A+

Kim Stewart in Service did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. I have had a ton of problems with my car this year and was very frustrated, but right out of the gate Kim was courteous, very, very respectful, and she did what she told me she was going to do. As a customer, I highly value ALL of those traits! Kim is the personification of hard work and dedication. I would definitely come back to get my car serviced, and I recommend dealing with her for any service need. Thanks Kim! Happy Customer :)

He listened to me and met my expectations of what I wanted.Your staff there also friendly,your finance officer was very helpful and friendly too. You were fair on my trade in price and I definitely would drive up to Tulsa to get the best buy! While the truck had the appropriate recall services completed, we also mentioned our truck was having issues with "4WD shift in progress" while driving on road. This was discussed with service to look into also. Dealer didn't look at the mentioned problems, and made us make another appointment in two weeks - annoying - causing more lost work days...

7:00am my scheduled Appointment.

7:00am my scheduled Appointment.
I requested the 3-4 recalls be completed and check for antifreeze leak as I suspect it is leaking in the EGR unit. Said would call when ready.

No calls by 4pm. I called 14 times to get through to service department from 4:00pm to 4:45pm. Gave up. 5pm headed to the dealership.
5:30pm Service Manager acted like all complete, but had not completed what I asked on Friday as said he would when I asked about each item--with new radiator cap not being replaced being the obvious item indicating not everything was done...plus no phone call when completed...he admitted they not complete everything. Never replaced radiator cap which was plastic and broken in two pieces...and never checked for leaks. - asked if I could leave overnight and pick up on Saturday. I left it overnight would pick up Saturday.

Saturday no calls, I came to dealership at 1:00pm as was told service closes at 1:30pm. Service Manager said they not look at it yet...but he did go get a radiator cap off another truck they not sold yet so I would have a radiator cap. They verified anti-freez is leaking through EGR unit and would be covered in the new recall when it is sent out.

He did tell me of a new recall to replace the EGR unit that is leaking so it would be covered once the recall is sent out.

I looked up on internet while waiting for the radiator cap replacement and found it is a recall announced 4 days prior and they not have all the part to fix the 170,989 ecoDiesels that are effected.

Give 2 stars instead of 1 due to getting a free radiator cap.

All the negative reviews are spot on, unfortunately. They had my brand new Jeep in service for nearly 3 months and were unable to fix the issue it was having. After changing numerous parts and sending it back to me several times telling me it was fixed and having to take it back because it wasn't fixed, they finally told me that the issues I was experiencing in my brand new Jeep were normal and that I needed to come pick it up. When I got upset over it, because obviously a brand new Jeep shouldn't have an issue as big as the one it was having, I received a phone call from a random sales person who worked there telling me that they could no longer do business with me. I took my Jeep elsewhere and they were able to fix the issue it was having in one attempt. And to think this dealership tried to tell me it was normal to have the issue... Very scary. I would be terrified to buy a car from here again or ever take one in for service.

I made an appointment, for vehicle recall notices, a week in advance. I specified that I would need a loaner(or at least a ride) back to my house. I arrived at the appointment 10 minutes early. I was on a very tight schedule. I waited over 40 minutes for a ride! The doctor's office called to cancel the appointment due to my lateness. Also, I expressed additional concerns of performance of my vehicle, and was informed a diagnostic charge of $135 would be charged. This is outrageous. I will take the vehicle back to neighborhood service provider for future repairs.

Comfortable waiting room kept me updated on progress.But oil change was supposed to be free for2 years after purchase.Your people had no record of purchase.I got charged for it then they refunded my money when I found my records.Wheel right rear was damaged on first oil change.I had to point that out again this visit.They said they ordered me a new wheel and will call when it comes in.Waiting for that call.

Friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Marcus Harbin was my salesman and he was fantastic and so fun to work with. He is extremely enthusiastic and eager to be helpful. If there was anything he didn't know he quickly got the answer. I am not very tech savvy and Marcus was so patient in teaching me and was just as helpful and patient each time I stopped by with more questions. I bought a Charger and it came with so many option I never thought I needed and now I don't know how I ever lived without. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.

Asma White killer was superior in assessing the needs of my car. She even provided a rental for me while my car was being worked on. Bob Moore has never provided a rental during past experiences as my car was bwing worked on, Never!!!! Asma was very caring and friendly she made my experience very pleasant at the same time treating me with professionalism. I appreciate her. On the other hand Samantha Ehrhardt needs a touch up on Customer Skills she was operating in the rudel lane perhaps just a bad day for her not sure.

Had a good, no hassle deal made. Walked in told them what I wanted, what I had to trade in, deal was done...!!! That is how I like it! The only draw back was went late on a Saturday afternoon, had everything done, except signing papers.... And the wait was a bit long.... No fault of anyone they were having dealings with someone that was difficult to deal with! I think! But so is life....! Awesome sales man, make sure you ask for Randy Ingram when you want a no hassle deal!!!

I received an email from Jarrett Rector saying that he was the service manager and thanking me for contacting them for a service appointment and someone would be in contact with me. I replied and told him I am in Chicago and did not contact them and if anyone is using my name it's not me. I have been a victim of identity theft so I am concerned about this. He did not respond. I sent another email the next day asking him to confirm that he received the previous email and let me know what happened with the situation. Emails have not been responded to. I guess they don't care if someone is trying to use my info as long as they make money. Real profession, Jarrett. You couldn't take 30 seconds to respond???? To protect myself I decided to apply a credit freeze with all 3 credit bureaus. I could have saved time if Jarrett would have just responded and said maybe it was an error with the email or something like that. Can't rely on this guy for an answer apparently.

We went in to buy a car for my daughter and ended up buying 2 vehicles!! Very happy with their customer service. I definitely recommend this dealership!

I always get terrible service here. The people are nice, but that's where the customer service ends. Left my car 9.5 hours and they "forgot to change the oil." Brought it back and left it 8 hours and they never repaired or ordered the tire. Called me 5 minutes before I was due to pick it up to tell me nothing had been done. This has happened many times before too. Manager is treated like the Pope, they protect him from speaking to the customers at all costs. I'll never buy another car from them.

Took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for a transmission fluid leak. It took 6 days to get my car back. Two weeks later transmission fluid is leaking again. It took four day for them to replace a hose. When I picked it up I explained that I was going out of town and they assured me the car was fixed. I leave the lot and within 5 minutes the car is smoking and transmission fluid is leaking again. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with, they are incompetent. I will never purchase a vehicle from Bob Moore again.

Internet price was not truthful. When we called we were told that price included a 1,500 trade in bonus. So the marketed price was for a person with a trade and you have to finance with them. The financing was small print at the bottom, but the additional trade in amount was only told when you called in, I would have been one angry person if I went down and learned this. Good thing I called.

Great experience at Bob Moore Jeep dealership at Tulsa, OK. I have been to many dealership for my own car or friends but this is by far the best experience. The process was seamless though we are in middle of such difficult time of Covid-19. Demarco Brown was very helpful through out the process. Once the vehicle was selected he helped completing rest of the process, I just had to go to dealership, sign couple of documents and take the car out. It was a hassle free, smooth business which I really appreciate.

We pretty much only spent an hour at the dealership because he had everything ready to go! Test drove the car, signed paperwork and drove away with zero wait! I needed to go into service for my 2016 Chrysler 200 under warranty for what was seeming to be a cracked windshield wiper reservoir. I got there the gentleman helping me was nice, the wait wasn't they are definitely understaffed for service. I left the car there cause I wanted it done as soon as possible. The next day, wondering why I never received a phone call I left a message and waited, I was never called back so I went up there about it. The gentleman told me the part was there after going back into his parts department. At this time I had already called south point to verify they had one in stock because I felt like I was getting the run around. So I left the dealership with my car and told him I would be back the next morning. like an idiot I went back and gave them my car again and that afternoon they called me with good news that it was fixed. I took the car we joked he explained to me it was a loose hose and the reservoir was ok, first red flag. You had the car all day and didn't diagnose it prior to ordering the part? I sign I leave the next morning there's a puddle of water on the ground and my fluid light is back on. The reservoir was band-aided and I am furious I took it to where I got it and they agreed to order the part and put it in since Bob Moore failed to do so. There is a lack of integrity in their technicians work that will be their down fall.

I flew in to Tulsa to buy a 2015 Ford F-250 becaus...

I flew in to Tulsa to buy a 2015 Ford F-250 because it was $3K-$4K less than I could find in Albuquerque, NM. I was picked up by Miguel as soon as I arrived and the deal was quick and easy. I arrived at 10:15 and was on the road home by 12:45.

My only recommendation is to verify the vehicle details over the phone if you plan to fly in to buy. Their website is not accurate. The truck I bought said moonroof, but the pictures did not show it. I called and verified there was no moon roof. It also said it had 17" alloy wheels. It actually had 20" wheels, however the wheels had hubcaps that mimic the premium Ford alloy wheels. Their internet department needs to make sure the info is more accurate. I'd give 5 stars if they had that straightened out.

Miguel couldn't have been more polite and courteous! Thanks for all the help!

I was so happy that the old guy helped me out that they tried identity my car parts what I needed. I know it was pretty expensive, but a few local stores don't have to order a part what it required.

UPDATE - As you see below, they responded that they would be calling me, I haven't heard from them yet. What is most concerning is that I had my car towed to another dealership who confirmed there was no oil leak, no issues whatsoever with the oil, it was what I took it in for, a power steering leak which is covered under warranty. Had I left my car at Bob Moore they would have allegedly fixed two places where there were oil leaks for over $1,000.00 not covered by warranty - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? I am very concerned that a lot of people are paying for repairs that may not be necessary.
Bob Moore has had my car since last Friday, the guy that took my information relayed something wrong to the warranty company who now won't fix it. I likewise have no idea what they are saying is the problem now as it's nothing like what I took it in for. Oddly enough, the other lady that just ranked one star seems to have been told she has the same issue as me, I find that incredibly ironic. I called the guy that took my info yesterday, and left a message for the service department manager and neither one of them have called me back. I am so mad at myself for taking it here, I should have gone to Cris Nickel like I did before, I wanted to save myself the drive but it is very clear to me that I have saved myself nothing and only added stress, inconvenience and awful customer service. I will NEVER take my car back to Bob Moore. Cris Nickel has always had a rental for me, covered by my warranty, Bob Moore tells me until they verify the repair falls under warranty they cannot arrange for a rental, and if they did verify they didn't have a rental for me to use. HORRIBLE customer service, absolutely horrible.
UPDATE - In reading the other comments I saw the owner response provided an 888 number to call. I tried it, went to a generic voicemail.
I called the main number and asked to speak with whomever would be over the service manager, would be their GM but evidently that person was let go yesterday.

I purchased a vehicle in 2016 from Bob Moore Tulsa...

I purchased a vehicle in 2016 from Bob Moore Tulsa. Since then, I have had all of my vehicle maintenance done through the dealership because I was led to believe they would take care of my car and address my concerns as a returning customer. Today, I learned that is not the case. I received a post card a few weeks ago with a hand written note from Chris Gilmore, the general manager for the dealership, stating he wanted to purchase my car or make a possible trade and that he needed it as quickly as possible. He also stated that his offer would be "aggressive" and that I would be very pleased. Granted, I wasn't looking to trade in my car, knowing that I owed more than the car was worth but I took it on good faith that they knew that when they sent the postcard. I contacted the number written on the card and set up an appointment for 11 am a few days later. I was told to ask for a certain person when I arrived at the dealership. I arrived at the dealership on time for my appointment and spoke to a salesman named Randy. I informed him that I have an appointment and advise him of the post card from Chris Gilmore I received with the offer for my car. Randy then becomes confused and tells me the person I was supposed to meet with was off today and acted like he had no idea about the offer, or the appointment. My frustrations began here, as I found it very unprofessional that the representative I was meant to speak with was not available during the scheduled time. Randy asked me "are you here for a trade", like I just wandered in from off the street. I told him again that I wasn't interested in a trade until discussing the offer mentioned on the post card. Randy again acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Randy suggested that he see my car and assess it. Randy's assessment comes back to me with a very low trade offer ($2000 lower than the blue book value). Randy tells me there are a couple of scratches and a small dent and that is the reason why the offer is so low. I tell him I'm not an idiot and that I am fully aware that the vehicle begins to depreciate once you drive your car off the lot and that dents and scratches will further depreciate the value. I wasn't upset because of the low ball trade, as this is standard industry practice, but I was upset that the information on the post card stated that he really wanted to purchase my car ASAP and that it would be worth my time. I believed all of that was taken into consideration before the card was sent. Randy offered me nothing and didn't apologize for the lack of informed staff members, for wasting my time in the first place, for treating me like helping me was an inconvenience to him... I feel that Chris Gilmore intentionally deceived me when he sent me that card. I've been a loyal customer since the day I purchased the car and don't agree with the false advertising that was sent to me. The whole mess was an embarrassing experience and a complete waste of my time. My friend recently traded her Chevy Cruz at a Chevy dealership after they reached out to her about an upgrade and they offered a rebate and a bonus because she had previously bought her car from that dealership. They actually acted like they wanted her business and treated her like a valued customer. I will never waste my time and money at a place that doesn't appreciate the loyalty of their customers.

Bob Moore should be ashamed of themselves, intentionally misleading a loyal customer.

I called in regards to a parts warranty.The operator Sent me to the wrong department. The call got looped back to the operator because there was no answer. The person in parts said that I had the wrong department. So he connected me to service, which got looped again. Before I had even got the person I was supposed to speak to, I was on the phone for ten minutes. I finally got the service department for the gentleman to tell me he was too busy to check a part warranty, and he'd have to call me later. I asked for a timeline and he said "it will be a while." He was rude, and condescending. So I hung up, and called South Pointe. I was in the phone no more than 4 minutes and had everything I needed, compared to the 20 without ANY help. Absolutely pathetic.

I went in to have my oil changed, my trailer light...

I went in to have my oil changed, my trailer light connection looked at, and the right-front inner fender checked because it was dragging on my tire when I turned full left and backed up. They had me in before my appointment time and I was done with all of it including scheduling for my inner fender problem (they could do it today but I didnt have the time was all) in less than an hour. Very satisfied, indeed. Bought the vehicle here because of previous experience on repair of a Charger that I traded in for this truck.

The service department was great. My Cherokee was messing up. I made an appointment Tuesday, took it in on Saturday, they hooked it up to the machine to find the error message, they figured it out. They got it fixed on Saturday and I didn't have to wait. Thank goodness!!

I bought a 2015 jeep renegade in July. Took my jeep in two weeks ago for a service. Got charged $82 for the service when its really $64. My winshield washer fluid bone dry and I'm having to add a quart of oil! Took my car back to service for a front end shimmie, took 4 days to fix. Spoke with the general manger Stan Grady he did nothing, spoke with service manager Jesse, he said he would personally make sure I get wind shield washer fluid. Still washer fluid. I will never do business again with Bob Moore. I will have better customer service with CarMax.

Very pleasant experience. The service department manager was very pleasant, very professional, answered all my questions. Was not harassed by salesmen, trying to sell me a car. Very clean atmosphere. Everyone I saw was neatly dressed, and looked professional. When ever I need more work done on my Jeep, I will remember the wonderful experience at Bob Moore.

Arturo and the service crew at Bob Moore allowed me to bring my charger in after I've had several issues with the front end, they helped me out a ton by being very transparent what the issue stemmed from, and even though it was because of the former owner and not covered by warranty Arturo and the crew were able to spec and fix it up to brand new!! I enjoy my car again!! I'll only use Bob Moore CDJR from here on out! thanks

Peanut was very helpful. The sales part was great. Disappointed in the rest. Iwas told that I would be getting 2 key fobs on my certified used car. I got 1 and was told that they would have my spare in a couple days. It never got ordered. I had to take the IOU to service myself. I had a tire that was low on air when I test drove it. Filled it up all week. I can't believe that they charged me for it when the salesman remembers me asking about it on the test drive. I came back in because they messed up the paperwork, but over a week later I am out $20 and still waiting on a key fob.

Asked for a car I didn t need to put time or work into because I am busy all the time and had to sit for 4+ hours 4 times so far getting it fixed or getting a second key, nobody there cared about my needs.

Absolutely awesome. Took a little longer than we wanted but overall it was great. The salesman we had Peanut Baul was great. Answered all my questions, and I had a ton. But he was very patient and understanding. And the finance manager we had Hal was just as good. We will definitely recommend Bob Moore to the people we know. And our salesman we had. Again thank you for the great experience we had. And now I'm thinking about trading my 09 Silverado for a new Dosge 1500.

My truck is money maker and my experience was terrible. I brought my 60k dollar diesel in for a repair and they would not answer the phone.... and if you can get the front desk to answer then the service department wont. I have left messages for Jessie and his manager with no response or a day later and end up taking it out on the poor receptionist. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to his voicemail. STEP IT UP BOB MOORE. NO stars.

My 3rd purchase there was a new truck that a week later I discovered was sold to me without a spare. After contacting them I have been strung along now for 2 weeks with no spare still. And after twice emailing the GM about it.

Will not buy here again.

My husband and I have never had a good experience buying a car, until now. We visited several dealerships and looked at A LOT of cars, we were so lucky to have found what we wanted at Bob Moore CDJ. Trading in our old vehicle was easy, in fact they offered the most out of all the dealerships we visited, negotiating was easy, finance was easy, literally everything was easy. It went so well, that the entire time my husband and I kept joking about when the bad part would start but it never did. Seriously, buy your car here.

I took my car there on a safety recall, the guy I talked with was very professional and helpful. Give him 5 stars. But the mechanic who work on car had left greese all over glove box and side panel. Wasn't too professional to me. But I thank all of them greatly appreciated.

Calvin Bailey was the best car salesman I've ever been to and helped us out tramendously. I didn't have to haggle and try to get the price down to where I wanted it , he dropped it bfore I even asked....... he treated us well and it was the most painless quick car purchase ever and he was the most honest car salesman I've ever dealt with and now the only one I will deal with in the future.

Was told service would be 10-15 minutes for a low tire pressure light on. It's been over an hour and still waiting. Finally got vehicle back after an hour and a half. They had very poor communication and lack of customer support. I'm regretting my vehicle purchase there of 3 months ago.
