Bought a vehicle on 8/29. Already needs major repair. I can't get anyone to return my call. Repairs on me. They don't stand behind what they sell. I thought going to a bigger reputable dealership would avoid getting taken advantage of. Should've went to a smaller mom and pop place.

Bob Moore Tulsa had an amazing selection of vehicles. I was looking nation wide for a specific truck with no success, and this dealership not only had the truck I wanted but several to choose from. Brandon worked with me via text throughout the entire process and he did an excellent job. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth. Dropped a truck off because transmission was not shifting properly had truck for almost three weeks found no issues with transmission but 2,938.05 for brakes shocks and other misc items. Picked truck up after telling them no way and transmission is still not shifting call advisor "could not help me his tech found no issues".

We've been taking our 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT to Bob Moore for ALL of our various service needs ever since we bought it. They have done a super job with it. We always work with Don in the service department and he is GREAT! He is very attentive to our needs. He offers recommendations for what's best and most cost effective for what we are looking for and makes sure that we are happy and satisfied with everything before we leave. Bob Moore is the only place we trust to take our Challenger because we feel that they will take care of it the way we would and we have not been disappointed!

This complaint regarding the MAP aftermarket warranty product was changed from one star to four stars due to the Bob Moore dealership getting involved and providing valuable assistance in getting this messy situation resolved. I really appreciate the dealership taking ownership of this situation and I am happy that we might be able to get a prorated cancellation/refund on this very expensive (and almost totally bogus) MAP after market warranty. Thank you Bob Moore CDJR of Tulsa for providing this assistance.

To sum up my experience without getting into too much detail - This dealership lacks communication. My car was there for almost a month for warranty work, and I never received a call with updates unless I initiated it. They forgot about it because it wasn't in the shop (it was in the parking lot while they were waiting on parts), and then made it seem like it was my fault that they forgot about it. The service manager I was assigned was condescending and spoke to me like I was a pain in his side. I wasn't offered a loaner car, nor a ride to pick my car up. They can do much better. I will do much better next time - I will never take my car back to this dealership.

Im rating them a 1 star because my 2014 Jeep has been here twice over the past 2 months and the same thing is happening again, so far everyone was nice but you can never speak with a manager or your advisor is to busy to get on the phone.

I m so disgusted, this car have less than 70k miles and it s a 2014. Whatever is going on should Not be happening especially when you keep maintenance up on it.

My husband and I found a Jeep Wrangler on their website that was exactly what we wanted and within our price range. He decided to go buy it. He got to Bob Moore and spoke with Vernon (a very nice and surprisingly honest salesperson there) fully prepared to sign paperwork and bring the Jeep home. Vernon took him in to get the deal going when he informed my husband that the wheels and tires were not included in the price. That was not mentioned on the website at all. My husband then decided to leave. Within a few minutes Vernon called me and told me that he sat down with the general manager (Chris Gilmore) and told him it wasn't right to treat people like that and that he got the general manager to agree to honor the price on the website with the wheels and tires. I specifically asked him if it would be the price posted online plus the doc fees no more haggling and he said yes. My husband then went back to the dealership where he was taken into Chris Gilmore's office. Chris then tried again to get my husband to pay more for the Jeep than what was advertised. By this time my husband was fed up with the haggling and left. When he went back to the website later in the evening he saw that they increased the price. Very unhappy. Felt like a bait and switch.

I agree with another post that if I could give negative stars I would do it right away. My first vehicle purchase in almost 20 years and this is the experience I have the pleasure of receiving.

Salesperson was great with showing the vehicle, but that's where the greatness ended. Once we can inside to talk numbers, it was a game from there on in. They didn't want to disclose the loan rate, played with the price of the vehicle, wanted me to agree payments and a bottom line without having all the information up front.

Salesperson was told before signing that we wanted the TTT rolled into the loan amount. Bob Moore did not, and would not make it right, instead wanted to play a "I don recall that" and a he said/she said game. while haggling the price, the salesman went to his manager to get a "better price" came back with one that said OTD or "out the door" price, but this price didn't include the TTT that was asked for.

Bottom line. I would not and will not ever purchase a vehicle from Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Look for someone who will pay attention to what you say and will be ethical. This is by far the worst business experience I have ever had in my 45 years of existence.

It took them over a month to get the title and I had to sign all the contracts again which was kind of aggravating to me. Then after I got the title I put it in to get the windows tinted and a spot on the leather seat fixed which was in the deal to buy it. It took four weeks to get it back because they kept getting the wrong parts and it was taking a week each time for shipping. After the first one was wrong I feel they should have next day aired the next one. There was there weeks of shipping that I had to wait on in the process.

Great experience with sales staff buying my new car-dealing with the finance and extended warranty staff was a nightmare. I'm 50 yrs old and worst strong arm sales tactics I've encountered since the 1980's. Telling these guys for 30 minutes I was not interested in the ext warranty just wasn't enough. They out right lied to my face several times about the cost of monthly payment with or without the ext warranty. Finally, when I stood up to leave, another paper showed up with my true monthly payment-about $30 less than was quoted. This is the way they treat customers who spend roughly $30,000? I got my Mother a new Ford 3 months ago at Joe Cooper and the experience was VERY different-great service both front and back of house. If you have to finance, AVOID Bob Moore-not worth the stress.

I had a great experience today at Bob Moore Chrysler. Their shuttle driver even took me to the mall and picked me up after the movie and everybody in the service department was really nice. It was probably the best service I have ever received at a dealership and I was only having some recall work done. Pretty cool since I didn't even buy the car there.

Took my Jeep in for a recall. Was told it would take a few hours, was ready the next day? No biggie, glad it was fixed. The problem, more dirt and oil got in my car than anywhere else!, This is very frustrating when I brought my car in clean.

After calling back, they were very helpful with getting my car clean. If you have an issue, they will get you taken care of.

My sales person Samantha was great. Dealership was clean everyone was very nice. The price of the car very competitive. I drove in from a neighboring state to make the purchase. The delivery of the car was substandard. It was not properly prepared for delivery. I only received one key fob because they second one had been misplaced. I was told that second key fob would be mailed to me the next day. It s been a week and still I have not received it. Their are so other issues that I emailed them about that no one has reached out to me about. With just a little extra attention to detail this could have and should have been a great experience. I gave three stars but I know they can do better. Thanks

First off, purchasing our 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Bob Moore was an overall good experience. Friendly and experienced sales staff listened to our needs and worked with us to find the perfect Jeep for us. Financing was quick and as painless as financing can be.
We recently had the Jeep in for its first service. Service staff were friendly and professional and efficient.
I would recommend Bob Moore to anyone looking to purchase a new mopar and have recommended them to many of our friends.
Too bad this site only gives a "3" as its top rating...I still give Bob Moore a "10".

3/28/2019...My beautiful little PT CRUISER, my Baby Gyrrl won't start, just clicks. Thinking that the cold weather had messed up the battery, I called AAA. Their roadside assistance tech checked everything, NOT the battery! Towed my little car to Bob Moore for service--they're the only shop I know I can trust to diagnose & repair my little car, AND use certified parts. AND they always stand by their work!
Very nice young Service Advisor, Malik (goes by "James") explained since it was late afternoon, a complete diagnostic would be run in the morning & he'd call me to discuss repairs. It was the starter, & since Baby Gyrrl is a 2003 PT Cruiser, the part would have to be ordered. Options: rush order costs $60 extra, regular delivery 4--6 days. Had to go with that.
"James" let me know the starter arrived quickly & repairs were completed sooner than first thought. I really appreciated how professionally he handled everything. MOST importantly, as an older woman, I appreciated that his explanations were clear and he didn't "talk down" to me.

The sales person and manager that we dealt with there stated on multiple times that he would contact us with information we sought and financing and never followed through. I was ready to purchase a vehicle from them but decided against it. If they are interested enough to help in the buying process, imagine how bad they'd be if you had a problem.

I arrived for my 7 am appointment to have recalls in my Dodge Dakota repaired. David was very efficient and polite. He gave me an estimate and said he would call when it was ready. Once it was ready David texted me. Upon arrival he explained the quick check out process and disappeared to retrieve my truck. He was respectful and friendly. I appreciated his service. Took my 2016 challenger in for a brake flush. Btw second time I used the service center. I just want to give kudos to David the service advisor at Bob Moore service. He has went above and beyond both times we have used the service. He came in to update us on the progress. And we were out faster than expected. This is our second vehicle we have bought from Bob Moore. We will continue to buy from these guys. Always had the best sales and service. I can't stress enough how good the customer service has been, especially with service advisor David. Ask for him when you take your car in you won't be disappointed. Great job Bob Moore.

Pretty terrible service. Took my vehicle in on Saturday to have work done. Called Monday when they opened to verify everything was correct. They said they'd assign a tech and "Call me right back." No call. Tuesday morning I called again. This time they couldn't find my record and said "Call you right back." No Call. Called again Tuesday afternoon and this time couldn't even reach service department. Wednesday left 3 messages (2 in morning, 1 in afternoon - no return calls) because "Service department lines were just too busy." Picked up my vehicle on Thursday which took an extra 20 minutes because they had left the lights on, drained the battery, and had to jump it. I don't know why anyone would go to a place like this.

Dropped off van first thing in morning for oil change. Arrived at four to pick up, and oil had not been changed. An employee went home sick and either did not communicate or someone else forgot, and the van remained parked in limbo. It is unfortunate that a large dealership would use word of mouth as opposed to an electronic queue. They did offer to change it immediately, but did not have 30 minutes to wait.

A Jeep is advertised online for $16995 so I inquired. I did pre-approval paperwork before goi g in. When I got to the dealership I was told by the salesman and one of the finance officers that I cannot get that price for the Jeep because my credit it to good, I would receive a better interest rate. 2 days later they offer me the car for $19k an and interest rate of 5.99%. I asked directly why it was not lower and I got the "honestly this is my best offer" line. Went to another dealership and got a better deal and a fully loaded Jeep!!! Will not be giving any business to Bob Moore.

I bought a used GMC Sierra from this dealership. I had a great experience doing business with them. The best thing i liked about them is their honesty which is a rare quality to find while buying a vehicle.

After selecting the truck i wanted to buy I insisted them that I want to take it to a certified mechanic for an inspection. After little hesitation, they agreed. I paid to Meineke's to do a detailed inspection and see if the truck is in good shape. Meineke gave me a good report and I confirmed Bob Moore to do transaction the next day.
Upon my arrival, their manager told me that while detailing the truck and making it ready for me they found out that the ball joints were bad and the front end needed some work estimated to be around S1500. But since they had already agreed the final they fixed it without charging me anything. Their sales Manager told me that their reputation is more important than making money out of this sale.

They could've sold me that truck with its falws but I appreciate their honesty that they told me about it and fixed it. I definitely recommend all my friends to do business with Bob Moore.

Nancy went out of her way to make sure that that all of my questions were answered and to make the car buying process as easy as possible! She Even picked me up from the airport! When I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready and waiting, and all staff seemed very friendly. We had the privilege to meet peanut, we had a wonderful experience and loved every minute. I did not mind I spent almost 6 hours there. Peanut was very quick to get the process started, we had just came from South Pointe and had a bad experience but we quickly forgot our time there when we arrived at Bob Moore. Peanut treated my pregnant girlfriend and I with respect and a very shy girlfriend, even she warned up quickly to peanut. We will be coming back when we get ready to trade in her car.

I took my Chrysler 300 to get the airbags recalled. I was asked if there was anything else I needed done on the car. I chose to get a tune-up. However I got what Justine Bennett claims is Bob Moore's tune-up a set of 99.00 spark plugs that is suppose to last forever and a120.00 labor charge. How do you not know what a tune-up is and what it's consisted of? I am appalled! Justine Bennett wanted to act like I personally requested the particular spark plugs! I wasn't given s choice! He stated it as a matter of fact like it was the norm! I don't know anything about spark plugs but I do know what a tune-up consists of! I'm not done here I believe I was taken advantage of and I am not pleased!

Dealership contacted me about buying back my town n country and offering a good deal on new town n country. As I filled out the paperwork I realized the deal described in text's was not the deal on paper. I took the blame for the misunderstanding and apologized for misunderstanding. The salesman kept trying to tell me i was getting the deal thought and that just did not understand paperwork. As I left the manager yelled many aggressive things at me including " stay and talk to me like a man". I left and will never routine.

I started my car shopping experience with Bob Moor...

I started my car shopping experience with Bob Moore on 46th Memorial on April 7th. I talked with someone about a 2013 Chevy Cruze who told me that if I'm paying cash that we can work on a discount. I arrived on April 8th and talked with Ryan Kimble about the 2013 Cruze I then went and purchased a $500 cashier's check deposit to hold the 2013 Chevy Cruze. When I got back there was no discount for paying cash. (No Deal). On 4/14/2017 I saw the same 2013 Chevy Cruze for $7900 on the internet, I called and spoke with a female salesperson if the price was the $7,900 I saw on the internet website, because I knew it had been $8500. When I received a confirmation from Ryan Kimble the price was $8400, then I was told by some woman in the sales department that the price increase was due to "Market fluctuation", within one hour! I would not recommend Bob Moore at 46th and Memorial in Tulsa Oklahoma.

I recently had my car towed to Bob Moore Chrysler after experiencing a problem shifting into park. I was waited on by Don Hardcastle. He was respectful and professional, and told me that since I didn't have an appointment, they would get to my car as soon as possible. After a few days I called and inquired about the status of my vehicle. First I was told by Victoria that the transmission mechanic wouldn't be in until Wednesday. On Thursday according to Victoria, my car hadn't been looked at. I called on Friday and talked to Victoria again. This time the transmission mechanic "supposedly" went home sick. I got the same excuse on Saturday (Victoria again). On Monday I called once again asking when my vehicle would be looked at. This time I was told by someone in the service department that they had cars on their lot for two months that needed to be repaired. By this time my car had been at the dealership for almost three weeks. I was absolutely finished with the runaround. I went to the dealership to have my car towed to another garage. The place looked like a ghost town. I had to locate my own vehicle which was parked in the very back of the lot. the tow truck driver who came to pick up my car even said and I quote, This place has really gone down the tubes". Prior to this incident, all of my car maintenance had been performed there. Bob Moore Chrysler has lost me as a customer. Never again! Avoid this place like the plague.

They helped get me and my granddaughter a car, but at a high interest rate and as far as my military discount? I asked about that and they said they did all they could. Which means i didn't really get it in the actual knock off of the price, but they did help with SOME of the "ttl". They pretty much got that back though on the cost of supposed paper work. Everyone charges for that stuff, but there's was kinda high and they're warranties are WAY too high for what you get, but so is Southpoint's. I think they use they same warranty company. Mark Allen has a WAY better warranty and more reasonably priced also. Jim Norton's is ridiculous too. Better to work out a deal that gets you some cash back and get an extended warranty at Mark Allen because the time you get the deal done your not really saving money at Bob Moore over Mark Allen's prices. Jim Glover's warranty is just like Jim Norton's also. Nissan has the most reasonable paper work charge out of all of them.

Bad all around. 2.5 hours wait for a 1.0 hour promise and worse of all being changed ,$99 for a fuel filter. Total cost was $243.

In the future I will have reasonable service at another shop. Last time I had an oil change at your shop the total cost was$89.+.
