Best line from JFK to Montenegro, best price as well. Air Serbia is allot more professional then you would expect. Air port boarding was quick. I highly recommend. Staff was very helpful. Let me use their computer to access my emails on my last trip. USB type c and outlets every where.

It must be much better for this money. It looks at all possible ways to take money without a free parking lot and the price of it is too expensive in the long run for ten days 7800 din awful ...
I am giving 5 stars as I consider staff that works here extremely hospitable and helpful. I had an problem with my ticket booking (my mistake) and received great help.
It is the worst that happened in my life, and I am veteran of world War 2 and missing both legs so you can only imagine how hard it was for me to move around airport.
The worst airport in the world, and I've been to 50 across the continents, from small provinces to giants like Frankfurt and Chicago. Terribly depressed, extremely cheeky and unkind staff. Insolent, rude, frowning, More
Disorganized, not helpful. The female at the right hand side transfer counter was rude and unclear and not helpful at all. I suggest she looks for a new job if she's not happy working at this airport because her job requires customer service which she lacks in 100%! The lady on the left hand counter was well spoken and was helpful even though she had nothing to do with my flight.
Rude personnel which hates people, long queues at the security check, no clear information in the airport about departures. Personnel at the security check, passport control and information desk of Air Serbia is not able to speak English. You see at the airport that Serbia is still undeveloped and poor country with lots of problems.
If you are looking for disturbing attitude and horrible security staff this is the place, especially Ms. Tina Sipicki from airport security. I just had a horrible experience with her, she ripped me off, took my Zippo lighter, 25 years old, inherited from my father, I traveled with it for 15 years, never had any issue, but I suppose we are all left to merrcy of hers. Sometimes you get impression that she paid you ticket, and she can act like that...not that you are paying her... God help our poor country. Hope that distorted picture of Serbia, presented trough people like this, will start to change, some day...
Best and calm airport Hub for air Serbia airlines Sub partner of Etihad airways Capital city of Belgrade Soothing atmosphere Transit visa for russiun citizens Relatxing sofa available But for long layover you will have to pay in lounge it's expensive So try to avoid long layover over these airport
Small airport. Perking is 100 din per hour. Lots of car rental agencies. The exchange rate is unfavorable. There are no restaurants, especially on arrivals.
Clean and functional airport. Check kiosks should be added, as well as some small investment in technology. My kid especially liked the kids corner. We hope to expand :)
Dirty, messy, metal chairs in waiting rooms and gates. You use the toilet if you have to, since the toilets are repeatedly covered with some kind of silicone whenever it is leaking or cracked. The spaces below the stairs serve as storage rooms for broken appliances and old furniture. One frisch and that's it. The prices of coffee, sandwiches and drinks are like in New York, as if everything is tidy and submissive to travelers. The night is a special story, you can't even see the maid, the wasteland, nothing works. Embarrassment and shame..
Feels a little disorganized, signage not very clear, departure boards not updated frequently enough. Gate change not posted by the time boarding began.
Covid19 measures are almost nonexistent in the country and at the airport. I waited at the passport control point for 30 minutes for a staff shift change for the Belgrade to Istanbul flight. For the first time in my life, I came across a situation like this and it seemed like a cook. I gave two stars to the airport for this.
A medium sized airport, easy to acces from the highway. There are several payed parking places with good number of lots for cars. On departure you can pay at the automated paying points, but only if you have local currency (dinars) or buy it from the xchange points, or by card at a central point located in one of the parking, just a bit far from the tunnel leaving the Arrivals area. Just be shure not to lose the ticket issued when entrying the parking lot. On the Arrivals area there are several car renting points (some well known ones and also local firms), a gift shop, a lost and found booth, a rather small coffe shop (behin it a rather clean toilet), some exchange booths and a taxi info/ordering point (just near the exit - the taxi cars were lined just outside, mostly low to medium priced car, but in good shape). Be carefull, most of the commercial places were still not open for business at ~06:00 AM local time. In the close area, outside the proper airport buildings, is located a museum also (i was thrilled to see neat it a rather beat up, but nevertheless exciting, JAT commercial plane ~Jugoslavia airline). Use the floors map in order to navigate the airport (aerodrom in Serbian) with ease.
Great air port feeling is something you can say about this place very welcoming, the staff is very professional, easy access for all gates , nice atmosphere
An elite place for all departures and arrivals to your desired destination. The vast majority of people traveling by plane from Belgrade use the services of this institution. Have a nice trip !!!
Decent airport, with average service. There is a great lack of space, a terrace or some type of waiting room - a lounge from where planes can be observed on arrival and departure.
Nikola Tesla Airport sounds as magnificent and important as it sounds. And it really is. This is the only International Airport in Serbia and would be one of the important hubs for air travel in this part of Europe. Certainly our little pride that gets new colors every day and every moment becomes a more beautiful and modern airport. I say this with full responsibility, so often I fly and land from this little pearl, that I just see every change on it and it makes me happy. It is well connected to the city center by bus 72, which runs every 30 minutes from the Airport to the Green Wreath and vice versa. The ticket price is 89 dinars if you have a Bus Plus or 150 dinars when you buy it from the driver.
I want to thank everyone for making my trip with Dad easier and easier. Thank you for contacting and organizing. Very professional! Sincerely grateful Snezana
At air Serbia Info-Pult I was told that they definitely can not reach the Air Serbia branch at the airport (not by mobile phone, not by phone), and that if I want to buy a ticket I have to leave the airport terminal go back through the passport control, and take care of myself for the tickets. You could not even tell me if there are still seats on a flight or how much the socket costs. I did not have internet, my battery was dead, and I was in roaming. What is the purpose of this information panel by Air Serbia, if the employees do not want to help customers?
Excellent service, little or no delays. It's easy to get around. But Belgrade needs more! Now that Air Serbia is starting, we need to make a name for ourselves in the air industry! Nikola Tesla Airport is ranked the 2nd in Europe and the 7th in the world based on customer satisfaction.
I haven't flown for 3 years, I don't know if something has changed under the French, because I don't intend to fly as long as I have to wear some masks. Before that, it was solid for these parts. I hope that these will now raise it to a higher level.
Like at all airports, crowds, impatience, travel fever but always possible to overcome all that in a cafe restaurant ...
The best way to avoid the hustle and bustle of traveling in the early hours of the morning or night. Fast, efficient and already flying to your nav destination !!!
Renovation is in progress so hopefully will get more modern look and better duty free. Staff in general needs a lot of training in customer service so don't expect smile, please and thank you...
