It's an airport small for a European capital like Belgrade.
The airport is comfortable and has all the necessary things and shops for a passenger.
There isn't a modern public transportation between the terminal and the downtown of Belgrade city.
It is well connected with most of the major European cities.

Comparatively empty European airport. Our layover was of 8 hours. We literally lied down and slept in the sofa.. people skate around in the airport with their skateboards. But the staff was not very friendly, no drinking water available anywhere (without buying), no separate area for security check of women!!

Nice little airport. There is no framework for SHMONA, no cops, no metal detectors ... ANYTHING foretells no trouble !!!
You think: well, not an airport but a dream! Come and start. No gates, no organization, no order, no cleanliness ... Toilets are tin. Full CHAOS. I haven't seen more sludge yet.
In my eyes, 3 rests were delayed because they could not properly organize the passage through the metal detector ... IDIOTISM. And if you went to the gate - you can t get out anymore ... Mi Kantara

Quite clean and tidy. The announcements are understandable, the staff frowned briefly at the German identity card that I showed on the transit flight. All in all, the boarding went very quickly.

Had a short stopover at Belgrade. Security personnel were rude and didn't allow me to be in the transit area though I had my onward ticket to Germany and a valid unused Schengen visa. I was deprived of an opportunity to see the airport. I was escorted from the arrival gate straight to the gate of the next flight. They have free wi-fi which was good. There were many pictures of Novak Djokovic in the gate where I was. This is an airport I will definitely avoid in the future.

This is where most of us visit Serbia and our city of Belgrade, the first impression that should bring them back to our lives. Unfortunately, it is also a place where many of our loved ones go and come back. Huge halls of busy people, kind people who always have time. It is a pity that the museum as an attraction has completely failed.

Ok

Want to be treated like a dog by passport control?...

Want to be treated like a dog by passport control? Do you want people fiddling around your stuff without asking? Do you want an airport where anyone in a uniform thinks they are God and consider "please" or "thank you" only for mortals? Do you want to be asked for a bribe not to have to pay extra fee for check- in? Do you not speak Serbian but want to be spoken at in Serbian by people who are still surprised not the entire planet speaks their language? Do you want to stand in line with three hundred people because only two of the ten control booths are open?
If you answered yes to these questions this is the place for you! Be ready to be treated like cattle and enjoy the experience!
On the plus side, planes do come and go on time, so that's nice.
EDIT: 5 months later, still the same. You get treated like cows by passport control while they gossip amongst each other about you in Serbian. The fact that these people still get a job is surprising. Or maybe it's a requirement to act like a d*ck at all times as soon as you wear a uniform. Maybe they were all bullied as kids and are desperately trying to inflate their crushed self esteem by channeling their negativity to tourists.
I have noticed in general that people in a position of authority in this country tend to inflate their chest out of proportions and act like they are better than everyone else. Must be nice knowing that the only reason they get respect is because there is a weapon on their belt and a badge on their chest.

Not the largest airport I have seen but definitely my favorite one. When ever I got back from some of mine trips I'm always happy when my plane come to this airport. It is a special feeling which is hard to describe.

Queues are ok but the eating options are terrible. I'm surprised Serbians put up with this considering there is so many good restaurants in the country. Some staff here are nice but others just don't care about customer service. Tidy and clean in departures.

Worst experience ever, would not recommend nobody to connect flights trough them. Avoid on any possible way. Coming in, they lost my bag, after six days my bag arrived at my vacation place. Ruin my vacation completely. On the way back they moved our gate 3 times, and every time we had to go trough security check point. It s embarrassing to have operations like this.

The airport is very small, everything is clean and the atmosphere is relaxed. In contrast to other airports, the staff was very friendly. The only problem is the location as there is nothing around the airport.

The airport is like an airport: there is a toilet, there are a toilet, there is an exchanger, the staff is sane by Balkan standards.
The main thing you need to know about him if you are here for the first time: a cheap city bus number 72 to the center of Belgrade comes from the TOP of the flyover. Come out on arrival from LOWER and run into a detachment of taxi drivers. Even in the building, go straight up to the second floor, go outside and immediately left about 20-30 meters.

A large and tidy Belgrade airport, clearly and clearly marked check-in desks, customs clearance and gates, and friendly and friendly staff make the flight experience even better! In addition, the airport offers many amenities, such as duty free shops, a restaurant, a cafe, so the wait for the flight is quick!

Flew with AS from London to Belgrade. Air Serbia staff very professional, service was immaculate. Airport very clean, wifi free for some time (it was enough for me). Airport staff is ok, but it would help to improve their customer relation. They give impression as if they liberated the country, however they still do the job. Will use again.

Belgarde airport is a bit old and you can not really compare with other EU airport like in France, Spain or Switzerland but Belgarde airport has a nice spirit like the city of Belgrade. Also, its clean and has some good selection of local shops and few local restaurants. The journey by taxi to city takes you about 30 minutes.

Very nice and pleasant experience! The food is delicious as well as coffee! It's not very crowded, fast immigration and security control. Prices are very reasonable, stuff friendly. Down town easy accessible.

For a small airport, you can use the bus (150-300 RSD) or taxi (1250-1750 RSD) to get to the city, you can get information for taxi without consulting. Some taxi drivers speak a little Turkish. On the way back, you need to have a tag attached to your hand luggage. I guess there is no smoking room, as the x-ray check is just before you get on the plane.

There are few comfy spots for layover. Also a second security check where they take bought water away and dicuss about other duty free items from a previous airport. They act without sense.

My review is based on many many travels. Things that happened on this airport and nowhere else:
- Yelling at the passengers for no reason
- Deliberately sending my luggage with a delay. When we noticed what they plan to do, I emphasized we have 2 babies with us and their things in the bags, please do not send the bags on later flights. They didn't listen. Some weird arrangement with Air Serbia to do that.
- No proper lifts to use if with kids or if you are disabled. The only lift you can use is marked: "Use at your own risk!". Doesn't work properly.

Great but simple airport.
A shuttle bus runs to the center of Belgrade in around 20 minutes.

Relatively small, but cozy and convenient airport. I flew and flew from there many times. There is no long and painful inspection at the entrance to the airport; it is not necessary to go for a very long time along infinitely long corridors, as at many other airports in Russia and Europe. Everything is at hand and convenient.

The airport is not bad and it works solidly with some weaknesses that occasionally appear and they lose, but they would have to fix the exteriors, especially the transport to and from the airport. There is little city transport and with taxi drivers it is a mess, because there is no standard price for taxi transport to and from the airport.

Because of the way the luggage checks are set up it's impossible to get soda on the plane, personnel don't give uniform information, security is severely lacking (no checks untill boarding) and you can't go to the toilet without reeentering the luggage checks.
