This review is for Broker Guide, part of Yonego. Makelaarwijzer is an unreliable 'service' and website, whereby it is indicated that if you leave your details you can compare a number of sales brokers. After entering your zip code, house number and your email + 06 number, you will then receive the screen that all these brokers will contact you. Without an overview of who those brokers are, on which points they differ from each other, etc. This is shown in advance. Your data is directly forwarded to various sales brokers. Then I was literally called and texted within 5 minutes by several of these sales brokers, which seemed way too aggressive to me. Incidentally, the brokers responded positively when I indicated that I am not yet in the phase to start a conversation, and that I only wanted to compare different options. They are probably presented by Yonega / broker-wise in the same way as the conusument. I only wanted to compare the brokers, and not that my data was immediately passed on. However, this is absolutely not made clear when you enter your data. When after a long search I had found the privacy department of Yonego, I received a cowardly e-mail in which they indicated that all my information had already been forwarded to the brokers 'and that they cannot do anything about it'. Fine, but please delete my data from all your data files because I don't want anything more to do with this party!

Zeer ontevreden over Makelaarwijzer (onderdeel Yonego)! Het is dat we geen 0 sterren kunnen geven anders was dat het geworden. Inmiddels meer dan 1000,- kwijt aan leadvergoeding en bij 1 partij op gesprek geweest als second opinion, deze had zijn woning al te koop staan. Leads die bij nabellen geen vervolg hadden, hebben wij keurig retour gezonden, echter werd dit volop gefactureerd. De enige die hier beter van wordt is Makelaarwijzer zelf...

Sinds 1,5 jaar werk ik bij een kozijnen bedrijf die samenwerkt met Yonego. Hiervan ontvangen wij een X aantal leads per week. Op een uitzondering daargelaten zijn de leads vaak goed bruikbaar en is een afspraak inplannen met een klant mogelijk. Indien er onduidelijkheden of vragen richting Yonego zijn, zijn zij goed bereikbaar en wordt je vriendelijk geholpen. En ondanks je een accountmanager toegewezen krijgt, zijn er bij afwezigheid nog zat collega's die je verder kunnen helpen en met je meedenken. Zo hoef je niet te wachten op 1 contactpersoon en kun je snel verder. Daarbij zijn ze vaak in voor een gezellig praatje en dat is natuurlijk ook heel fijn.
