Totally unreliable. If there is a problem, they don't lift a finger to fix it. They don't respond to emails, and over the phone deny that the responsible person is there - they usually say he is in a meeting. They must be "in meetings" all day long, every day of the week.

As an IT Freelancer, I have had very good experiences with Eurostaff and my contact person. Always fast response to mails or calls. Fast interview and good briefing. Fast preparation of contracts. Always punctual payment. Responsive for "extraordinary" renegotiation.

It depends on the personnel service provider - in my experience - always on the individual contact person / agent. At Eurostaff, there are definitely good employees who work better than the negative ratings.

I had to smile a little bit about fake companies. Guys, just look in the Federal Gazette. The is visible on the Internet for everyone.

All the 5-stars are from internal staff of eurostuff group.:) I worked with zalando from Eurostuffgroup. it was good somehow but too much pressure from the client and i have not got my work experience letter since last 5 Years.:) I earned quite much money during that time and also got good experience working with Zalando.

So, I can not understand the less good reviews at all, but sometimes it does not work optimally in individual cases for various reasons. I was and always receive friendly and highly professional support from Eurostaff.

Communication village league! But I like the country. Only the head office number is communicated to the outside world. The availability is accordingly when everyone calls there. As the promised callbacks never took place, I asked for the contact person to be dialed through. Unfortunately, all numbers received so far do not work. The number announcements by the employee at the head office naturally took place on the unprofessional variant, ie not from left to right in numbers (as in most languages) but the German variant such as "fourteen", as I said to be recorded. It shouldn't be too easy. After all, professionals are wanted. But after three calls, I thought I had written well.

Interned with Ms. Zadeh. Never get an application receipt. Also on demand again by email was never a feedback. Totally unprofessional so to deal with applicants and not even to send a rejection!

Beware of fake! One is written on Xing, then no answer comes. This seems to be a fake company to collect data. Several have already written this way!

I can only share these experiences. You are contacted, you send a CV and never hear anything from the company again. Not very trustworthy.

Apply for the internal recruitment position. After two face-to-face interviews of over two hours and positive feedback from the "nice" lady who led the interviews, I never heard anything again. There was no acceptance or refusal either by email or by phone. Even your own mails or calls are simply no longer responded to. Very unprofesional.

Best company with charm, character and great colleagues! I can recommend it to anyone who wants to make something of their lives !!!

Employees can not read and do not stick to agreements.
