HR pepole want to Education more important compare to experience.

No feedback upon your candidature post interview is done, I visited twice but they were least bothered to atleast ket me know I was not selected. Before scheduling interviews HR guys would call you often but post interview its a no show.

Very small company, it has only 2 rooms of office and maximum of 50 employees including HR,and other staff.
