Not a nice customer service. It's pretty good that you can manage your unpleasant customer experience in a conversation of less than 2 minutes. Communication training would not be an unnecessary luxury.

Excellent service and correct handling when you have a complaint or question about a booking! If you really do not get your voucher exchanged because the hotel in question offers too few options, they will refund the money to your account and you can purchase other vouchers. We use the many great offers a lot and regularly go on a weekend trip to nice cities, we are very satisfied! Price / quality is really top!

Also customer service is very customer friendly and helpful if there are questions on the deal and if it happens otherwise in my case if I return the coupons and get the credit to offer again, and credit is valid for a year, very nice !

don't buy coupons! because if you have left, they will not pay it and they will not merge it with any other coupons that you have. You can then simply pay again and you also have to pay again auction costs (9 euros). If you have a question for customer service you will also be helped rude. Simply book through a hotel provider is better!

Be careful with received vouchers! If you are offered a coupon code because there is always NO availability to book that weekend, the coupon code will go back to the person who won the auction. Can you reclaim your present from that person ..... Bales !!

You will think that you can spend the night at such an auction site much cheaper, but unfortunately that is all sham, deception! Afterwards too many extra costs that can amount to 15 per night, you also have to pay tourist tax on arrival at the hotel and then you do not even have those extras that the hotel can offer you. Do not book, directly at hotel vd Valk incl. Tourist tax much cheaper!

I fully agree with the previous reactions.
For me, Hotelroom Auction has not been able to find the payment in its own system, it took them half a year to do this and only after dozens of emails and telephone calls.
After half a year they suddenly found it, but that half a year has passed to redeem the coupon, they don't want to do anything about it.
There is a certain Manon on customer service, watch out because this lady is happy to send you into the reeds with a clump.
Do not partner with Hotelroom Auction and book elsewhere with a reliable party!

Hotel room auction is a great company and you will be treated thoroughly.
Customer service is helpful and customer friendly.
When booking there are never any problems, you will sleep in the best hotels for little money.

I have often booked there and am satisfied in itself, but I often have the idea that you get the lesser rooms .. But if they do that to me, I eat for 10 people for breakfast and we stand for a while :)

Outrageous, giving limited information, so I booked a hotel in an environmental zone so I can't get there with my car. They turn a tape at customer service that they can mean nothing. Last time I booked with this organization !!!!

Again, hotels are being offered here that have no availability. This can then be converted into a credit that is valid for one year. I think I'm going to sign them up for the program scammed. Because if people want to generate money in this way, something is wrong.

won an auction on March 19, 2018. I just saw that it can only be used anywhere during the 3 weeks. Valid until April 1, 2018 OEPS. At hotel room auction you decide on the amount of the amount you want to spend for a nice overnight stay. Basically always very easy to reserve a room and if that does not succeed 1 time, I was offered to convert the value of the voucher into my account to bid again at another auction! I was very happy with that, great service!

Great company. They keep what they promise, every time. I have experienced this several times and they are far from antisocial, the opposite is true. Very polite and correct and when they can help you they will do this too. Weekends are not available is not a good idea, I think they should change that. Was I think that was earlier?

Today great service from Manon from the Hotel Room Auction. I could not find an open date in the 2 month period and got a voucher for the purchase price without any fuss. Top!!

Do not buy vouchers! Why not? Fletcher hotels advertises the (great!) Zuiderduin hotel, swimming pool, sea etc ... But with a voucher you have to book through a special site and ... indeed NEVER Availability. Called hotel ... never available for the next 3 months, in short, you will be fooled with beautiful pictures and talk. Once you have "won" the voucher, it says that you can also book another hotel (on the other side of NL). In short, you cannot go to the hotel you are bidding on! In addition, you can see availability up to 4 weeks in advance so in the coming months you have to check every day whether a spot has become available .... Oh and during the weekend of course 20 extra per night and then you are already close to the regular price. Money Back? that costs 25, - !!! so who always has a profit? Correct, This beautiful website because you also pay 9, - per voucher won. So if you are not satisfied, it is advantageous for Hotelkamerveiling.nl My advice is not to do it, and yes, we fell for it with open eyes. Very poor and antisocial company. Due to a system error, the reservation was placed on a wrong day. Called immediately after, but they only work during office hours. Then contacted the hotel, in which they told me they could not do anything for me.
Then called next morning to reschedule the day, but nothing is possible. You are not taken seriously and are constantly sent from the cupboard to the wall. Again several emails sent without response, very bad this ..

Leuk concept. Niet helemaal tevreden.. geboden op een hotelkamer en veiling gewonnen, alleen bleek na betaling de gewenste kamer niet meer beschikbaar te zijn op de gewenste data... kon alleen nog een extra comfort-optie kiezen, maar moest dan alsnog wel bijbetalen.
Verder prima hotel en alsnog voor een redelijke prijs.

Pity absolutely no cooperation is possible omstandigheid..makkelijk money verdienen..Jammer..
