The experience was great in the beginning. 1 year past the installation of our kitchen counters we noticed a crack by our sink. We called them and they sent 2 guys out to seal the crack right away. That too, was a great experience. Later that day, after the seal repair we noticed there was sealant dripped on to our cabinets (new cabinets). We called them to report the damage. They sent someone out to assess the damage and that person they sent said he would return to begin the process of repair. 10 weeks later, we called to alert them that the guy never returned. Amy got on the phone with me and told me that they haven't been to our house since the initial installation. I explained that the counters have been sealed since the initial installation, so that in fact, wasn't the case. But Amy was too busy arguing with me to hear anything i was saying. No, she did not call me a liar. She did, however, say that they have no record of Jubilee Company sealing our counters and they keep record of those things..... somehow, in her narrow mind, thats not calling me a liar. I plan to make my story heard. My cabinets that were ruined have not yet been repaired.
Went to Jubilee to pick out a remnant for an outdoor island. I thought I had it measured perfectly and found a great slab within my measurements. When the pros came out to measure and make a template, it turns out my figures weren't good enough for the piece we had picked out. Vanessa at Jubilee called to tell us and let us know she had found a piece that would fit the island and sent us a pix to look at without an increase in price. We approved the pix and they went to work. The crew came out today to install it, and it was a single piece nearly 3 ft wide by over 10 ft long. It was incredible. The crew got it into position and made the appropriate cutouts very quickly, and believe it or not, perfectly. They then installed my bbq and ice box that fit snug as a bug. Can't wait to have my first family bbq this weekend, 4th of July. Jubilee Co will be my only choice when it's time to change from laminate in my kitchen.
Vanessa has assisted me in several remodeling jobs. Although I have choices on who assists me she is my first choice. Her professionalism, knowledge and passion to make sure I get the look I want is by far the best. Thank you Jubilee for hiring the BEST!!!
Liked their Adopt a Remnant plan. I only needed about 5 sq.ft. of polished granite for an outdoor grill cart. They were great on the phone. Jamie processed my order and they delivered the piece a week ahead of schedule. It's perfect.
I own a small cabinet company and I have been using Jubilee for a the past two years now. I came to them after having awful service with two other granite companies. The other companies treated me like a poor individual because I did not give them the quantity of work that some others did. From day one everyone from the front desk to the fabrication shop has gone above and beyond their duties to make sure that my cabinets look amazing with their products on top. They have done this for me and will do this for anyone, not just large scale contractors. They treat everyone as equals and their attention to detail is second to none which is why I am thrilled to have their craftsmanship on my job sites as well as my personal home. I have used jubilee many times over the past 12 years and I would never use anyone else. I have never been let down and or told something that was false. I had Jubilee fabricate and install 2 bathroom countertops and sinks, and then had them back to do the shower door. Wonderful company, good prices and Ariel was great to work with. Would use them again on my next project!
A personal thank you to Jamie for her help and patience with our granite job. We installed granite in 5 different areas of the house - with different cabinet sizes, sink requirements and backsplash needs. I can confidently recommend this company for custom countertop installations. John - did a perfect template and Pancho did an excellent installation (as well as our old countertop removal with little/no damage to our sheetrock and mirrors). I was surprised at how easy and clean the installation process was and how generously helpful each person at Jubilee was during our remodel process. We recently bought a new-to-us house that has not been touched since 1996, so needless to say we have a few projects ahead. The first of which was the kitchen. We hired Jubilee to replace the Corian countertops with granite, and redo the tile backsplash, as well as replace a couple of glass shower doors. We settled on Jubilee because they had a leathered finish granite that we loved, and the price was in line with other places.
The sales process was fine. We picked the granite we liked and chose a backsplash and set up a day for measurements. Mark, the person who measured was probably the highlight of this experience, and if everyone had been like Mark, this would be a different review. Mark made suggestions, was very friendly and thorough. Since he was early on in the process, I had high hopes.
It went downhill from there. The first step in the process was to demo the Corian and the tile backsplash, and install the granite. That part went ok for the most part, except for having to have the crew come back out to fix the hole in the island that they cut incorrectly the first time, so that our cooktop would fit without a 1 inch gap. (Not really the look I was going for.) The next step was the tile backsplash installation - different crew - and this is where things really went south. We chose a Carrera marble subway tile, installed in a herringbone pattern with a normal tile backsplash grout line. As I was watching the progress I did notice that the tiles seemed to be laid very close together, but I didn't think much of it, since I figured once the grout went on, it would look like the example that we chose in the showroom. (I am not a tile professional.) This process took a few days and unfortunately once the grout went on, it looked NOTHING like the example that is in the showroom. I pointed this out to Toni, our sales person, and even sent pictures of our backsplash and the example board that was in the showroom, where you can very clearly see how different they are. She did apologize, and then via email offered either a $300 credit to leave it as it is (a tiny fraction of what we paid), or if they were to rip it out and redo it, she offered to split the cost with us which she felt was fair because, "you could have stopped the tile crew before everything was set and grouted." I'm sorry - really?! I explained to her in my reply email that I am not a tile professional and how on Earth was I to know it wouldn't look right once it was grouted? My expectation - and I don't think this is out of line - is that when I am paying a company thousands of dollars for something, it shouldn't be MY responsibility to make sure what I actually end up with is what I actually chose.
Unfortunately for Jubilee, we have lots more projects coming up, but they will not be seeing one more dime from us.

As a remodeling contractor who relies solely on referrals, you are only as good as the people you work with. I have used Jubilee for numerous years for all of my solid surface needs on all of my renovations. There's a good reason for that. The Jubilee family has always taken care of me and my customers in a professional, friendly manner. Their sales team is top notch and the installers are fantastic. I hate to use the term "sub contractor" when referring to Jubilee. They have become a part of my crew.

i had shopped Jubilee company to get a granite counter top. My brother and his wife had referred me to them. I showed up just at closing time. I was helped by Jaime Shivers whom was extremely nice, and knowledgeable. She showed me the Bacari Jo granite. I was really blown away by how this piece of art (granite) looked. The colors exploded, to add they matched my homes colors to a T. Once we discussed the granite Jaime showed me back splash, we looked at a couple swatches. Found the Ambrosia would work very well. Shopped for a sink and found the Blanco a perfect fit. Once we finished she wrote up an offer. I was sold, so giving them a go ahead was easy. The guy whom creates the template with the laser tool he uses. Once they had this completed i was given a photo of the parts they would install. As you know this is a puzzle they create to make installation a more seamless process. We were about ready to get installed. On 11/21 the plumber i hired thru Lowes arrived to remove the plumbing and to disconnect the sink. The Granite installers arrived installed the Granite. Not an easy task these guys are professionals and you can see they know exactly what they are doing. The next day the back splash installers arrived, what a hard job they have to cut the back splash to fit like a puzzle. Very impressed and it took them from 830 am until around 345 pm. The plumber arrived reinstalled the plumbing and now i have one unbelievable looking kitchen . AWESOME JOB! Thank you Jaime and the Jubilee team They created a master piece in my home !!!

Friendly staff did a great job helping us make our selection. They did an amazing job with our kitchen, so we had them update the kitchen and bathrooms at our rental too. I highly recommend Jubilee, and will use them again when we're ready to do our master bath.

Jubilee recently replaced the dated tile around my fireplace with the most gorgeous granite I have ever seen. Amy helped tremendously in selecting the granite, and the installers were clean, professional and went the extra mile to be sure the installation was perfect. The fireplace is now the focal point of my home. I have used another granite company but I will never again call anyone except Jubilee. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I chose Jubilee Company to install natural stone countertops in our home (kitchen and two baths). Great showroom, large selection of product, and very smart & creative office staff. They spent time educating us on the various products and helped us easily narrow down the choices. From the individual that made the templates to the installers that put the counters in place -- everyone was professional, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with.
They showed up when they said they would and even accommodated a change in schedule forced by the really bad ice storm we had on our original install date.

I had Jubilee install granite in my newly remodeled bathroom. They did the countertops, a cap on my pony wall, a cap on the shower curb, and the shelf in my niche.
Toni, my salesperson was easy to work with. The granite itself is beautiful, and fabricated well. Their installers were horrible, however.
They smeared silicone caulk on seemingly every surface of my new bathroom and didn't clean it up. I'm still working to get the film out of both of the sinks, which they installed.
The most horrifying thing I recently noticed is that the installers never caulked the inside or outside of the curb where it meets the tile. There's a huge gap on either side and now the curb underneath the granite has been getting wet the entire 3 weeks we've been using the shower.
Please do yourself a favor and don't use these people. Yes, they have a nice showroom and a good selection of products, but what good is that if they can't install correctly and respect your home by cleaning up their mess
Jubilee did our counters and marble back splash for us. Our sales consultant, Vanessa was patient and worked hard to make sure we had what we wanted. The counter installers were clean and did a wonderful job. The tile installers were so quite we hardly knew they were there. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with Jubilees work. We knew exactly when the trades would be there to install both counter and tile. We would use this company again for future projects. The price was fair but their service was that thing that won us over!
Jubilee was great! The estimate they gave was excellent! All the options were broken out so it made our final decisions easy. And fast FAST FAST! The measuring and installation was done quickly and perfectly! I will be recommending Jubilee!

Jubilee Company has a great selection of granite in all levels. I remodeled our master bath and purchased granite from Jubilee. Their service was excellent, the product is top notch, and the installation went flawlessly. I had them install granite on the vanity, the shower curb, and a couple window sills. In addition, I purchased a frameless shower enclosure from Jubilee and a large beveled framed mirror and once again, the product and installation are top quality. I was referred to Jubilee by another contractor and ended up using them for Granite, Cultured Marble, Shower Glass and Mirrors. Jamie is our contact and has done a great job with keeping us informed and notifying us of any issues. Installers were all top notch and we have been very satisfied with the entire experience. Amy and the staff were incredibly helpful for what was a bit of an unconventional project. She took time to walk me through the details of different options so that the stone I was investing in would be the most appropriate. In the end we used two different types of stone for two different surfaces. Pricing was fair and unlike other companies I had called, I was not forced to purchase an entire remnant when I need to just a small portion of it. I would definitely do business again

I've done two remodelling projects with Jubilee over the past 5 years. In both cases the experience was pleasant from going to the store to make my selection, to working with their measuring and installation team to get the countertops and shower doors installed in my bathroom. I will continue to use them on future projects I encounter. My recent experience with Jamie was truly exceptional. My only complaint is how far they are from downtown Dallas...wish they were closer :)
Great service and excellent product, they have loads of high-quality stone to choose from, I was mainly in the market for new kitchen countertops at the time, Mark went to the of the earth to make sure I found explicitly the countertops that fit what I had pictured but couldn't quite describe.
Afterward, I was utterly blown away by how dramatically Marks foresight in suggesting the appropriate colors and stepped edge design improved the complete atmosphere of the entire kitchen space; so impressed I decided three months later to call Jubilee once again. They came back and also replaced the counters in the washroom, laundry room and resurface the outdoor kitchen.
I highly recommend at least calling up the Jubilee company before making any final decisions elsewhere; if you're looking for fantastic work, and a pleasant experience that encompasses the entire project from start to finish, check these guys out!
The service at the Jubilee Company is second to none. Vanessa Testoni was a true pleasure to work with. She was very patient, helpful, and meet my every need. Vanessa was always willing to assist and not only answer my questions but with her and her team's help i.e. Poncho they were always able to provide a solution. Poncho was a perfectionist! He is a very talented and gifted craftsman. I even had to have a repair done because I dropped something on the stone causing a crack and he fixed it where it doesn't even show. I now the kitchen and bathrooms that I have dreamed of.
For remodeling our kitchen and wanting stone counter tops, our contractor (Kangaroo Contractors) referred us to them. We met with Traci in sales who helped us choose the best material for our needs. The contractor then took over arranging for Jubilee to have the template maker come to our house to measure exactly what was there now to get a perfect fit. The install team arrived on schedule and did a great job of taking out the old counters, preparing the area and putting down the new counters. We were lucky and were the first install job that day for this team while they are fresh. To ensure everything fits just right they cut out if needed the stove top and sink on site which creates a lot dust (outside). To go smoothly we cleared off everything on the counter tops and in the cabinets underneath. If you are getting new stove and/or sink your contractor will need to pull out the sink/stove top before Jubilee will start work. Plan ahead.
Jubilee installed counters in our kitchen and baths. Our layouts were not the easiest with 2 colors of tops and 3 different sinks. There were a couple of glitches along the way but they stayed in contact and everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them and we will use Jubilee in the future for any projects we may have.
